背景技術:
在(zai)(zai)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)生產加(jia)工后,需(xu)要對(dui)其進(jin)行最后的(de)包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)處理(li);鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)(zai)包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機上進(jin)行包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)過(guo)程中,需(xu)要將鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)送(song)到(dao)包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)機的(de)輸送(song)機構(gou)上,通常是在(zai)(zai)相應(ying)的(de)位置(zhi)設置(zhi)下(xia)料裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),將鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)能有序不間斷地(di)送(song)入輸送(song)機構(gou)。現有的(de)下(xia)料裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)使(shi)用時,鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)容易(yi)卡在(zai)(zai)下(xia)料裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)內,影響(xiang)(xiang)后期的(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)效率;同時,許多下(xia)料裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用的(de)同時向里面添加(jia)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)時,極易(yi)造成堵(du)塞,影響(xiang)(xiang)整體包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)速度。
因(yin)此(ci),實有必(bi)要設計一(yi)種鋰電池包裝機的下料裝置,以克服上述問題。
技術實現要素:
為(wei)解決上(shang)述(shu)問題,本發(fa)明提供(gong)了(le)一種結構簡單,實用方便,能在向包(bao)裝機下(xia)料(liao)的同時向內(nei)添加(jia)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi),確保(bao)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)正常有序的向包(bao)裝機輸送(song),且(qie)不(bu)會造成卡住和堵塞現象;大大提高了(le)包(bao)裝效率(lv)的鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)包(bao)裝機的下(xia)料(liao)裝置(zhi)。
本發明提供的一(yi)種鋰電池包裝機的下料(liao)裝置(zhi),包括:料(liao)斗和下端設置(zhi)在(zai)所述(shu)料(liao)斗上端的投料(liao)箱;

優(you)選(xuan)地,所(suo)述投料(liao)箱(xiang)包括下(xia)(xia)端鉸(jiao)接(jie)在所(suo)述底板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上端的投料(liao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、下(xia)(xia)端鉸(jiao)接(jie)在所(suo)述左直板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上端的左導板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、下(xia)(xia)端鉸(jiao)接(jie)在所(suo)述右(you)直板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上端的右(you)導板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)。
優(you)選地,所述投料板上端中部(bu)鉸接有一蓋(gai)板。

如(ru)圖1所示,投料(liao)箱2包括下(xia)端(duan)鉸(jiao)接在(zai)底板(ban)(ban)11上(shang)(shang)端(duan)的投料(liao)板(ban)(ban)21、下(xia)端(duan)鉸(jiao)接在(zai)左直(zhi)板(ban)(ban)12上(shang)(shang)端(duan)的左導(dao)板(ban)(ban)22、下(xia)端(duan)鉸(jiao)接在(zai)右(you)(you)直(zhi)板(ban)(ban)13上(shang)(shang)端(duan)的右(you)(you)導(dao)板(ban)(ban)23;且在(zai)投料(liao)板(ban)(ban)21上(shang)(shang)端(duan)中部鉸(jiao)接有(you)一蓋板(ban)(ban)24。即(ji)投料(liao)板(ban)(ban)21、左導(dao)板(ban)(ban)22、右(you)(you)導(dao)板(ban)(ban)23均能根據需求(qiu)調(diao)整角度(du),也能將他(ta)們(men)轉到最下(xia)方對料(liao)斗1內部進(jin)行檢修或調(diao)整。左右(you)(you)兩導(dao)板(ban)(ban)均能有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)引(yin)導(dao)鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)3正(zheng)常高效(xiao)(xiao)的進(jin)入料(liao)斗1。蓋板(ban)(ban)24能防止其他(ta)雜(za)物從上(shang)(shang)端(duan)進(jin)入,影響(xiang)后續操作(zuo)。
同時,在(zai)料(liao)斗1前端設(she)(she)有透(tou)明的擋板(ban),擋板(ban)設(she)(she)置在(zai)左直(zhi)板(ban)12和(he)(he)右直(zhi)板(ban)13兩(liang)直(zhi)板(ban)及左斜板(ban)14和(he)(he)右斜板(ban)15兩(liang)斜板(ban)前端;且擋板(ban)是(shi)可開關的設(she)(she)置在(zai)料(liao)斗1前端。這樣,工人能從外(wai)部直(zhi)觀地(di)觀察里面鋰(li)電池3下料(liao)情況(kuang),簡單方便(bian)。
該下料(liao)裝置結構簡單,實用方便,能在(zai)向包裝機(ji)(ji)下料(liao)的(de)同時向內添加鋰(li)電池(chi)3,確保(bao)鋰(li)電池(chi)3正常有序的(de)向包裝機(ji)(ji)輸送(song),且不會造成卡(ka)住和堵塞現(xian)象;大大提高(gao)了(le)包裝效率(lv)。
