背景技術:
硬(ying)質(zhi)合(he)金鉆齒廣泛應用(yong)于礦山(shan)、石油(you)及建筑工(gong)程(cheng)領域(yu)。硬(ying)質(zhi)合(he)金鉆齒為一體式結構,主要由圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)主體以及位于圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)主體端部(bu)的球(qiu)冠(guan)組(zu)成,通常先加工(gong)出具有雛形的坯件,再將(jiang)坯件經燒結、精(jing)(jing)磨外圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)面(mian),最(zui)后進(jin)(jin)行(xing)滾磨處理即可(ke)。然(ran)而,一部(bu)分被加工(gong)件的球(qiu)冠(guan)部(bu)分用(yong)于安裝(zhuang)定位,為了(le)保(bao)證球(qiu)冠(guan)與鋼基(ji)體貼合(he)較(jiao)好,除對(dui)硬(ying)質(zhi)合(he)金鉆齒的外圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)面(mian)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)精(jing)(jing)加工(gong)外,還須對(dui)球(qiu)冠(guan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)精(jing)(jing)加工(gong);目前,對(dui)球(qiu)冠(guan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)精(jing)(jing)加工(gong)的方(fang)式主要包括(kuo):(1)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)包容(rong)整個球(qiu)冠(guan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)磨銷;(2)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)包容(rong)1/2球(qiu)冠(guan)弧線進(jin)(jin)行(xing)磨銷;(3)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)展成磨銷。上述幾種(zhong)球(qiu)冠(guan)精(jing)(jing)加工(gong)方(fang)法(fa)均存(cun)在加工(gong)精(jing)(jing)度差(cha)、砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)消耗大的問題,且砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)重復修磨性差(cha)等問題。當(dang)然(ran),也可(ke)以采(cai)(cai)用(yong)數控磨床(chuang)對(dui)球(qiu)冠(guan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)精(jing)(jing)加工(gong),但這(zhe)種(zhong)方(fang)式的加工(gong)成本相對(dui)較(jiao)高,不適用(yong)于大批量(liang)生產。
技術實現要素:
本實用(yong)新型的目的旨在(zai),提供一種硬質(zhi)合金球(qiu)冠加(jia)工(gong)裝置,在(zai)保(bao)證(zheng)加(jia)工(gong)質(zhi)量目的的同時,提高(gao)加(jia)工(gong)效(xiao)率、降低加(jia)工(gong)成本。
為了達到上(shang)述目的(de)(de)(de),本實用(yong)新型提(ti)供(gong)了一種硬質合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝置,其包括(kuo)用(yong)于安(an)裝被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)免夾緊(jin)夾頭和金(jin)(jin)(jin)剛石(shi)(shi)砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun);免夾緊(jin)夾頭通過(guo)卡盤(pan)固定(ding)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang);金(jin)(jin)(jin)剛石(shi)(shi)砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)固定(ding)在磨(mo)頭主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang),具有與(yu)被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)適配的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)(hu)面(mian)(mian),金(jin)(jin)(jin)剛石(shi)(shi)砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)(hu)面(mian)(mian)與(yu)被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)接觸,且金(jin)(jin)(jin)剛石(shi)(shi)砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)(hu)面(mian)(mian)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)心(xin)與(yu)被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)心(xin)重合(he)(he)。金(jin)(jin)(jin)剛石(shi)(shi)砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)在磨(mo)頭主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)帶動下(xia)(xia)旋轉,對被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)毛坯面(mian)(mian)進行精加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),同(tong)時被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)經免夾緊(jin)夾頭在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)帶動下(xia)(xia)繞機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線旋轉,從(cong)而實現對被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)全方位加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。當機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線與(yu)磨(mo)頭主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線之間(jian)呈43°-45°的(de)(de)(de)夾角時,可以保(bao)證金(jin)(jin)(jin)剛石(shi)(shi)砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)(hu)面(mian)(mian)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)心(xin)與(yu)被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)心(xin)重合(he)(he),以使被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)以及被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)其它部(bu)分(fen)不偏心(xin),并保(bao)證在被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)沿機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線方向移動時,不受金(jin)(jin)(jin)剛石(shi)(shi)砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)(hu)面(mian)(mian)干涉而損傷被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian);保(bao)證被(bei)(bei)(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)沿機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)方向的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)是提(ti)高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)往(wang)復移動的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)率,優(you)選機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線在水平方向。
上述硬質合金球冠加(jia)工(gong)(gong)裝置,所述被加(jia)工(gong)(gong)件安(an)裝在免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊夾(jia)(jia)頭(tou)的(de)內孔中(zhong)。為了工(gong)(gong)作過程中(zhong)實現不停機裝取工(gong)(gong)件、提高工(gong)(gong)作效率,被加(jia)工(gong)(gong)件裝入免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊夾(jia)(jia)頭(tou)內孔的(de)部(bu)分(fen)與免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊夾(jia)(jia)頭(tou)內孔側(ce)面(mian)為間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)配合。為了使被加(jia)工(gong)(gong)件在加(jia)工(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong)沿機床(chuang)主軸(zhou)軸(zhou)線(xian)方向的(de)旋(xuan)轉,需要被加(jia)工(gong)(gong)件裝入免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊夾(jia)(jia)頭(tou)內孔的(de)部(bu)分(fen)與免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊夾(jia)(jia)頭(tou)內孔之間(jian)(jian)具有足夠(gou)大的(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li),因此間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)不易過大,否則會(hui)因摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)不夠(gou)而導致被加(jia)工(gong)(gong)件時轉時停,優(you)選的(de)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)為0.01mm-0.02mm。
上述(shu)硬質合金(jin)球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)加工裝置,所述(shu)金(jin)剛石(shi)砂(sha)輪的圓(yuan)弧(hu)面(mian)弦(xian)長大于被加工件的1/2球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)弦(xian)長,兩面(mian)有與(yu)圓(yuan)弧(hu)相(xiang)切的切線,目(mu)的是為保(bao)證球(qiu)(qiu)形鉆齒球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)頂(ding)點的圓(yuan)滑,防(fang)止(zhi)未磨(mo)削到頂(ding)點,同時保(bao)證被加工件球(qiu)(qiu)冠(guan)(guan)與(yu)圓(yuan)柱部分相(xiang)接處無臺階,并消除金(jin)剛石(shi)砂(sha)輪跳動帶(dai)來的影響。
上述金剛石砂輪(lun)的圓弧(hu)面弦(xian)長超過(guo)被(bei)加工(gong)件(jian)的1/2球冠弦(xian)長長度(du)隨被(bei)加工(gong)件(jian)大小(xiao)變化(hua),一般應大于(yu)2.5mm-3.5mm,被(bei)加工(gong)件(jian)大取(qu)大些,被(bei)加工(gong)件(jian)小(xiao)取(qu)小(xiao)些。
上述硬質合金球(qiu)冠(guan)加工(gong)裝置,金剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪切線部分(fen)包括(kuo)兩部分(fen),其中一(yi)部分(fen)為外圓柱面與球(qiu)冠(guan)相接處長度,一(yi)般(ban)按0.7mm-1.2mm為宜,另一(yi)部分(fen)為前一(yi)部分(fen)切線段的延長部分(fen)。
上(shang)述硬質合金(jin)球冠加(jia)工裝置,金(jin)剛(gang)石砂輪(lun)寬(kuan)度(du)依據其(qi)弧面弦長(chang)確定,一般按弧面弦長(chang)加(jia)3mm-4mm為(wei)(wei)(wei)宜;金(jin)剛(gang)石砂輪(lun)弧面首先(xian)采(cai)用粗壓成型、然(ran)后采(cai)用曲線(xian)磨(mo)(mo)精密修(xiu)整(zheng),考慮曲線(xian)磨(mo)(mo)修(xiu)整(zheng)范圍(wei),砂輪(lun)直徑取φ120mm-φ145mm為(wei)(wei)(wei)宜;金(jin)剛(gang)石砂輪(lun)磨(mo)(mo)料為(wei)(wei)(wei)金(jin)剛(gang)石,結合劑(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)B,粒度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)240,濕(shi)磨(mo)(mo)濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)100%。
上述硬質合(he)金球(qiu)冠加工裝置,所述卡(ka)盤(pan)為三爪卡(ka)盤(pan)。
上述硬質合金球(qiu)冠(guan)加(jia)工(gong)裝置,被加(jia)工(gong)件(jian)為具有球(qiu)冠(guan)結構的(de)部(bu)件(jian),例(li)如球(qiu)形(xing)鉆齒(chi),其由圓柱(zhu)部(bu)分和球(qiu)冠(guan)部(bu)分構成,其中(zhong)外圓柱(zhu)面與免夾(jia)緊夾(jia)頭的(de)內孔相適配。
上述硬質合金球冠加工裝置,被(bei)加工件球冠和金剛石砂輪圓弧面(mian)R尺寸誤差達到(dao)0.05mm-0.10mm內,Ra0.8-1.6。
與(yu)現有(you)技術相比(bi),本實用新型具有(you)以下有(you)益效(xiao)果:
1、由于本(ben)實用新型金(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)軸線(xian)(xian)與被加(jia)(jia)工件的(de)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)軸線(xian)(xian)成一定夾角,這樣可以保證金(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)圓(yuan)弧(hu)面圓(yuan)心與被加(jia)(jia)工件圓(yuan)心重(zhong)合,以使被加(jia)(jia)工件球冠以及被加(jia)(jia)工件其(qi)它部分(fen)不偏(pian)心,并保證在(zai)被加(jia)(jia)工件沿機床主軸軸線(xian)(xian)方向(xiang)移動時,不受金(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)圓(yuan)弧(hu)面干涉(she)而損(sun)傷(shang)被加(jia)(jia)工件,提(ti)高加(jia)(jia)工精度;
2、由于本(ben)實用新型采用的金(jin)剛(gang)石砂輪、爪盤(pan)、免(mian)夾緊夾頭為易加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)部件,且硬質合金(jin)球冠加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)流程工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝得(de)到了簡化,從而有效降(jiang)低了加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成本(ben);
3、由于本實(shi)用新型可(ke)以實(shi)現(xian)(xian)在不停(ting)機(ji)情況下,裝(zhuang)取被加工件,可(ke)以實(shi)現(xian)(xian)高效生產,適用于批量生產。

本實施(shi)例提(ti)供(gong)的硬質合金球冠加工(gong)裝置,如圖1至圖4所示,其(qi)包(bao)括卡(ka)盤1、免夾(jia)緊夾(jia)頭2、和(he)金剛(gang)石砂輪4。免夾(jia)緊夾(jia)頭2固定在(zai)(zai)卡(ka)盤1中(zhong),卡(ka)盤1為三爪(zhua)卡(ka)盤,其(qi)固定在(zai)(zai)機(ji)床主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)上(這里的機(ji)床采用的是2M9120類機(ji)床),機(ji)床主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)沿水平方向(xiang)。被加工(gong)件球冠和(he)金剛(gang)石砂輪圓弧面R尺(chi)寸誤差(cha)達到0.05mm內,Ra0.8。
如圖1所示,機床(chuang)主軸(zhou)軸(zhou)線與磨(mo)頭主軸(zhou)軸(zhou)線之(zhi)間(jian)成β=45°的(de)夾角,被加工件的(de)球冠圓心與金剛石砂輪的(de)圓弧面圓心重(zhong)合。
如圖1至圖3所示,本實施例中的金剛石砂輪4兩端為相同圓弧加工部分,其中部為與磨頭主軸連接的安裝孔;金剛石砂輪4固定在磨頭主軸上,金剛石砂輪4圓弧面弦長L2超過1/2球形鉆齒3球冠弦長L13mm,金(jin)(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)4寬度為(wei)(wei)金(jin)(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)4圓弧(hu)面(mian)(mian)弦長(chang)加(jia)4mm;金(jin)(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)弧(hu)面(mian)(mian)首先采用(yong)粗壓(ya)成型、然后采用(yong)曲線磨精密修整,考慮曲線磨修整范(fan)圍,砂(sha)輪(lun)直徑取(qu)φ130mm;金(jin)(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)磨料為(wei)(wei)金(jin)(jin)剛(gang)石,結(jie)合劑為(wei)(wei)樹脂結(jie)合劑B,粒度為(wei)(wei)240,濕(shi)磨濃(nong)度為(wei)(wei)100%;金(jin)(jin)剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)4兩面(mian)(mian)修出2.3mm切線,其中一部(bu)分為(wei)(wei)外(wai)圓柱面(mian)(mian)與球(qiu)冠相接處(chu)長(chang)度,為(wei)(wei)1.0mm,剩余(yu)部(bu)分為(wei)(wei)前(qian)一部(bu)分切線段(duan)的延長(chang)部(bu)分。
如圖4所示,免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)夾(jia)(jia)頭2設置有與球(qiu)形(xing)鉆(zhan)齒3外圓柱面間(jian)(jian)隙配合(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)孔,被(bei)加(jia)工(gong)件(jian)安(an)裝在(zai)免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)夾(jia)(jia)頭2的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)孔中,間(jian)(jian)隙大小為(wei)0.01mm,從而達到不停(ting)機(ji)換(huan)件(jian)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),使被(bei)加(jia)工(gong)件(jian)裝入免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)夾(jia)(jia)頭內(nei)(nei)孔的(de)(de)(de)(de)部分與免(mian)(mian)夾(jia)(jia)緊(jin)夾(jia)(jia)頭內(nei)(nei)孔之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)具(ju)有足夠大的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦力,從而被(bei)加(jia)工(gong)件(jian)在(zai)加(jia)工(gong)過程中沿(yan)機(ji)床主軸(zhou)軸(zhou)線(xian)方向(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)旋轉。
利用(yong)上述(shu)硬質合金球冠加(jia)工裝(zhuang)置對(dui)球形鉆齒(chi)3進(jin)行(xing)精(jing)加(jia)工時,按照以下(xia)步驟進(jin)行(xing):
S1,將球(qiu)形(xing)鉆齒3安裝在免夾緊夾頭(tou)2內孔中,調整金(jin)剛石砂(sha)輪(lun)4夾角β=45°及(ji)相對(dui)被加(jia)工件3球(qiu)冠(guan)的距離,使金(jin)剛石砂(sha)輪(lun)4圓弧面與球(qiu)形(xing)鉆齒3球(qiu)冠(guan)接觸時(shi)兩者圓心重合(he);
S2,在機(ji)床(chuang)主軸驅動下,免(mian)夾緊夾頭2帶動球形(xing)鉆(zhan)齒(chi)3繞(rao)機(ji)床(chuang)主軸軸線旋轉,同時(shi)通過搖動機(ji)床(chuang)快速移動手輪(lun),控制機(ji)床(chuang)帶動機(ji)床(chuang)主軸沿(yan)水平方(fang)向(xiang)移動,緩(huan)慢接(jie)近金剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)4圓弧(hu)面至球形(xing)鉆(zhan)齒(chi)3球冠與金剛(gang)石砂(sha)輪(lun)4圓弧(hu)面接(jie)觸(chu);
S3,金剛石砂輪4在磨頭主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)驅動下沿磨頭主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)軸(zhou)(zhou)線旋轉,對球(qiu)形鉆齒(chi)3的球(qiu)冠進行精加工(gong)至球(qiu)冠毛坯面(mian)全部磨光;
S4,通(tong)過(guo)搖(yao)動(dong)(dong)機床(chuang)快速移動(dong)(dong)手(shou)輪,控制機床(chuang)帶動(dong)(dong)機床(chuang)主軸沿水(shui)平方(fang)向(xiang)移動(dong)(dong)至機床(chuang)主軸退回(hui)原(yuan)位,取(qu)下加工好的(de)球形鉆齒(chi)(chi)3,取(qu)下加工好的(de)產品即可,在不停機情況下,再裝下一件球形鉆齒(chi)(chi)3進行(xing)加工。
通過上述硬質合(he)金球冠加(jia)工(gong)方法,可(ke)以在保(bao)證較好的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)質量(liang)的(de)(de)同時,實現不(bu)停機批量(liang)生產,提高加(jia)工(gong)效率。
