背景技術:
1、貯箱(xiang)為運載(zai)火箭上面(mian)級(ji)動(dong)力系統(tong)的(de)(de)重要(yao)組件(jian),用(yong)于在整個飛行任務周期內為上面(mian)級(ji)火箭發(fa)動(dong)機提供不夾氣的(de)(de)推進(jin)劑。推進(jin)劑貯箱(xiang)結(jie)構形式的(de)(de)選擇主要(yao)取(qu)決于總體(ti)布局、可靠性、制造(zao)水(shui)平(ping)和(he)經(jing)濟性等(deng)多因素綜合比較的(de)(de)結(jie)果。傳(chuan)統(tong)運載(zai)火箭基礎級(ji)貯箱(xiang)結(jie)構通(tong)常采(cai)用(yong)球(qiu)形、球(qiu)(橢(tuo)球(qiu))柱(zhu)形雙底式或(huo)者(zhe)球(qiu)形、球(qiu)(橢(tuo)球(qiu))柱(zhu)形共(gong)底式貯箱(xiang)串聯布局。由于運載(zai)火箭上面(mian)級(ji)動(dong)力空間和(he)質量等(deng)限制,通(tong)常采(cai)用(yong)球(qiu)形、球(qiu)(橢(tuo)球(qiu))柱(zhu)形雙底式貯箱(xiang)并聯式布局。
2、上(shang)面級在軌(gui)工作期間(jian),需(xu)經歷較長時(shi)間(jian)的在軌(gui)滑行(xing)和(he)主(zhu)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)多次起動(dong)。在空間(jian)微(wei)重力條件下,需(xu)對推進劑進行(xing)管理,以(yi)確保長時(shi)間(jian)滑行(xing)后主(zhu)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)再次起動(dong)時(shi)輸送(song)系統能夠為其提供不夾氣的推進劑。推進劑管理方(fang)案(an)可以(yi)選擇連(lian)續、間(jian)歇沉底方(fang)案(an),也可以(yi)采用金屬(shu)隔膜(mo)(mo)、非金屬(shu)隔膜(mo)(mo)、囊式、活塞和(he)表面張力等方(fang)案(an)。

4、(1)如果(guo)采(cai)(cai)用球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)、球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(橢(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu))柱(zhu)(zhu)形(xing)雙底(di)式(shi)或者球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)、球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(橢(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu))柱(zhu)(zhu)形(xing)共底(di)式(shi)貯箱(xiang)串(chuan)聯(lian)(lian)布(bu)局(ju),同時考慮到發動機安裝高度,則高度方向(xiang)(xiang)包(bao)絡難以(yi)滿(man)足上(shang)面級空(kong)間布(bu)局(ju)要(yao)求;如果(guo)采(cai)(cai)用球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)、球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(橢(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu))柱(zhu)(zhu)形(xing)雙底(di)式(shi)貯箱(xiang)并(bing)聯(lian)(lian)布(bu)局(ju),則直徑方向(xiang)(xiang)包(bao)絡難以(yi)滿(man)足上(shang)面級空(kong)間布(bu)局(ju)要(yao)求。對于推進劑質(zhi)量較大的上(shang)面級貯箱(xiang),采(cai)(cai)用球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)、球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(橢(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu))柱(zhu)(zhu)形(xing)雙底(di)式(shi)或者球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)和球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)、球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(橢(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu))柱(zhu)(zhu)形(xing)雙底(di)式(shi)貯箱(xiang)并(bing)聯(lian)(lian)布(bu)局(ju)均存(cun)在結構效率(lv)低,以(yi)及(ji)空(kong)間利用率(lv)低的缺(que)點(dian),即使采(cai)(cai)用球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(橢(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu))柱(zhu)(zhu)形(xing)共底(di)式(shi)貯箱(xiang)串(chuan)聯(lian)(lian)布(bu)局(ju)同樣存(cun)在上(shang)面級動力(li)系統軸向(xiang)(xiang)高度過大的缺(que)點(dian)。
5、(2)如果采用連續、間歇沉底(di)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)管理方案(an)(an),則需要額(e)外(wai)增加一套實現沉底(di)的系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),該方案(an)(an)增加了(le)上面級系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的重(zhong)量,降低了(le)上面級動力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)工作的可靠性(xing)。對(dui)于(yu)連續沉底(di)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)管理方案(an)(an),消耗(hao)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)較多,無(wu)法適(shi)應上面級長達數小時或數天的滑行任務(wu)。
6、(3)非金屬(shu)隔膜(mo)和囊式貯箱存在(zai)氧化劑(ji)(ji)相(xiang)容性(xing)問(wen)題。金屬(shu)隔膜(mo)貯箱只能適(shi)應(ying)球(qiu)形結構,且僅(jin)(jin)能用于常(chang)溫(wen)推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji),無法用于低溫(wen)推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)。活塞貯箱只能適(shi)應(ying)柱(zhu)形結構,結構效率低,僅(jin)(jin)能用于常(chang)溫(wen)推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji),無法用于低溫(wen)推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)。
7、(4)上面級在軌工作期間(jian)(jian),需經歷較長時間(jian)(jian)的(de)在軌滑行和主發動(dong)機多(duo)次起(qi)動(dong)。在空間(jian)(jian)微重力(li)條件(jian)下,需對推進(jin)劑進(jin)行管理(li),確保長時間(jian)(jian)滑行后主發動(dong)機再次起(qi)動(dong)時輸(shu)送(song)系統能(neng)夠為其提供不(bu)夾氣的(de)推進(jin)劑。但現有的(de)各類推進(jin)劑管理(li)方案均(jun)無法完全(quan)適應(ying)上面級工作全(quan)任(ren)務周期。
技術實現思路
1、本技術的(de)目的(de)在于提供一種(zhong)運載火(huo)箭上(shang)面(mian)(mian)級貯箱(xiang),能夠提高整個上(shang)面(mian)(mian)級動力系統(tong)的(de)結構效率和空間利用率。
