技術實現要素:

粉絲在烘干機5內的輸送速度、溫度和風機的風力大小根據實際需要進行控制。輸送變頻器2控制的輸送帶底部輸送機的轉速不大于2000r/min。粉絲輸送帶上往復移動,直至烘干為止。輸送機由電動機、聯軸器、減速器、傳動滾筒構成,輸送機功率小于200KW。風機采用排氣壓力<10mH2O的鼓(gu)風(feng)機。控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)1采用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼結構(gou),控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)1內設置有控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)器(qi)、操作用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)器(qi)、保(bao)護用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)器(qi)、執行電(dian)器(qi)和檢(jian)測顯示電(dian)器(qi),各電(dian)器(qi)按(an)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)需要相互(hu)配線連接,構(gou)成控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)路。溫(wen)(wen)度傳(chuan)感器(qi)3采用(yong)(yong)(yong)測溫(wen)(wen)范(fan)圍為-20℃~+350℃的蒸汽壓力溫(wen)(wen)度計。或者(zhe)溫(wen)(wen)度傳(chuan)感器(qi)3采用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱點溫(wen)(wen)度計。
本實用新型的工作過程(cheng)(cheng)如(ru)(ru)下:如(ru)(ru)圖3所示的電氣圖,控制(zhi)(zhi)柜1上的觸摸(mo)屏(ping)啟(qi)動后(hou),粉絲(si)通(tong)(tong)過輸(shu)送(song)變頻器(qi)2開始(shi)往烘(hong)(hong)干機5內輸(shu)送(song)。根(gen)據粉絲(si)數量(liang)的多少,控制(zhi)(zhi)輸(shu)送(song)的速度,直接在觸摸(mo)屏(ping)上進行設置。當(dang)烘(hong)(hong)干機5內的傳感器(qi)檢測到溫度值后(hou),根(gen)據系統設置的程(cheng)(cheng)序,換算成為對應的蒸(zheng)汽調(diao)節的量(liang),開始(shi)蒸(zheng)汽調(diao)節閥6,并通(tong)(tong)過控制(zhi)(zhi)風機變頻器(qi)4進行鼓風吹氣。氣體帶(dai)動粉絲(si)的熱量(liang)和水蒸(zheng)氣都排走(zou)后(hou),粉絲(si)即實現了烘(hong)(hong)干效果(guo)。
