輪轂電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)件包括驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)21和電(dian)機(ji)殼體22,驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)21裝配(pei)于電(dian)機(ji)殼體22內,電(dian)機(ji)殼體22的(de)外周面(mian)上設有若(ruo)干軸向平(ping)行卡條221,電(dian)池組(zu)件30的(de)內環(huan)周面(mian)上設有與(yu)卡條221一(yi)一(yi)對應的(de)軸向卡槽32,卡條221卡合于軸向卡槽32內。

自行(xing)(xing)車在行(xing)(xing)進(jin)過(guo)程(cheng)中,驅動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)21旋轉,驅動(dong)電(dian)機(ji)21的輸出軸(zhou)211上設有齒牙與(yu)(yu)三(san)個行(xing)(xing)星(xing)齒輪的外(wai)側(ce)大齒面嚙(nie)合,同時三(san)個行(xing)(xing)星(xing)齒輪的內側(ce)小齒面與(yu)(yu)超越(yue)離合器(qi)(qi)24的內齒圈241螺(luo)紋嚙(nie)合,由于超越(yue)離合器(qi)(qi)24通過(guo)螺(luo)釘(ding)固定于外(wai)殼(ke)10的左側(ce)端板(ban)12,而左側(ce)端板(ban)12與(yu)(yu)外(wai)殼(ke)10為一體結構,即超越(yue)離合器(qi)(qi)24與(yu)(yu)外(wai)殼(ke)10相(xiang)對固定,由傳(chuan)(chuan)超越(yue)離合器(qi)(qi)24帶動(dong)外(wai)殼(ke)10進(jin)行(xing)(xing)相(xiang)應轉動(dong),外(wai)殼(ke)10通過(guo)自行(xing)(xing)車輻條將電(dian)助力傳(chuan)(chuan)至自行(xing)(xing)車,從(cong)而實(shi)現電(dian)動(dong)助力效果。
