工作原理及過程:

動力機(ji)構原理如下:通過空(kong)壓機(ji)給氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)12的(de)充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)與排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),使(shi)得(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)桿具有來回往復直線運動;氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)缸(gang)的(de)工作氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓為0.6mpa~0.95mpa;電(dian)磁閥41控(kong)制機(ji)器的(de)啟動與停止(zhi)。

第一傳動機構原(yuan)理(li)如下(xia);安裝在(zai)導軌(gui)(gui)上(shang)的(de)滑(hua)塊(kuai)15通(tong)(tong)過(guo)螺母43、螺母44與氣(qi)缸42桿連(lian)接而獲得在(zai)導軌(gui)(gui)上(shang)回(hui)往復(fu)直線的(de)運動,再通(tong)(tong)過(guo)利(li)用(yong)(yong)矩(ju)形長(chang)槽(cao)32通(tong)(tong)過(guo)螺栓(shuan)與推(tui)(tui)書(shu)(shu)作業平臺(tai)33上(shang)的(de)推(tui)(tui)臺(tai)2連(lian)接,使推(tui)(tui)臺(tai)2獲得回(hui)往復(fu)直線運動,從而將放置(zhi)在(zai)書(shu)(shu)籍限位倉內(nei)的(de)書(shu)(shu)籍推(tui)(tui)書(shu)(shu)倉內(nei);安裝在(zai)推(tui)(tui)臺(tai)上(shang)的(de)軸(zhou)承(cheng)7、軸(zhou)承(cheng)8、軸(zhou)承(cheng)9、軸(zhou)承(cheng)10、在(zai)推(tui)(tui)臺(tai)復(fu)位時起(qi)(qi)降(jiang)低摩擦作用(yong)(yong);圓(yuan)柱滾子18起(qi)(qi)緩沖和限位作用(yong)(yong);

第二傳動(dong)機構原理(li)如下:書(shu)(shu)籍(ji)在(zai)被(bei)推臺推出(chu)書(shu)(shu)籍(ji)限位倉(cang)的同時,書(shu)(shu)籍(ji)將(jiang)推動(dong)擺桿31擺動(dong);擺桿31帶動(dong)推桿29向前推動(dong)開(kai)袋(dai)插17壓(ya)縮復位彈(dan)簧22;開(kai)袋(dai)插塊(kuai)17將(jiang)袋(dai)子(zi)撐開(kai),順勢進入信封袋(dai),完(wan)成(cheng)裝袋(dai);圓柱滾子(zi)30起保護書(shu)(shu)籍(ji)作用;軸(zhou)承(cheng)起降低摩(mo)擦作用;

信封袋(dai)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)機(ji)構原理如下:通過(guo)操縱壓板34上的雙孔與推書作(zuo)業平臺33下方(fang)的雙螺桿(gan)37配(pei)合,再將(jiang)彈簧安裝(zhuang)在螺桿(gan)37上,利用(yong)螺母(mu)限位(wei)(wei),從而(er)實現信封袋(dai)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)。
