醫(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)配件種類很(hen)多,例如輸(shu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)醫(yi)療中常用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)一種輔助器(qi)(qi)具,主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于靜(jing)脈(mo)(mo)輸(shu)液(ye)(ye)(ye),它是(shi)經過無菌處理的(de)、建立靜(jing)脈(mo)(mo)與藥液(ye)(ye)(ye)之間通道的(de)重要(yao)的(de)一次(ci)性醫(yi)療耗(hao)材。組(zu)裝(zhuang)成輸(shu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器(qi)(qi)的(de)醫(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)配件包括(kuo)靜(jing)脈(mo)(mo)針、護帽、藥液(ye)(ye)(ye)過濾器(qi)(qi)、用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于控(kong)制藥液(ye)(ye)(ye)流速(su)的(de)調(diao)節器(qi)(qi)、滴壺、瓶塞穿刺器(qi)(qi)、進(jin)氣管(guan)(guan)空氣過濾器(qi)(qi)等。各醫(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)配件通過導(dao)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接起來(lai),藥液(ye)(ye)(ye)從導(dao)管(guan)(guan)中流通。其中調(diao)節器(qi)(qi)能夠(gou)針對不同時(shi)(shi)間,不同人員調(diao)節不同的(de)藥液(ye)(ye)(ye)輸(shu)入速(su)度,提高效率的(de)同時(shi)(shi)保障輸(shu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)人員的(de)安全和舒適度。在生產組(zu)裝(zhuang)輸(shu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi),需(xu)要(yao)將各個醫(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)配件移(yi)動到其載具上,再通過載具移(yi)送到相應的(de)裝(zhuang)配工位(wei)與輸(shu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)器(qi)(qi)導(dao)管(guan)(guan)進(jin)行裝(zhuang)配。
但是,現有的(de)上料方(fang)式中,無法對(dui)每一(yi)個配件的(de)質(zhi)量進行檢測,使得裝配成型后的(de)產品合格率(lv)降低(di),同時降低(di)了產品的(de)生產效率(lv),相應的(de)增(zeng)加了生產成本(ben)。
技術實現要素:
針對(dui)現有技術中存在(zai)(zai)的(de)上(shang)述(shu)問題,旨在(zai)(zai)提(ti)供一種安全(quan)靜脈針滑套的(de)上(shang)料方式,針對(dui)每(mei)一滑套在(zai)(zai)輸送(song)過程中進(jin)行(xing)檢測(ce),提(ti)高裝配成型(xing)后的(de)產(chan)(chan)品合格率,從(cong)而降低了生產(chan)(chan)成本。
