生物(wu)質(zhi)鍋(guo)爐的入爐燃料(liao)種類(lei)繁多,各(ge)類(lei)不(bu)同生物(wu)質(zhi)燃料(liao)的流動性,顆粒度差(cha)異較大(da)。而現(xian)在普遍(bian)使用的螺旋上料(liao)設備(bei)(bei)無法適應(ying)入爐燃料(liao)種類(lei)的多樣性,給(gei)料(liao)量時大(da)時小,無法實現(xian)均勻給(gei)料(liao),導(dao)致設備(bei)(bei)本身以及下游(you)設備(bei)(bei)頻繁發生堵(du)料(liao)的問題,嚴(yan)重影(ying)響(xiang)了生物(wu)質(zhi)鍋(guo)爐的正常運行(xing),嚴(yan)重時損壞設備(bei)(bei),從而導(dao)致設備(bei)(bei)能耗(hao)大(da)、維修(xiu)量大(da),人員勞動強(qiang)度大(da)。
