為(wei)了方便對(dui)系統進行監(jian)控(kong),PLC輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)信號和控(kong)制信號歷史信息至上(shang)位機,上(shang)位機可以設置(zhi)在監(jian)控(kong)室(shi)(shi),工作人員可以在監(jian)控(kong)室(shi)(shi)實時觀察帶式輸(shu)送機的工況,不需要現(xian)場(chang)查(cha)看就能監(jian)控(kong)設備(bei)運行狀況。
為了避免供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)壓波動而(er)發出(chu)錯誤的(de)關斷信(xin)(xin)號(hao),帶式(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送機的(de)運輸(shu)(shu)帶邊(bian)緣等間距設(she)(she)有信(xin)(xin)號(hao)標(biao)記,信(xin)(xin)號(hao)標(biao)記沿著皮(pi)帶一側(ce)設(she)(she)置,用于讓測(ce)速單(dan)元(yuan)識別(bie),測(ce)速單(dan)元(yuan)能夠實時的(de)獲取皮(pi)帶的(de)轉(zhuan)速并將轉(zhuan)速輸(shu)(shu)送至PLC,PLC可以(yi)利用速度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)作(zuo)為輔助判定信(xin)(xin)號(hao),從而(er)投(tou)入合適的(de)電(dian)機數(shu)量(liang),保證帶式(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送機正常運轉(zhuan)。
為了避免物料對信(xin)號(hao)標(biao)記遮擋(dang)干(gan)擾,信(xin)號(hao)標(biao)記位于皮(pi)帶的內圈,即正在運(yun)送物料的皮(pi)帶的下(xia)表面(mian)(mian),信(xin)號(hao)標(biao)記可(ke)以為金(jin)屬釘(ding),僅需(xu)與皮(pi)帶產生色(se)差既能讓測(ce)(ce)速(su)(su)單元(yuan)識別,測(ce)(ce)速(su)(su)單元(yuan)可(ke)以固定在皮(pi)帶的側(ce)面(mian)(mian),傾斜讀取信(xin)號(hao)標(biao)記的運(yun)轉速(su)(su)度即可(ke)。
