第一,常態下(xia)的(de)驅動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)處(chu)于高(gao)(gao)位(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian),撥(bo)桿上端與聯動(dong)(dong)盤上的(de)聯動(dong)(dong)梢傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)連接,母線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)通(tong)過單(dan)向(xiang)鎖定裝(zhuang)置實現反轉鎖定;驅動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)帶動(dong)(dong)子線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)正(zheng)轉使(shi)蚊(wen)帳(zhang)的(de)帳(zhang)身(shen)(shen)升起;帳(zhang)身(shen)(shen)上升到所需高(gao)(gao)度后,驅動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)上的(de)外力(li)撤銷(xiao),子線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)受帳(zhang)身(shen)(shen)重力(li)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)產生的(de)反轉作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)力(li)經由(you)撥(bo)桿、驅動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)和第一單(dan)向(xiang)軸(zhou)承傳(chuan)導(dao)(dao)給中心軸(zhou)、換(huan)擋橫桿和導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)齒(chi)環;由(you)于定位(wei)壓簧的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)使(shi)換(huan)擋橫桿與導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)齒(chi)環的(de)高(gao)(gao)位(wei)軌道面(mian)之間具(ju)有水(shui)平方向(xiang)的(de)摩(mo)擦阻力(li),反轉作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)力(li)與摩(mo)擦阻力(li)達到平衡狀態從而實現子線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)的(de)自鎖。

第二,驅(qu)動齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)反(fan)轉帶動中心軸上的(de)換(huan)擋(dang)橫桿進入高位(wei)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)向低位(wei)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)過渡面(mian)(mian)時,驅(qu)動齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)和(he)撥桿隨之(zhi)下降(jiang),撥桿上端與子線輪(lun)(lun)上的(de)聯動梢分離,子線輪(lun)(lun)可在帳身重(zhong)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用下反(fan)轉從而(er)使(shi)帳身下降(jiang);而(er)后撤銷(xiao)驅(qu)動齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)上的(de)反(fan)轉拉(la)力(li),換(huan)擋(dang)橫桿在定(ding)位(wei)壓簧作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用下自(zi)動上行回到高位(wei)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian),驅(qu)動齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)及其上的(de)撥桿與聯動盤重(zhong)新建(jian)立傳(chuan)動連接,從而(er)使(shi)子線輪(lun)(lun)被(bei)重(zhong)新鎖定(ding)。

第三,驅動齒輪切換到低(di)位(wei)工作(zuo)面時,中心軸上的行程簧片推動圓筒母(mu)(mu)軸下(xia)降(jiang),使下(xia)托盤隨離(li)(li)合(he)盤沿立桿下(xia)降(jiang),上壓(ya)盤,母(mu)(mu)線(xian)輪、下(xia)托盤之間分離(li)(li)從(cong)而單向(xiang)鎖定裝置釋放(fang)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)輪使其(qi)可在(zai)圓筒母(mu)(mu)軸上自由轉動,重力作(zuo)用下(xia)使帳幔、支架及蚊(wen)帳整體降(jiang)下(xia);

第四,驅(qu)動(dong)齒輪(lun)(lun)切換(huan)中位(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)時,行程(cheng)簧片釋放(fang)圓筒(tong)母(mu)軸(zhou)(zhou)使離合盤回升,支(zhi)撐彈簧驅(qu)動(dong)下托盤上升并與上壓盤配合夾持母(mu)線(xian)輪(lun)(lun),此(ci)時母(mu)線(xian)輪(lun)(lun)受到第二單向軸(zhou)(zhou)承的限制不(bu)能(neng)反轉;而撥桿下端的活動(dong)擋臂與母(mu)盆傳(chuan)動(dong)梢嚙合傳(chuan)動(dong),此(ci)時驅(qu)動(dong)齒輪(lun)(lun)正轉可帶動(dong)母(mu)線(xian)輪(lun)(lun)進而提升帳幔支(zhi)架到所需高(gao)度;此(ci)時撤銷外部拉力(li),圓筒(tong)母(mu)軸(zhou)(zhou)通(tong)過第二單向軸(zhou)(zhou)承的單向轉動(dong)性使母(mu)輪(lun)(lun)組件回到自(zi)鎖狀態。

本發(fa)明(ming)通過(guo)上述結(jie)(jie)構的(de)(de)有機結(jie)(jie)合,實(shi)現蚊(wen)帳帳身、帳幔、整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)支架(jia)的(de)(de)升(sheng)降平衡調(diao)節(jie)和(he)任意高度駐停,方便(bian)用戶對蚊(wen)帳整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)的(de)(de)懸(xuan)掛高度調(diao)節(jie)、降低日(ri)常清(qing)洗時的(de)(de)拆卸安裝難度,提(ti)高拆卸清(qing)洗便(bian)利性(xing)和(he)使用安全性(xing),整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)結(jie)(jie)構簡(jian)潔穩定、應用范圍(wei)廣泛(fan)。

第一(yi),常(chang)態下的驅動(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)5處于(yu)高位工作面,撥桿71上端(duan)與聯(lian)動(dong)盤(pan)44的聯(lian)動(dong)梢(shao)45傳動(dong)連(lian)接,驅動(dong)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)5依次(ci)帶動(dong)撥桿71、聯(lian)動(dong)梢(shao)45、聯(lian)動(dong)盤(pan)44、圓筒子軸42以及若干子線(xian)輪(lun)(lun)43正(zheng)轉,使(shi)蚊帳81的各個連(lian)接點同時上升到所需高度。

第二,換(huan)擋橫桿(gan)(gan)23從高位工作(zuo)面向(xiang)低(di)位工作(zuo)面過渡時,驅(qu)動齒(chi)輪5和撥(bo)桿(gan)(gan)71下降(jiang),此(ci)過程(cheng)中(zhong)撥(bo)桿(gan)(gan)71與(yu)聯(lian)動梢45分離,子線輪43失去約束力(li),在重(zhong)力(li)拉(la)動下旋轉,蚊帳帳身隨(sui)牽引繩下降(jiang);當(dang)作(zuo)用力(li)轍(che)消時,換(huan)擋橫桿(gan)(gan)23在過渡斜面上受定位壓簧24的壓力(li)自動滑落(luo)回到高位工作(zuo)面,子線輪43重(zhong)新被鎖(suo)定。
