本實用新型(xing)涉(she)及一種抑塵裝置(zhi),特別是一種氣霧式抑塵裝置(zhi)。
背景技術:
固體(ti)物料(liao)粉碎過(guo)程中會(hui)(hui)產生大(da)量(liang)的(de)粉塵,包括巖石的(de)開采、建筑廢棄(qi)物的(de)回收利用(yong)等,在物料(liao)的(de)加工和(he)運移(yi)過(guo)程中,有大(da)量(liang)的(de)直(zhi)徑小于(yu)1毫米的(de)粉狀(zhuang)細粒級(ji)顆粒產生,并因為破碎篩分加工和(he)運移(yi)導(dao)致物料(liao)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)大(da)量(liang)的(de)相對運動,使得粉狀(zhuang)細粒級(ji)顆粒脫離散(san)發到空(kong)氣中并帶弱電荷,形(xing)成(cheng)粉塵污染(ran)。這(zhe)些(xie)粉塵會(hui)(hui)危(wei)害長(chang)期在現場工作的(de)人員的(de)健(jian)康,也(ye)會(hui)(hui)對周圍環(huan)境造(zao)成(cheng)污染(ran)。
懸臂斗輪堆取料機作為散料堆場的大型作業機械,其設備出力動輒幾千噸每小時,在運行過程中,由于小時出力較大,設備轉速較高,加上散料易揚塵的特性,往往運行時伴有大量粉塵產生。常規斗輪堆取料機自帶抑塵水箱,利用管道增加泵,給水加壓,在抑塵點加裝噴頭,高壓水沖擊到噴頭處,水柱被打散成小顆粒水珠,達到降塵的目的。該抑塵裝置介質為水,水源可以是工業水或處理后的懸浮顆粒滿足要求的二次水,其工藝特性決定了該裝置耗水量大,每小時水量約6m3,成本高(gao)而且(qie)抑塵效果有限(xian)。
技術實現要素:
針(zhen)對上述(shu)技術問(wen)題(ti),本(ben)實用(yong)新型的(de)目的(de)是提(ti)供(gong)一種氣(qi)霧式抑塵裝置,該裝置采用(yong)兩種介質,水(shui)和空(kong)氣(qi),在一定壓力下形(xing)成(cheng)密集(ji)且極其細微的(de)水(shui)氣(qi)霧池,與粉塵充分接觸、融(rong)合(he)、下沉到物料表面,實現降塵目的(de),成(cheng)本(ben)低(di),操作簡(jian)便。
本實用新型的上述(shu)目的是通(tong)過以下技術(shu)方案實現的:
一(yi)種氣(qi)(qi)(qi)霧式抑塵裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),包括(kuo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)1、水氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混合(he)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)2、入水管3和加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵5,所(suo)述空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)1將空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)后(hou)(hou)輸(shu)送到(dao)水氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混合(he)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)2中(zhong)(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵將水加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)后(hou)(hou)通(tong)過入水管3輸(shu)送到(dao)水氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混合(he)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)2中(zhong)(zhong),水、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)在所(suo)述水氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混合(he)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)2充分(fen)混合(he)后(hou)(hou)形成氣(qi)(qi)(qi)霧從噴頭4噴出,所(suo)述空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)1將空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)到(dao)1~2MP,所(suo)述加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵將水加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)至(zhi)0.8~1.2MP。
作(zuo)為(wei)一種優選的(de)(de)方式,本(ben)實用新型的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)霧式抑塵裝(zhuang)置(zhi),加壓(ya)泵5和(he)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)縮裝(zhuang)置(zhi)1輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)所述水(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合(he)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)2首次混(hun)合(he)后(hou)(hou)將(jiang)含大量(liang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)輸(shu)(shu)入第二水(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合(he)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)2,在(zai)(zai)第二水(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合(he)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)2中再與(yu)加壓(ya)泵5輸(shu)(shu)送來的(de)(de)壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)再次混(hun)合(he)后(hou)(hou)形(xing)成(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)霧后(hou)(hou)從噴(pen)頭4噴(pen)出(chu)。這樣形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)霧效果更好。兩次提供(gong)壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可(ke)以是(shi)同一空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)縮裝(zhuang)置(zhi)也可(ke)以是(shi)兩個(ge)獨立的(de)(de)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)縮裝(zhuang)置(zhi),選用同一空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)縮裝(zhuang)置(zhi)更節約成(cheng)本(ben)和(he)空間。
傳統方法通(tong)(tong)過(guo)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和(he)安裝噴(pen)頭(tou)(tou)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)小(xiao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)珠抑塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)方式,既浪費水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)又達不到(dao)很好(hao)的(de)抑塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效果,本(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)采用(yong)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮裝置(zhi)將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合裝置(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)進行混(hun)合,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合物(wu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)噴(pen)頭(tou)(tou)噴(pen)出,由于(yu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)進入(ru),使水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合物(wu)能再空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)停留的(de)時間延長,形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)密集的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧(wu)池(chi),由于(yu)霧(wu)池(chi)范圍面積(ji)大(da),將粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)包圍,與(yu)(yu)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)充分接觸、融(rong)合、下沉(chen)到(dao)物(wu)料表(biao)面,實(shi)現(xian)降(jiang)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)目(mu)的(de)。本(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)的(de)發(fa)(fa)明人經(jing)試驗(yan)發(fa)(fa)現(xian),當氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)高(gao)(gao)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)低時,形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧(wu)池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)含(han)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量過(guo)低,不足以潤濕(shi)和(he)覆蓋粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen),而(er)且形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧(wu)在(zai)空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)滯留時間太(tai)長,甚至使水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)分在(zai)空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)蒸發(fa)(fa)汽化,造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)損(sun)失,不利(li)于(yu)抑塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen),當氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)低、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)高(gao)(gao)時,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)不能充分霧(wu)化,比表(biao)面積(ji)不足,空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)滯留時間太(tai)短,與(yu)(yu)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)接觸時間不足,效果也不佳。本(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)的(de)發(fa)(fa)明人發(fa)(fa)現(xian),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與(yu)(yu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧(wu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)式和(he)性質密切相關,當氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)1~2MP、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)0.8~1.2MP時,形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧(wu)比表(biao)面積(ji)大(da),不需要添加任何抑塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)原(yuan)液即(ji)能控制90%以上的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen),而(er)且氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧(wu)攜(xie)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)沉(chen)降(jiang)所(suo)需時間適中(zhong)(zhong),抑塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效果非常好(hao)。而(er)進一步地(di),采用(yong)兩次(ci)通(tong)(tong)入(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)方法形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)霧(wu)效果更佳,根據本(ben)發(fa)(fa)明的(de)一個具體(ti)實(shi)施(shi)例,抑塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)率可達到(dao)97%。
進一(yi)步(bu)地,本實用新型(xing)的氣霧式抑(yi)塵裝置(zhi),所述空(kong)氣壓縮(suo)裝置(zhi)1將空(kong)氣壓縮(suo)到1.0MP。
進一步地,所述加壓泵5將水(shui)加壓至1.0MP。
根據本發明(ming)的一個具體實施例,將空(kong)氣壓(ya)(ya)縮到1.0MP,加壓(ya)(ya)泵5將水加壓(ya)(ya)至1.0MP,抑塵效果可達(da)到97%,而且不需要其他添加額(e)外(wai)的輔助設備或者抑塵原液(ye),水的利(li)用達(da)到最大化。
所(suo)述空氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮裝置1可(ke)以(yi)是任何能實(shi)(shi)現壓(ya)(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)至1~2MP的(de)裝置,包(bao)括但并不限于空氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機;所(suo)述加壓(ya)(ya)泵(beng)5也可(ke)以(yi)用能起到等同(tong)效果的(de)其他設備替換(huan),這些(xie)都應視為(wei)與本實(shi)(shi)用新型等同(tong)的(de)技術方案(an),屬(shu)于本實(shi)(shi)用新型保(bao)護的(de)范(fan)圍。
進一步地,優選所述空氣(qi)壓縮裝置1為空氣(qi)壓縮機。
進一步(bu)地,優選用水為通過處理后的懸浮物(wu)≤20mg/L的二次水。采用二次用水既滿足抑塵要求,又利于環保(bao)和資(zi)源的充分利用
本實用(yong)新型上述的氣(qi)霧式抑塵(chen)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)只需(xu)要將空氣(qi)壓(ya)縮(suo)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)1、水氣(qi)混合(he)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)2和加壓(ya)泵(beng)5與(yu)電源連通即(ji)可(ke)使用(yong)。
作(zuo)為優選,將所述氣(qi)(qi)霧式抑塵裝置安(an)裝在斗(dou)輪(lun)堆(dui)取(qu)料(liao)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)。其中(zhong),空氣(qi)(qi)壓縮裝置1可以是(shi)單獨配(pei)置于斗(dou)輪(lun)堆(dui)取(qu)料(liao)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)空氣(qi)(qi)壓縮機(ji),也可以用距設備不遠的固(gu)定氣(qi)(qi)源替(ti)換。以能實現(xian)斗(dou)輪(lun)堆(dui)取(qu)料(liao)機(ji)方便工作(zuo)為宜。
本實用(yong)(yong)新型所(suo)用(yong)(yong)到的(de)(de)空氣(qi)壓(ya)縮機、水氣(qi)混(hun)合(he)裝置、噴頭、加壓(ya)泵、水管以及根據需要(yao)增加的(de)(de)閥門、過濾(lv)網等(deng)均可(ke)以從市場上的(de)(de)專業制作廠商處購(gou)買并按(an)本實用(yong)(yong)新型所(suo)述方式進行組裝。
本實(shi)用新型(xing)的有益(yi)效果在于:
1、與常規水噴霧比較,本實用新型的氣霧式抑塵裝置,大大降低粉塵濃度,抑塵率最佳可達97%,同時,也減少了耗水量,該裝置單組抑塵小時耗水量約為0.06m3,兩個抑塵點小時耗水量不足0.15m3,較常規的6m3小很多,對于長(chang)期運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)的設(she)備,其年節省運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)成本較(jiao)為可觀,按電站年運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)5000小時(shi)計算(suan),一(yi)年節水近3萬方,同時(shi)抑(yi)塵(chen)效果還有(you)了顯著提高,改善運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)環境的同時(shi),減少(shao)操作人員(yuan)職業病的發生。
2、與通過添加抑(yi)塵(chen)原液改善(shan)氣霧性質(zhi)增(zeng)加抑(yi)塵(chen)效果(guo)的技術相比,本實(shi)用新型的氣霧式抑(yi)塵(chen)裝置操(cao)作簡(jian)單,節約成本,效果(guo)顯(xian)著,是一種(zhong)理(li)想(xiang)的抑(yi)塵(chen)技術。
3、由于(yu)耗水(shui)量不(bu)大(da),用于(yu)燃(ran)煤相關的(de)抑塵時,對原煤的(de)含水(shui)量影響(xiang)較小,不(bu)會因水(shui)分(fen)過(guo)高(gao)造成燃(ran)料(liao)系統堵(du)料(liao),同時對鍋爐燃(ran)燒(shao)效(xiao)率無影響(xiang),對于(yu)燃(ran)燒(shao)褐(he)煤的(de)項目,也不(bu)會因水(shui)分(fen)過(guo)高(gao),增大(da)原煤自燃(ran)幾率。

實施例2
