背景技術:
隧(sui)道(dao)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)支(zhi)護(hu)在控制隧(sui)道(dao)圍巖(yan)變形中起著至(zhi)關重要(yao)的(de)作用,目(mu)前較(jiao)(jiao)多(duo)隧(sui)道(dao)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)支(zhi)護(hu)設計采用中空錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)或(huo)自進(jin)式(shi)中空錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan),其主要(yao)特點是錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)布設于拱(gong)墻,長度長,錨(mao)(mao)(mao)孔方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)為垂(chui)直(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)、斜(xie)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)、水平或(huo)斜(xie)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)等各(ge)個(ge)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)均存(cun)在,對于垂(chui)直(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)、向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)、斜(xie)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)、水平方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)孔傳統(tong)注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)方式(shi)采用錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(gan)(gan)體外注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),其主要(yao)缺點為:(1)、需對孔口處鉆(zhan)孔進(jin)行(xing)擴孔處理;(2)、封堵孔口需要(yao)同(tong)步埋入柔性注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管(guan)(guan);(3)、注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)過程中由(you)于注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管(guan)(guan)壓力(li)存(cun)在容易導(dao)致(zhi)已埋入注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管(guan)(guan)來(lai)回移動,形成(cheng)漏氣、跑(pao)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)現象(xiang),注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)壓力(li)不能滿(man)(man)足要(yao)求,造成(cheng)桿(gan)(gan)體周圍注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)飽滿(man)(man)度很難達到設計要(yao)求;(4)、體外注(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管(guan)(guan)埋設、孔口封堵對工人(ren)技術水平要(yao)求較(jiao)(jiao)高。

如圖(tu)1所示,對隧道圍(wei)巖錨(mao)(mao)桿(gan)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)完成后,對鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)進(jin)行清孔(kong)(kong)(kong),插入第(di)(di)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)錨(mao)(mao)桿(gan),連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)隔式(shi)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)套(tao)筒(tong),連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)第(di)(di)二中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)錨(mao)(mao)桿(gan),并提前在第(di)(di)二中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)錨(mao)(mao)桿(gan)前端打好進(jin)漿孔(kong)(kong)(kong);再將止(zhi)(zhi)漿塞(sai)(sai)與排氣管連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie),用止(zhi)(zhi)漿塞(sai)(sai)及(ji)排氣管頂進(jin)專用工(gong)具將止(zhi)(zhi)漿塞(sai)(sai)與排氣管頂進(jin)第(di)(di)二中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)錨(mao)(mao)桿(gan),直至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)隔式(shi)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)套(tao)筒(tong)的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)隔板處(如圖(tu)2所示),拔出(chu)止(zhi)(zhi)漿塞(sai)(sai)及(ji)排氣管頂進(jin)專用工(gong)具;采用錨(mao)(mao)固劑對錨(mao)(mao)桿(gan)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)端頭與隧道圍(wei)巖的空(kong)(kong)(kong)隙進(jin)行孔(kong)(kong)(kong)口封(feng)端,錨(mao)(mao)固長度不(bu)小(xiao)于(yu)0.5m;封(feng)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)30min后,在第(di)(di)二中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)錨(mao)(mao)桿(gan)尾(wei)端安(an)裝變截(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭,連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)有止(zhi)(zhi)漿閥的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)桿(gan),將排氣管從中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)桿(gan)尾(wei)端凹槽處穿出(chu),旋轉(zhuan)氣腿式(shi)鑿巖機進(jin)水接(jie)(jie)頭與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)桿(gan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)緊(jin)密,最后連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)注(zhu)漿管。
注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)時,待漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)拌制好后(hou),開動注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)泵注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)通過注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管(guan)、第(di)二(er)中(zhong)空錨桿(gan)(gan)(gan)前端側壁上的(de)(de)進(jin)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)孔,進(jin)入(ru)錨桿(gan)(gan)(gan)鉆孔內,然(ran)后(hou)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)自鉆孔孔底由第(di)一中(zhong)空錨桿(gan)(gan)(gan)的(de)(de)前端進(jin)入(ru),再通過中(zhong)隔(ge)式(shi)連接套筒(tong)的(de)(de)孔進(jin)入(ru)止(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)塞處的(de)(de)排(pai)氣管(guan),最后(hou)從排(pai)氣管(guan)的(de)(de)尾端溢(yi)(yi)出。整(zheng)個過程應連續(xu)灌(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),不停(ting)頓,待注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)壓力(li)(li)達(da)到(dao)1.0mpa時,暫停(ting)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)15s,然(ran)后(hou)繼(ji)續(xu)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),重復幾次直至注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)機開機壓力(li)(li)達(da)到(dao)0.8~1.0mpa。觀察漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)從排(pai)氣管(guan)溢(yi)(yi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),若溢(yi)(yi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)呈泡(pao)沫(mo)狀(zhuang)(zhuang),說(shuo)明錨桿(gan)(gan)(gan)孔內漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)未(wei)填充飽滿;當(dang)持(chi)續(xu)流出水(shui)泥(ni)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)無泡(pao)沫(mo)說(shuo)明注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)飽滿。當(dang)完(wan)成一根錨桿(gan)(gan)(gan)的(de)(de)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)后(hou),扎緊排(pai)氣管(guan),關閉注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管(guan)球閥,卸(xie)下氣腿式(shi)鑿巖機進(jin)水(shui)接頭(tou)和注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)管(guan),安裝至另一根錨桿(gan)(gan)(gan),然(ran)后(hou)進(jin)行(xing)注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)2h左右,依(yi)次卸(xie)下變(bian)截(jie)接頭(tou)、止(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)閥和帶螺紋中(zhong)空連接桿(gan)(gan)(gan),用(yong)錨固劑封堵第(di)二(er)中(zhong)空錨桿(gan)(gan)(gan)端頭(tou),并(bing)清理(li)變(bian)截(jie)接頭(tou)、止(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)閥和帶螺紋連接桿(gan)(gan)(gan)內的(de)(de)水(shui)泥(ni)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),整(zheng)理(li)好供下次注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)循(xun)環使用(yong)。
本(ben)發明結(jie)構設計合理可靠,節(jie)省了(le)大量人力(li)物力(li),確保注漿過(guo)程中壓力(li)的同(tong)時有效地提高了(le)注漿飽(bao)滿(man)度,而且成本(ben)大幅降低,具有結(jie)構件簡(jian)單,操作方便(bian)的優點。

在(zai)兩根中空(kong)錨桿中間位置(zhi)設置(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)帶孔中隔(ge)式(shi)連(lian)(lian)接套筒并用(yong)(yong)止(zhi)(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)(sai)改變(bian)漿(jiang)液(ye)(ye)通道(dao),通過桿體側壁(bi)上(shang)的進(jin)漿(jiang)孔進(jin)行(xing)體外注漿(jiang),滿足(zu)(zu)止(zhi)(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)(sai)在(zai)注漿(jiang)壓力(li)下(xia)能(neng)夠達到(dao)止(zhi)(zhi)漿(jiang)并改變(bian)漿(jiang)液(ye)(ye)運(yun)移通道(dao)效(xiao)果。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)帶孔中隔(ge)式(shi)連(lian)(lian)接套筒,以滿足(zu)(zu)止(zhi)(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)(sai)在(zai)注漿(jiang)壓力(li)下(xia)能(neng)夠達到(dao)止(zhi)(zhi)漿(jiang)并改變(bian)漿(jiang)液(ye)(ye)運(yun)移通道(dao)效(xiao)果。所有(you)注漿(jiang)接頭、球(qiu)閥、止(zhi)(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)(sai)等(deng)在(zai)漿(jiang)液(ye)(ye)初凝后均可拆卸(xie)清洗干凈,其與(yu)排(pai)氣(qi)管頂進(jin)專用(yong)(yong)工具(ju)等(deng)裝置(zhi)均重復利用(yong)(yong)。
對隧道圍(wei)巖1錨(mao)(mao)桿鉆(zhan)孔(kong)2完成(cheng)后(hou),對鉆(zhan)孔(kong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)清(qing)孔(kong),插入(ru)第(di)一中(zhong)(zhong)空錨(mao)(mao)桿3,連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)隔式(shi)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)套筒4,連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)第(di)二中(zhong)(zhong)空錨(mao)(mao)桿5;再將止(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)6與(yu)(yu)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管9連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),用止(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)及(ji)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管頂進(jin)(jin)工(gong)具15將止(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)6與(yu)(yu)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管9頂進(jin)(jin)至中(zhong)(zhong)隔式(shi)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)套筒4,拔出(chu)止(zhi)漿(jiang)塞(sai)及(ji)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管頂進(jin)(jin)工(gong)具;采(cai)用錨(mao)(mao)固劑對錨(mao)(mao)桿鉆(zhan)孔(kong)2端(duan)(duan)頭(tou)與(yu)(yu)隧道圍(wei)巖1的空隙進(jin)(jin)行(xing)孔(kong)口(kou)封端(duan)(duan)8,錨(mao)(mao)固長度不小(xiao)于0.5m;封孔(kong)30min后(hou),在第(di)二中(zhong)(zhong)空錨(mao)(mao)桿5尾端(duan)(duan)安裝變截(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)10,連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)止(zhi)漿(jiang)閥11和中(zhong)(zhong)空連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)桿12,將排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管從(cong)帶螺紋的中(zhong)(zhong)空連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)桿12尾端(duan)(duan)凹槽處(chu)穿(chuan)出(chu),旋轉(zhuan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)腿式(shi)鑿巖機(ji)進(jin)(jin)水接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)13與(yu)(yu)帶中(zhong)(zhong)空連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)桿12連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)緊密(mi),最(zui)后(hou)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)注(zhu)漿(jiang)管14。
