接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網及其周邊設(she)備停(ting)電檢修一般安(an)(an)排在地(di)鐵(tie)夜間(jian)停(ting)運(yun)期間(jian),作業(ye)時間(jian)只有(you)幾(ji)個小時,為(wei)避免接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網殘壓衰減到(dao)“無電”的(de)(de)過程耗費太多時間(jian),操(cao)(cao)作人(ren)員會(hui)根(gen)據現場運(yun)行狀況,在人(ren)工(gong)判斷(duan)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網電源已經斷(duan)開的(de)(de)情況下(xia),直接(jie)(jie)用接(jie)(jie)地(di)線在接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網與回流軌之間(jian)短(duan)接(jie)(jie)放電,之后執行接(jie)(jie)地(di)操(cao)(cao)作。這種操(cao)(cao)作具有(you)安(an)(an)全隱(yin)患,人(ren)工(gong)判斷(duan)失誤時,貿然將帶有(you)正(zheng)常工(gong)作電壓的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網對回流軌短(duan)接(jie)(jie)會(hui)造成(cheng)短(duan)路,造成(cheng)設(she)備損壞(huai),并(bing)危及操(cao)(cao)作人(ren)員人(ren)身安(an)(an)全。
