隨著經濟(ji)和工業的(de)(de)快速(su)發展(zhan),世界各(ge)國(guo)面臨(lin)著能源(yuan)短缺的(de)(de)問題,所以(yi)如(ru)何高效利(li)用(yong)已有(you)能源(yuan)是各(ge)國(guo)人們(men)日(ri)益關(guan)注(zhu)的(de)(de)焦點。其中,換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一種在不同溫(wen)度(du)的(de)(de)兩(liang)種或兩(liang)種以(yi)上流(liu)體間實現物料(liao)之(zhi)(zhi)間熱(re)(re)(re)量傳(chuan)遞的(de)(de)節能設備,是使熱(re)(re)(re)量由較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)流(liu)體傳(chuan)遞給溫(wen)度(du)較(jiao)(jiao)低(di)的(de)(de)流(liu)體,是提高能源(yuan)利(li)用(yong)率的(de)(de)主要(yao)設備之(zhi)(zhi)一。目前,應用(yong)較(jiao)(jiao)廣泛的(de)(de)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)為(wei)螺(luo)旋折(zhe)流(liu)板(ban)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi),螺(luo)旋折(zhe)流(liu)板(ban)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)一般由殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、換熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)束、管(guan)板(ban)、折(zhe)流(liu)板(ban)(擋板(ban))和管(guan)箱等(deng)部件組成。現有(you)的(de)(de)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)以(yi)單殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)普及(ji),在介質(zhi)流(liu)速(su)低(di)的(de)(de)情況下(xia)需要(yao)通過增(zeng)加殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)數的(de)(de)方式(shi)來(lai)提高流(liu)速(su)。螺(luo)旋折(zhe)流(liu)板(ban)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)介質(zhi)是螺(luo)旋流(liu)動的(de)(de),用(yong)現有(you)的(de)(de)技術無法實現殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)分程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。

本(ben)實用新型針對(dui)上(shang)述問題(ti),提供一(yi)種(zhong)雙(shuang)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)螺旋折流(liu)(liu)板換熱(re)器,該換熱(re)器通過增(zeng)加殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)筒形(xing)分程(cheng)(cheng)隔板來增(zeng)加殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)程(cheng)(cheng)數,解決(jue)目前(qian)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)螺旋流(liu)(liu)無法分程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)難題(ti),使單殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)變為雙(shuang)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng),從而提高(gao)了流(liu)(liu)體的(de)流(liu)(liu)速,提高(gao)了換熱(re)效(xiao)率。

作為(wei)本實用(yong)新型的進一步改進,所述(shu)殼(ke)體左端連接左封(feng)頭(tou),右端連接右封(feng)頭(tou),所述(shu)左封(feng)頭(tou)、右封(feng)頭(tou)兩者與(yu)殼(ke)體的連接處分別設置一個管箱。
作為本實用新型的進一(yi)步改(gai)進,所述殼體底部設置有(you)支座。

殼體1左(zuo)端連(lian)接(jie)左(zuo)封頭(tou)(tou)10,右(you)端連(lian)接(jie)右(you)封頭(tou)(tou)11,所述左(zuo)封頭(tou)(tou)10、右(you)封頭(tou)(tou)11兩者與殼體1的(de)連(lian)接(jie)處分(fen)別設置(zhi)一個(ge)管箱7。
殼體(ti)1底部設置有支座(zuo)9。
殼體1上遠離殼程出口5一端(duan)設置放空口8,第二筒體2-2沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)延伸至(zhi)放空口8處。
本實用新(xin)型(xing)的工作過程(cheng)(cheng)如下:使用本實用新(xin)型(xing)產品(pin)時,介(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)從殼程(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)口6進(jin)入第(di)二(er)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)2-2與殼體(ti)(ti)1內(nei)壁(bi)之間,經由內(nei)螺旋(xuan)折(zhe)(zhe)流(liu)板4沿軸向導(dao)流(liu),介(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)在到(dao)達第(di)二(er)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)2-2端部,脫離第(di)二(er)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)2-2外壁(bi)束縛后,經由內(nei)螺旋(xuan)折(zhe)(zhe)流(liu)板4導(dao)向,進(jin)入筒(tong)(tong)形隔板2內(nei)腔(qiang)中(zhong),經過第(di)二(er)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)2-2進(jin)入第(di)一筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)2-1中(zhong),最終從殼程(cheng)(cheng)出口5流(liu)出。
