背景技術:
換熱(re)器(qi)是將熱(re)流(liu)(liu)體的部分熱(re)量傳(chuan)遞給冷流(liu)(liu)體的設(she)備,又稱(cheng)熱(re)交(jiao)換器(qi)。換熱(re)器(qi)在化工、石油(you)、動(dong)力、食品及(ji)其它許多工業生(sheng)產(chan)中占(zhan)有重要(yao)地位,其在化工生(sheng)產(chan)中換熱(re)器(qi)可作為(wei)加熱(re)器(qi)、冷卻器(qi)、冷凝器(qi)、蒸發器(qi)和(he)再(zai)沸(fei)器(qi)等,應用廣(guang)泛。
傳統的換熱(re)器采用金屬(shu)銅作為導熱(re)材料(liao),其導熱(re)能力有限,從而影響了(le)換熱(re)器的換熱(re)效率。
技術實現要素:

進(jin)一(yi)步地,所述(shu)的(de)(de)散(san)熱管(guan)采(cai)用散(san)熱箱替代,所述(shu)的(de)(de)散(san)熱箱上下兩側均勻開有條(tiao)形孔(kong),所述(shu)的(de)(de)石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)片插入散(san)熱箱條(tiao)形孔(kong)內,石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)板(ban)(ban)(ban)與散(san)熱管(guan)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)縫隙采(cai)用密(mi)封(feng)膠填充,所述(shu)的(de)(de)中(zhong)間(jian)固定(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)(ban)固接(jie)在散(san)熱管(guan)上,位于石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)板(ban)(ban)(ban)之(zhi)間(jian),中(zhong)間(jian)固定(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)(ban)兩側與石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)板(ban)(ban)(ban)固定(ding)(ding),所述(shu)的(de)(de)固定(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)(ban)固接(jie)在散(san)熱管(guan)兩側上部,所述(shu)的(de)(de)拉桿固接(jie)在固定(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上。
進一步(bu)地,所述的石墨(mo)(mo)烯(xi)板上(shang)下對應,上(shang)下兩個石墨(mo)(mo)烯(xi)板組成一對石墨(mo)(mo)烯(xi)板組,石墨(mo)(mo)烯(xi)板組之間留(liu)有縫隙,縫隙上(shang)下交(jiao)替分布。
與(yu)現有(you)技(ji)術相比,本發明的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)益效(xiao)果是:普通的(de)(de)(de)(de)是傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)是金屬(shu)跟金屬(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),常用(yong)(yong)(yong)金屬(shu)銅的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)從正(zheng)面(mian)(mian)到(dao)背面(mian)(mian)其(qi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)是300-330,而(er)石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)達到(dao)了1000多(duo),可(ke)以說(shuo)是瞬間(jian)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),是現有(you)材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)3-4倍。也就(jiu)是說(shuo),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)板(ban)來導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),其(qi)優異之(zhi)(zhi)處在(zai)(zai)于采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)片層結構傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)導(dao),在(zai)(zai)達到(dao)相同效(xiao)果(或換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)下(xia)(xia))下(xia)(xia),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)材料(liao)其(qi)體積(ji)要(yao)比普通導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)材料(liao)小很多(duo),在(zai)(zai)同體積(ji)下(xia)(xia)其(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式也發生(sheng)了變(bian)化,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)是在(zai)(zai)冷媒與(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)媒之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)通過金屬(shu)連接并(bing)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(垂(chui)直傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)),而(er)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)板(ban)則(ze)是水平傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re);石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點是各向(xiang)異性,就(jiu)是在(zai)(zai)各個方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)導(dao)速率(lv)是不(bu)一樣的(de)(de)(de)(de),石墨(mo)烯(xi)(xi)在(zai)(zai)片層結構里是瞬間(jian)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)導(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
本發明具有結(jie)構簡單、設計合理、換熱效率(lv)高和易于推廣使(shi)用等優點。
