全(quan)熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)溫度(du)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)效率(lv)及新(xin)(xin)風量需(xu)要(yao)(yao)滿(man)足對應的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求。現有技術中通常根(gen)據(ju)目(mu)(mu)標環境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)面積和新(xin)(xin)風量需(xu)求選(xuan)用(yong)大型(xing)、中型(xing)或(huo)(huo)小(xiao)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置以(yi)(yi)及具體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)臺(tai)數,并通過直徑100mm至350mm的(de)(de)(de)連接風管送風到(dao)指定區(qu)域。同(tong)(tong)時,現有技術中的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝(zhuang)置可(ke)以(yi)(yi)與(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調系統配(pei)合(he)(he),根(gen)據(ju)環境(jing)或(huo)(huo)目(mu)(mu)標區(qu)域需(xu)求,與(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調室內(nei)(nei)機同(tong)(tong)時開/關(guan)或(huo)(huo)獨立運行起到(dao)降(jiang)低空(kong)(kong)(kong)調負荷(he),減少空(kong)(kong)(kong)調能耗的(de)(de)(de)效果(guo)。但是,受限于全(quan)熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)風道結構,在(zai)對應風量下,多(duo)(duo)臺(tai)全(quan)熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝(zhuang)置配(pei)合(he)(he)連接風管送風結構很難(nan)保證其克服自身阻力后,溫度(du)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)效率(lv)、焓交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)效率(lv)、濕量交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)效率(lv)、內(nei)(nei)部漏風率(lv)以(yi)(yi)及有效換(huan)(huan)氣率(lv)等多(duo)(duo)個參數在(zai)多(duo)(duo)個目(mu)(mu)標房間或(huo)(huo)區(qu)域內(nei)(nei)同(tong)(tong)時依舊可(ke)以(yi)(yi)滿(man)足實(shi)際需(xu)求或(huo)(huo)達到(dao)理想的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標值。而(er)且,多(duo)(duo)臺(tai)全(quan)熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝(zhuang)置與(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調系統的(de)(de)(de)配(pei)合(he)(he),也增加了控制(zhi)系統的(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)客體(ti)數量,加大了實(shi)現最(zui)優控制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)難(nan)度(du)。

技術實現要素:

綜上所述的全熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)裝置的三種工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態,其中新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)51和排(pai)(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)61之間有(you)至少三種配合工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態。當全熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)裝置工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)在熱交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)模(mo)式(shi)時,新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)51的排(pai)(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)61均工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)在強排(pai)(pai)風(feng)(feng)模(mo)式(shi)時,排(pai)(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)61工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)51停機;工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)在內循環模(mo)式(shi)時,排(pai)(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)61停機,新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)51工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。以上三種工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態可以通(tong)過兩(liang)臺電機控制(zhi)兩(liang)臺獨立的離心(xin)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)(shan)實現。

作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)另一種備(bei)選方案,參見圖(tu)(tu)12和(he)圖(tu)(tu)13所示,新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)51和(he)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)61通過一個(ge)雙頭輸出(chu)電機32控(kong)制,雙頭輸出(chu)電機32上設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有離(li)合裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)33。電機32可以設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)在全熱(re)交(jiao)換裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)的第三層腔體(ti)中(zhong),其輸出(chu)軸既聯接新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)51也聯接排(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)61,新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)51和(he)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)61均作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)雙頭輸出(chu)電機32的負載一同動作(zuo),全熱(re)交(jiao)換裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)工作(zuo)在熱(re)交(jiao)換模(mo)式。當(dang)離(li)合聯接裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)33切斷時,新風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)51或(huo)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)扇(shan)(shan)61作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)電機32的負載單獨動作(zuo),全熱(re)交(jiao)換裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)工作(zuo)在內循環模(mo)式或(huo)強排(pai)風(feng)(feng)模(mo)式。

作為(wei)通(tong)過一個(ge)雙頭(tou)輸(shu)出電(dian)機32控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)另一種(zhong)備(bei)選(xuan)方案(an)。參見圖14和(he)圖15所示(shi),新風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)扇(shan)51和(he)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)扇(shan)61之間還設置有離合(he)聯(lian)接裝置30。通(tong)過離合(he)聯(lian)接裝置30的(de)電(dian)機輸(shu)出軸(zhou)聯(lian)接時,新風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)扇(shan)51和(he)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)扇(shan)61同時作為(wei)電(dian)機32的(de)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)同步(bu)動作,全(quan)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝置工作在(zai)(zai)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)。當(dang)離合(he)聯(lian)接裝置30切斷時,排(pai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)扇(shan)61作為(wei)電(dian)機32的(de)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)單獨動作,全(quan)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝置工作在(zai)(zai)強排(pai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)。同樣的(de),電(dian)機32可以設置在(zai)(zai)全(quan)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝置的(de)第(di)二層(ceng)腔(qiang)體2中,其(qi)輸(shu)出軸(zhou)也直(zhi)接聯(lian)接新風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)扇(shan)51,當(dang)離合(he)聯(lian)接裝置30切斷時,新風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)扇(shan)51作為(wei)電(dian)機32的(de)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)單獨動作,全(quan)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝置工作在(zai)(zai)內循環模(mo)式(shi)(shi)。采用此(ci)種(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)方案(an),全(quan)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝置僅能實現熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)和(he)強排(pai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),或(huo)者熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)和(he)內循環模(mo)式(shi)(shi)兩種(zhong)功能組合(he)。

參見圖16所示,如果實(shi)際安裝使用的領域僅需要設(she)備實(shi)現(xian)熱交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)功能(neng)。則作為一種(zhong)備選方(fang)案,新風(feng)風(feng)扇(shan)(shan)51和排風(feng)風(feng)扇(shan)(shan)61之間設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)雙頭(tou)輸出電機34,通過雙頭(tou)輸出電機34實(shi)現(xian)新風(feng)風(feng)扇(shan)(shan)51和排風(feng)風(feng)扇(shan)(shan)61的同(tong)步(bu)動作。采(cai)用此種(zhong)控制(zhi)方(fang)案,全熱交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)裝置(zhi)(zhi)僅能(neng)實(shi)現(xian)熱交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)模式(shi)一種(zhong)功能(neng)組合(he)。
