近年來(lai),為(wei)了(le)有效地(di)(di)解(jie)決(jue)城市(shi)交通矛盾與環保問題,充分發(fa)揮城市(shi)功能(neng),諸如地(di)(di)鐵、隧道等地(di)(di)下工(gong)程建設廣泛采用了(le)先進(jin)的盾構(gou)法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)技術,我(wo)國(guo)已經建成或正在建設的眾多地(di)(di)鐵工(gong)程都大量引進(jin)了(le)盾構(gou)掘進(jin)機及特種切削刀(dao)具備(bei)件,軟(ruan)弱圍巖(yan)是指巖(yan)質軟(ruan)弱、承載(zai)力低、節理間隙發(fa)育、結(jie)構(gou)破(po)碎(sui)的圍巖(yan),這類(lei)巖(yan)體(ti)不穩(wen)定,尤其(qi)是潛埋地(di)(di)段(duan)tbm施(shi)(shi)工(gong)特別容易(yi)發(fa)生坍塌冒頂,主要表現(xian)是自穩(wen)差,自穩(wen)時(shi)間,容易(yi)坍塌,現(xian)有的盾構(gou)機設備(bei)無法(fa)解(jie)決(jue)軟(ruan)弱破(po)碎(sui)圍巖(yan)地(di)(di)段(duan)tbm施(shi)(shi)工(gong)需求。



技術實現要素:

(一)解(jie)決的技(ji)術問(wen)題

針對現有(you)技(ji)術的(de)(de)不足,本(ben)發明提供(gong)了一種基于(yu)隧道掌子面(mian)前(qian)方巖石預測用小(xiao)型液壓裝置,解決了現有(you)的(de)(de)盾構機(ji)設(she)備無法解決軟弱(ruo)破碎(sui)圍巖地段tbm施工需求的(de)(de)問題。

(二)技術方案

優(you)選(xuan)的,所述(shu)轉動框的右(you)(you)側(ce)固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)有轉板,所述(shu)轉板的右(you)(you)側(ce)固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)有刀(dao)(dao)(dao)架,并且刀(dao)(dao)(dao)架的右(you)(you)側(ce)固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)有外刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤。
