背景技術:
據不完全統計,我國約有電鍍廠1.5萬家左右,年排電鍍廢水約60億m3左右。電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍廠大都規模較小且分散,技(ji)術相對落后,絕大部(bu)分以(yi)鍍銅(tong)、鋅(xin)、鎳(nie)和鉻(ge)為主,電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍廢(fei)水處理后會產出大量固體(ti)廢(fei)棄(qi)物,這(zhe)些廢(fei)棄(qi)物如果直接去(qu)掩埋,不僅破壞環境(jing),危害人類健康,也會造成巨大的資源浪(lang)費。由于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍鎳(nie)具(ju)有(you)高(gao)均勻性,高(gao)耐磨性等優(you)點,因(yin)此被廣泛地應用于(yu)工業生產。國(guo)家環保(bao)部(bu)早已將含鎳(nie)污(wu)泥列(lie)入(ru)《國(guo)家危險(xian)廢(fei)物名錄》中,含鎳(nie)污(wu)泥被列(lie)入(ru)第十(shi)七類危險(xian)廢(fei)物。
含鎳污(wu)泥目(mu)前市場上(shang)處(chu)理(li)方法:
回(hui)收(shou)單位(wei)將(jiang)(jiang)含鎳污(wu)(wu)泥回(hui)收(shou),將(jiang)(jiang)回(hui)收(shou)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)含鎳污(wu)(wu)泥置于(yu)太陽下(xia)曬干(gan),曬干(gan)后的(de)(de)含鎳污(wu)(wu)泥用大(da)量(liang)化(hua)學藥(yao)液(ye)去(qu)浸(jin)泡,將(jiang)(jiang)浸(jin)泡好(hao)的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)泥用壓濾機(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)污(wu)(wu)泥與含鎳的(de)(de)溶(rong)液(ye)分離,再向分離出(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)溶(rong)液(ye)中加入適量(liang)的(de)(de)鹽酸(suan)來(lai)(lai)制備(bei)(bei)氯化(hua)鎳溶(rong)液(ye),將(jiang)(jiang)制備(bei)(bei)好(hao)的(de)(de)氯化(hua)鎳溶(rong)液(ye)進行(xing)蒸發處理制備(bei)(bei)氯化(hua)鎳晶體產(chan)品。在(zai)制備(bei)(bei)氯化(hua)鎳晶體過程中會(hui)產(chan)生大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)廢(fei)氣,分離出(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)泥中含有大(da)量(liang)有機(ji)物及化(hua)學藥(yao)液(ye)殘留物,為(wei)了節(jie)省成本回(hui)收(shou)單位(wei)取(qu)鎳后的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)泥一般會(hui)被丟棄,對(dui)環(huan)境(jing)造成極大(da)的(de)(de)危害,沒有達到(dao)含鎳污(wu)(wu)泥資源化(hua)利用。
針對于此,特研發此含鎳污泥(ni)中(zhong)鎳的(de)回收和(he)綜合利用處理(li)方法,該方法不(bu)僅處理(li)后污泥(ni)中(zhong)重金(jin)屬(shu)含量可(ke)以達標(biao),更有(you)產生純度高達99.95%以上的(de)電解鎳板產品。
技術實現要素:
本發明(ming)主(zhu)要解(jie)決的(de)技(ji)術問題(ti)是提供一種含(han)鎳(nie)污泥中(zhong)銅的(de)回(hui)(hui)收和綜(zong)合利用處理方法(fa),能(neng)夠(gou)使污泥中(zhong)鎳(nie)含(han)量(liang)可以達標排(pai)放,更能(neng)產生(sheng)純度高(gao)達99.95%以上(shang)的(de)電解(jie)鎳(nie)板,提高(gao)了(le)回(hui)(hui)收率,降低了(le)能(neng)源(yuan)消耗(hao)。
為解(jie)決上述技術問題,本(ben)發明采用的(de)一(yi)個技術方案是(shi):提供一(yi)種含鎳(nie)污(wu)泥中鎳(nie)的(de)回收和綜(zong)合利用處理方法,包(bao)括(kuo)以(yi)下步驟:
a污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)干渣制備:將(jiang)含鎳污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)加入(ru)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)干化(hua)機中進行(xing)干化(hua)處理,污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)干化(hua)機溫度控(kong)制在(zai)600℃~650℃,去除污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)中的(de)有機物,得(de)到污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)干渣,且(qie)將(jiang)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)干渣的(de)含水率控(kong)制在(zai)20%以下;
b含鎳污泥干渣封裝處理(li):將步驟a中所得的污泥干渣用玻(bo)纖布(bu)袋(dai)(dai)封裝好(hao),然后將裝好(hao)的干渣袋(dai)(dai)置于干燥處待處理(li);
c電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye)制備:將步(bu)驟(zou)b中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)干(gan)渣(zha)袋放入(ru)電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye)制備池中(zhong)(zhong),往所述電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye)制備池中(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)入(ru)配好(hao)的(de)稀(xi)硫酸(suan)溶(rong)液(ye)(ye),充分攪拌,使(shi)干(gan)渣(zha)袋中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)重金屬完(wan)全(quan)快(kuai)速的(de)溶(rong)解(jie)(jie)于(yu)稀(xi)硫酸(suan)溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong),制備出第(di)一重電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(ye);
d電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液制備池(chi)中干(gan)渣(zha)袋循環利用處理:將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液制備池(chi)中的干(gan)渣(zha)袋放(fang)入(ru)離(li)心機中運行,得到污泥離(li)心干(gan)渣(zha)與第二(er)重電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液,將(jiang)第二(er)重電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液用泵送入(ru)電(dian)(dian)解(jie)槽中待處理;
e電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)鎳板制作:將電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)制備池中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)第一(yi)重電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)用(yong)泵打(da)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)槽中(zhong)(zhong),與電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)槽中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)第二重電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye),將電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)槽中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)至40℃~45℃進(jin)行持(chi)續(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie),得(de)到高(gao)純度的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)鎳板。
優選地,所述步驟(zou)c具體包括將(jiang)所述干渣袋擺(bai)放(fang)整齊并懸空固定于(yu)電解(jie)(jie)液(ye)制(zhi)備池(chi)內部框架中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),檢測所述干渣袋中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的重(zhong)金屬(shu)(shu)含(han)量(liang),根據該重(zhong)金屬(shu)(shu)含(han)量(liang)配制(zhi)適量(liang)的稀硫酸(suan)溶液(ye),往所述電解(jie)(jie)液(ye)制(zhi)備池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)入所述適量(liang)的稀硫酸(suan),通過加(jia)熱(re)棒將(jiang)電解(jie)(jie)液(ye)制(zhi)備池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)溶液(ye)加(jia)熱(re)到(dao)40℃~45℃,充分攪(jiao)拌并通過鼓(gu)養(yang)機向所述電解(jie)(jie)液(ye)制(zhi)備池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鼓(gu)養(yang),使得(de)所述污泥干渣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的重(zhong)金屬(shu)(shu)完全溶解(jie)(jie)于(yu)稀硫酸(suan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)得(de)到(dao)第一重(zhong)電解(jie)(jie)液(ye)。
優選地(di),所述步驟d的干渣袋送入污泥(ni)干化機中進行干化去(qu)酸(suan)處理,去(qu)酸(suan)后的污泥(ni)離心干渣又恢復到含水(shui)率在20%以下的狀態,可(ke)用來(lai)制備固化免燒磚。
優選地,所述步驟e中的(de)電解(jie)過(guo)程中要測試電解(jie)液中的(de)鎳離子含量,根據(ju)溶液中鎳離子含量的(de)不斷變(bian)化(hua)來變(bian)換電解(jie)所通過(guo)的(de)電流。
優選地,將所述電解(jie)槽(cao)中的(de)電后液用(yong)泵(beng)打入組分調節(jie)池(chi)中進行硫酸(suan)濃度調整,將調節(jie)好的(de)稀(xi)硫酸(suan)溶液用(yong)泵(beng)送入步驟c中的(de)電解(jie)制備池(chi)中進行循環使(shi)用(yong)。。
本發明的(de)(de)有益(yi)效果(guo)是:本發明的(de)(de)處理(li)方法不僅可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)將(jiang)處理(li)后的(de)(de)污(wu)泥干渣(zha)制(zhi)備成固化免燒(shao)磚,使得污(wu)泥中的(de)(de)鎳含(han)量可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)達標排放(fang),更能(neng)產生(sheng)純度高達99.95%以(yi)(yi)上的(de)(de)電解鎳板,既提高了回收率,又降低了能(neng)源消耗(hao),具有很明顯(xian)的(de)(de)經濟效益(yi)及社會效益(yi)。

實施例2:

電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液制備池中(zhong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液含(han)有高(gao)含(han)量(liang)的鎳離(li)子,將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液制備池中(zhong)的第一(yi)重電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液用(yong)泵打入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)槽(cao)中(zhong),與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)槽(cao)中(zhong)的第二重電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液形(xing)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液,將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)槽(cao)中(zhong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱至40℃進行持續電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)過(guo)程中(zhong)過(guo)一(yi)段時(shi)間(jian)測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液中(zhong)的鎳離(li)子含(han)量(liang),根據(ju)溶液中(zhong)鎳離(li)子含(han)量(liang)的不斷變化(hua)來變換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)所(suo)通過(guo)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,目的是節省用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),得到高(gao)純(chun)度(du)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)鎳板(ban)。
將所述電(dian)解槽中的電(dian)后液(ye)用泵打(da)入組(zu)分(fen)調節池中進行硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)濃度(du)調整,將調節好(hao)的稀硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)溶液(ye)用泵送(song)入所述電(dian)解制備池中進行循環(huan)使(shi)用。
本發明(ming)的(de)處(chu)理方法不僅(jin)可以(yi)將處(chu)理后的(de)污泥(ni)干(gan)渣(zha)制備成固化免燒磚,使(shi)得(de)污泥(ni)中的(de)鎳含量可以(yi)達標排放,更能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)純(chun)度(du)高達99.95%以(yi)上(shang)的(de)電解鎳板,既提高了(le)回收(shou)率,又降低了(le)能(neng)源消耗(hao),具有(you)很明(ming)顯的(de)經濟效益及(ji)社會效益。
