背景技術:
在電(dian)爐冶煉(lian)的過程(cheng)中,會產(chan)生大(da)量(liang)的高溫煙氣。這些高溫煙氣不僅(jin)帶走了大(da)量(liang)的熱能,而且還會影響下(xia)游除塵設備(bei)的運行,進而帶來環境污染問題。
近(jin)年來,隨著(zhu)鋼鐵企業對(dui)節能減排的(de)(de)日益重視,如何將煉鋼工序高溫煙氣中的(de)(de)顯熱(re)充分回(hui)收,變“廢”為(wei)寶,已經成為(wei)煉鋼企業日益關心(xin)的(de)(de)問(wen)題。
目前,工程上對于電爐(lu)煙(yan)氣的(de)(de)余(yu)(yu)熱(re)回(hui)收(shou)都采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單(dan)壓(ya)余(yu)(yu)熱(re)回(hui)收(shou)方式,這種余(yu)(yu)熱(re)回(hui)收(shou)方式存在一(yi)(yi)個問(wen)題,即煙(yan)氣余(yu)(yu)熱(re)利(li)用(yong)(yong)受到一(yi)(yi)定限制(zhi),一(yi)(yi)般在200℃左(zuo)右,仍然存在較大的(de)(de)利(li)用(yong)(yong)空間。另一(yi)(yi)方面,由(you)于煙(yan)氣溫度(du)非常高,而汽水側(ce)溫度(du)較低,這種超大溫差的(de)(de)換(huan)熱(re)造成了過(guo)大的(de)(de)換(huan)熱(re)損,能(neng)量有效利(li)用(yong)(yong)率大打折扣。
對此,本發明擬構建(jian)一種基于多壓余熱回收(shou)(shou)模式的(de)電爐煙(yan)氣余熱優化利(li)用(yong)系統(tong),充分回收(shou)(shou)電爐煙(yan)氣的(de)余熱并加以合理利(li)用(yong),可(ke)產生較(jiao)為可(ke)觀的(de)經濟(ji)收(shou)(shou)益,具有重要的(de)實用(yong)意義。

中壓(ya)(ya)鍋(guo)筒通(tong)(tong)過第六下降(jiang)管104與(yu)(yu)中壓(ya)(ya)循(xun)環泵(beng)15的(de)進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)相(xiang)連,中壓(ya)(ya)循(xun)環泵(beng)的(de)出水(shui)管道分為幾(ji)個支(zhi)路(lu),分別與(yu)(yu)第二汽化冷(leng)卻煙(yan)道的(de)進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)和所述燃燒(shao)沉降(jiang)室的(de)爐蓋汽化冷(leng)卻裝(zhuang)置進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)連通(tong)(tong),第二汽化冷(leng)卻煙(yan)道的(de)出汽口(kou)、燃燒(shao)沉降(jiang)室的(de)爐蓋汽化冷(leng)卻裝(zhuang)置出汽口(kou)通(tong)(tong)過管道106、107與(yu)(yu)中壓(ya)(ya)鍋(guo)筒的(de)上升(sheng)管口(kou)相(xiang)連,形(xing)成閉(bi)式強(qiang)制循(xun)環回路(lu)。
