背景技術:
目前在氣動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)領域氣動(dong)延時(shi)(shi)(shi)多(duo)采用(yong)氣動(dong)延時(shi)(shi)(shi)閥,延時(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)較短,一(yi)般在一(yi)分鐘以內(nei),無法(fa)滿足有些(xie)需(xu)(xu)要超(chao)長時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)延時(shi)(shi)(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)氣動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)回路中以及需(xu)(xu)要調節延時(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)的(de)氣動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)回路中,因(yin)此(ci)需(xu)(xu)要設計(ji)一(yi)種超(chao)長氣動(dong)延時(shi)(shi)(shi)裝置(zhi)。
技術實現要素:
為了解決氣(qi)動延(yan)時時間短以及延(yan)時時間不(bu)可調的技術問(wen)題(ti),本發明提供一(yi)種(zhong)超長氣(qi)動延(yan)時裝(zhuang)置。
一種(zhong)超長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)延(yan)時(shi)裝置,包括氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)、活(huo)塞(sai)、活(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)、磁(ci)(ci)(ci)浮(fu)子(zi)、磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)元(yuan)件Ⅰ、磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)元(yuan)件Ⅱ、運動(dong)通道,活(huo)塞(sai)設(she)置在(zai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)中,活(huo)塞(sai)將(jiang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)分為兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)缸(gang)(gang)體,在(zai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)的(de)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)缸(gang)(gang)體上各(ge)設(she)置通氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔,通氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔分別(bie)與氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)連接,活(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)的(de)一端(duan)固定在(zai)活(huo)塞(sai)上,另(ling)一端(duan)設(she)置支撐板,磁(ci)(ci)(ci)浮(fu)子(zi)設(she)置在(zai)支撐板上,運動(dong)通道一端(duan)固定在(zai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(gang)包含活(huo)塞(sai)一側的(de)端(duan)面上,運動(dong)通道的(de)外側間隔(ge)設(she)置磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)元(yuan)件Ⅰ和磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)元(yuan)件Ⅱ,磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)元(yuan)件Ⅰ和磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)元(yuan)件Ⅱ分別(bie)與氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)連接。
在運(yun)動(dong)通道的(de)外(wai)端(duan)設置一個(ge)氣缸(gang)運(yun)動(dong)行(xing)程的(de)磁感應(ying)標尺,可(ke)以顯示氣缸(gang)運(yun)動(dong)行(xing)程的(de)大小,也就可(ke)以反映出(chu)延時(shi)時(shi)間的(de)長短,比較(jiao)直觀。
相對現有技(ji)術,本發(fa)明(ming)提供了(le)一(yi)種超長氣(qi)動延(yan)時(shi)(shi)裝置(zhi),通過調(diao)整氣(qi)動控(kong)制單元向氣(qi)缸內輸(shu)入(ru)氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)流量,也可(ke)以(yi)調(diao)整磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)控(kong)元件Ⅰ、調(diao)整磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)氣(qi)控(kong)元件Ⅱ的(de)距離,也可(ke)以(yi)把這(zhe)兩種調(diao)整方式(shi)結合一(yi)塊使用,解決氣(qi)動延(yan)時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間短以(yi)及延(yan)時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間不(bu)可(ke)調(diao)的(de)技(ji)術問(wen)題。

在運(yun)動(dong)通道8的外(wai)端(duan)設置一(yi)個(ge)氣缸運(yun)動(dong)行程的磁感應標尺,可以(yi)顯示氣缸運(yun)動(dong)行程的大(da)小,也就(jiu)可以(yi)反(fan)映出延時時間的長(chang)短。
