背景技術:
城市(shi)生活垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)由于含(han)(han)水(shui)率、含(han)(han)鹽率較高(gao),導致燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)熱(re)值較低(di)(di),難(nan)于直(zhi)接焚(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)。傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)焚(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)前處理一(yi)般采用垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)長(chang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)堆(dui)放,瀝(li)出垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)中的(de)(de)(de)部分(fen)水(shui)分(fen)后,直(zhi)接送至(zhi)焚(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐焚(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)。垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)長(chang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)堆(dui)放,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)空間(jian),從(cong)而(er)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)了(le)(le)(le)廠房(fang)的(de)(de)(de)占地面(mian)積,增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)了(le)(le)(le)廠房(fang)的(de)(de)(de)建筑成本(ben)。并(bing)且(qie),因(yin)垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)中依(yi)然含(han)(han)有大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)分(fen),使得垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)熱(re)值較低(di)(di),燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)添加(jia)大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)煤油(you)等助燃(ran)(ran)劑方能(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)較好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao),因(yin)而(er),大(da)幅增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)了(le)(le)(le)垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)焚(fen)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)的(de)(de)(de)成本(ben)。另外,因(yin)原生垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)鹽率較高(gao),并(bing)且(qie)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)熱(re)值較低(di)(di),不能(neng)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao),導致爐膛(tang)內的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度較低(di)(di)。因(yin)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)不充(chong)(chong)分(fen),從(cong)而(er)會(hui)(hui)產(chan)生大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)難(nan)于消(xiao)除(chu)的(de)(de)(de)二惡英(ying)等一(yi)級致癌物(wu)質(zhi),危(wei)害(hai)工作人員的(de)(de)(de)健康,排放到周邊的(de)(de)(de)大(da)汽(qi)中,嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)污染(ran)了(le)(le)(le)周邊的(de)(de)(de)環境。另外,因(yin)垃(la)(la)(la)圾(ji)(ji)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)長(chang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)堆(dui)放發(fa)酵瀝(li)水(shui),從(cong)而(er)會(hui)(hui)產(chan)生大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)臭氣和污水(shui),而(er)去除(chu)該臭氣和污水(shui)又需(xu)要(yao)(yao)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)除(chu)臭和污水(shui)處理設備,大(da)幅增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)了(le)(le)(le)投資成本(ben)。

如圖(tu)1所示,在本實施方(fang)式中,壓力容(rong)器用以(yi)存放待處理(li)的垃(la)圾(ji)(ji),這(zhe)些垃(la)圾(ji)(ji)可通過(guo)壓力容(rong)器的進料(liao)口輸入(ru),壓力容(rong)器的大致結(jie)構可參考(kao)現有(you)其他領域的壓力容(rong)器或(huo)反應釜(fu),在此不予贅述。

承上所述,配合(he)參閱(yue)圖(tu)(tu)2,圖(tu)(tu)2中代表性地示出了本(ben)發明(ming)的控(kong)制流程圖(tu)(tu)。以下結合(he)本(ben)實(shi)施方(fang)式中的垃圾焚(fen)燒(shao)前(qian)處理系(xi)統(tong)的主要結構和(he)功能,對本(ben)發明(ming)提出的垃圾焚(fen)燒(shao)前(qian)處理系(xi)統(tong)的控(kong)制流程進(jin)行詳細(xi)說(shuo)明(ming)。

如圖2所示,當(dang)(dang)把(ba)垃圾投入到壓(ya)力容器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou),可以通過控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統103對(dui)壓(ya)力容器(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)的(de)(de)垃圾進行處理(li)操(cao)(cao)作。具(ju)體而言,首先對(dui)壓(ya)力容器(qi)(qi)(qi)進行密(mi)封(feng)操(cao)(cao)作。密(mi)封(feng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)110通過其驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)密(mi)封(feng)蓋(gai)111的(de)(de)移動(dong)(dong)。在工(gong)藝P100中,控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統103接收位置(zhi)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)164反饋的(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)蓋(gai)111的(de)(de)移動(dong)(dong)位置(zhi),并判斷密(mi)封(feng)蓋(gai)111是否到達設定(ding)密(mi)封(feng)位置(zhi)。當(dang)(dang)密(mi)封(feng)蓋(gai)111到達設定(ding)密(mi)封(feng)位置(zhi)后(hou)(hou),控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統103停止對(dui)密(mi)封(feng)蓋(gai)111的(de)(de)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)操(cao)(cao)作。然后(hou)(hou)執(zhi)行工(gong)藝P101,打開密(mi)封(feng)閥門(men)112,利用(yong)外界通入的(de)(de)蒸汽把(ba)密(mi)封(feng)蓋(gai)111的(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)圈頂起。在打開密(mi)封(feng)閥門(men)112的(de)(de)同時(shi),設置(zhi)一(yi)計(ji)時(shi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(亦(yi)可與保(bao)溫保(bao)壓(ya)計(ji)時(shi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)共用(yong))用(yong)于密(mi)封(feng)計(ji)時(shi),通過控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統103監視計(ji)時(shi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)計(ji)時(shi)是否完(wan)成。當(dang)(dang)計(ji)時(shi)結束后(hou)(hou),即完(wan)成整個(ge)密(mi)封(feng)操(cao)(cao)作。

如(ru)圖2所示,若控制系統(tong)103執行(xing)工藝P111,判斷其余壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)不具備升溫(wen)升壓(ya)(ya)的(de)條件,則不可(ke)對其他壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)進行(xing)蒸汽轉(zhuan)移操(cao)作。需要執行(xing)工藝P113,打開排汽閥(fa)門,把多余的(de)蒸汽排掉達到降壓(ya)(ya)的(de)目的(de)。控制系統(tong)103監控壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)上的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)傳感器(qi)(qi)162反(fan)饋的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)并(bing)執行(xing)工藝P114,判斷壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)是否降至設定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),是則整個降壓(ya)(ya)操(cao)作完成。
