背景技術:
淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)是將金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)加(jia)熱到(dao)(dao)某一(yi)(yi)適(shi)當溫度(du)并(bing)保(bao)持一(yi)(yi)段時(shi)間(jian),隨即浸入淬(cui)冷(leng)介質中(zhong)快速(su)冷(leng)卻的(de)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)熱處理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝。淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)可以(yi)提高金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)硬度(du)及耐磨性。淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)池設置(zhi)在加(jia)熱爐的(de)旁邊,金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)加(jia)熱工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序完成后,打開爐門,將放置(zhi)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)小(xiao)車推出,人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)使用夾持或(huo)鉤掛工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具將小(xiao)型金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)放入淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)池的(de)冷(leng)水中(zhong)進行(xing)淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)。但對(dui)于(yu)大型機(ji)械零件(jian)(jian)(jian),一(yi)(yi)個人(ren)就(jiu)(jiu)難以(yi)操作,而(er)且由于(yu)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)處于(yu)高溫狀態,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)不(bu)能靠(kao)的(de)太近,只(zhi)有靠(kao)兩個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)或(huo)更多的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)共同合作才能進行(xing)操作,這樣就(jiu)(jiu)影響到(dao)(dao)淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)作業的(de)效率。金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)由加(jia)熱爐到(dao)(dao)淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)池的(de)時(shi)間(jian)越短越能提升淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)的(de)質量,因此,在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)亟需一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)將加(jia)熱爐中(zhong)的(de)大型機(ji)械零件(jian)(jian)(jian)快速(su)轉運到(dao)(dao)淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)池中(zhong)進行(xing)淬(cui)火(huo)(huo)。
另外(wai),現(xian)有很(hen)多工(gong)廠的(de)淬(cui)(cui)火池(chi)一(yi)(yi)般采用的(de)都(dou)是水(shui)作為冷卻介質(zhi),工(gong)件(jian)放入淬(cui)(cui)火池(chi)后迅速降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),淬(cui)(cui)火池(chi)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)被高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)工(gong)件(jian)熱交換(huan)后會溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度升高(gao),而淬(cui)(cui)火池(chi)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)的(de)循(xun)環(huan)流動(dong)性(xing)較差,不能確(que)保淬(cui)(cui)火池(chi)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)始終保持在一(yi)(yi)定范圍之(zhi)內(nei),若高(gao)于這個溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度范圍,就(jiu)會影(ying)響到工(gong)件(jian)的(de)淬(cui)(cui)火質(zhi)量,因此需要(yao)對淬(cui)(cui)火池(chi)內(nei)水(shui)進(jin)行補充冷水(shui)或將淬(cui)(cui)火池(chi)內(nei)水(shui)進(jin)行降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)處(chu)理(li)。
技術實現要素:
本發明為了解決(jue)現(xian)有(you)技術(shu)中的(de)不足之處,提(ti)供(gong)一種縮短工(gong)件由加熱爐到淬(cui)火(huo)池(chi)的(de)時(shi)間、安全可(ke)靠性強、提(ti)高淬(cui)火(huo)池(chi)內(nei)的(de)水(shui)的(de)流動性確保水(shui)溫保持基本恒定的(de)溫度、充分提(ti)高工(gong)件淬(cui)火(huo)質量的(de)起吊轉運式大型機(ji)械工(gong)件淬(cui)火(huo)系統。
為解決上述技術問題(ti),本發明采用如(ru)下技術方(fang)案:起(qi)吊(diao)轉(zhuan)運式大(da)型機械工件淬(cui)火系統,包括固定設(she)置在(zai)車(che)間地面上的支(zhi)撐框架(jia)(jia)(jia)、淬(cui)火池和(he)循環水(shui)熱交換池,支(zhi)撐框架(jia)(jia)(jia)頂部設(she)置有(you)水(shui)平(ping)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)驅動機構(gou),水(shui)平(ping)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)驅動機構(gou)頂部設(she)置有(you)支(zhi)座,支(zhi)座上水(shui)平(ping)設(she)置有(you)安裝(zhuang)框架(jia)(jia)(jia),安裝(zhuang)框架(jia)(jia)(jia)中(zhong)部沿(yan)前后方(fang)向(xiang)設(she)置有(you)一根橫(heng)梁,安裝(zhuang)框架(jia)(jia)(jia)上安裝(zhuang)有(you)起(qi)吊(diao)機構(gou),安裝(zhuang)框架(jia)(jia)(jia)左側和(he)右側分別設(she)置有(you)一個立架(jia)(jia)(jia);

吊(diao)臂前端通過一根(gen)吊(diao)繩連接有一個配重(zhong)桶,配重(zhong)桶內(nei)盛裝有配重(zhong)砂。

起吊(diao)(diao)(diao)機(ji)(ji)構在水平(ping)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)由水平(ping)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)驅動(dong)機(ji)(ji)構來(lai)驅動(dong),水平(ping)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)驅動(dong)機(ji)(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)(de)具體工(gong)(gong)作過(guo)(guo)(guo)程為(wei):電機(ji)(ji)減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)帶動(dong)齒(chi)輪轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong),齒(chi)輪驅動(dong)齒(chi)圈轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong),與齒(chi)圈一體的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)就(jiu)圍繞定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)盤(pan)(pan)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)盤(pan)(pan)上方的(de)(de)(de)(de)上支(zhi)撐(cheng)平(ping)板就(jiu)帶動(dong)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)框(kuang)架和起吊(diao)(diao)(diao)機(ji)(ji)構旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)。當電機(ji)(ji)減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)時(shi),就(jiu)帶動(dong)起吊(diao)(diao)(diao)機(ji)(ji)構反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)。本發明中的(de)(de)(de)(de)支(zhi)撐(cheng)鋼珠(zhu)(zhu)起到(dao)支(zhi)撐(cheng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)受(shou)到(dao)垂(chui)直壓力時(shi)也(ye)保持良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)狀態。由于吊(diao)(diao)(diao)臂為(wei)懸臂結(jie)構,在起吊(diao)(diao)(diao)大型機(ji)(ji)械工(gong)(gong)件(jian)時(shi),會(hui)使轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)前(qian)側(ce)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上翹起的(de)(de)(de)(de)趨(qu)勢,為(wei)了保持轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水平(ping)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性,在吊(diao)(diao)(diao)臂前(qian)端(duan)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)一根吊(diao)(diao)(diao)繩連接有(you)一個配(pei)重(zhong)桶(tong),配(pei)重(zhong)桶(tong)內(nei)盛裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)配(pei)重(zhong)砂(sha),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)增減(jian)配(pei)重(zhong)砂(sha)來(lai)適(shi)應吊(diao)(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)不同(tong)重(zhong)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)。另外(wai),當不吊(diao)(diao)(diao)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)時(shi),配(pei)重(zhong)桶(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)量會(hui)使轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)后側(ce)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上翹起的(de)(de)(de)(de)趨(qu)勢,因(yin)此,在定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)盤(pan)(pan)外(wai)圓周表面與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)內(nei)圓周表面內(nei)設(she)置(zhi)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)槽,在定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)槽內(nei)設(she)置(zhi)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)(gun)珠(zhu)(zhu),這(zhe)樣(yang)可起到(dao)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)同(tong)心轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),還起到(dao)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)不上翹。定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)(gun)珠(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入和取(qu)出(chu)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)槽均從定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)盤(pan)(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)右側(ce)內(nei)壁上的(de)(de)(de)(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)孔,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)孔的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)徑大于定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)(gun)珠(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)徑,這(zhe)樣(yang)便于取(qu)出(chu)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)(gun)珠(zhu)(zhu),在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)(pan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)封堵(du)螺栓將(jiang)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)孔封堵(du),確(que)保定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)(gun)珠(zhu)(zhu)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全可靠(kao)性。還可以通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)孔向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)槽內(nei)添(tian)加(jia)潤滑油。
采用下緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)螺(luo)栓(shuan)將定位(wei)盤(pan)固(gu)(gu)定安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)下支撐平(ping)(ping)板(ban)上,采用上緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)螺(luo)栓(shuan)將轉(zhuan)盤(pan)和(he)上支撐平(ping)(ping)板(ban)固(gu)(gu)定連接,這(zhe)不僅便(bian)于制造定位(wei)盤(pan)和(he)轉(zhuan)盤(pan),而且(qie)便(bian)于安(an)裝(zhuang)和(he)拆卸。
本發(fa)(fa)明設計合理(li),結構簡單,可靠性強(qiang),在(zai)車間內(nei)360°進(jin)行旋轉吊(diao)(diao)裝作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye),作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)范(fan)圍大(da),而且安全(quan)可靠性強(qiang),將加(jia)熱爐(lu)內(nei)的(de)大(da)型機械(xie)工件(jian)吊(diao)(diao)起(qi)并轉動到淬火(huo)池上方,然(ran)后再(zai)下放到淬火(huo)池的(de)介質中,縮短了(le)工件(jian)在(zai)空氣(qi)中停留的(de)時(shi)間,充分提高了(le)淬火(huo)質量。本發(fa)(fa)明也(ye)適用于小(xiao)(xiao)型工件(jian),小(xiao)(xiao)型工件(jian)通過盛(sheng)裝框放置(zhi)在(zai)加(jia)熱爐(lu)內(nei),加(jia)熱完(wan)成后取出(chu),直接(jie)吊(diao)(diao)起(qi)盛(sheng)裝框,一次性將若干個小(xiao)(xiao)型工件(jian)放入淬火(huo)池進(jin)行淬火(huo)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye),大(da)大(da)降低了(le)工人的(de)勞(lao)動強(qiang)度,提高了(le)生產效率。
