背景技術:
1、板翅(chi)式換熱器,通常由隔板、翅(chi)片、封條和導流(liu)片組成,在多種工作介質之間起到熱量相互(hu)交(jiao)換的(de)作用,其中翅(chi)片放置在相鄰兩隔板間,用于提高(gao)換熱器的(de)熱交(jiao)換面積,翅(chi)片是具有間隙的(de)板狀(zhuang)(zhuang)結構(gou),一般(ban)根據間隙的(de)形狀(zhuang)(zhuang)分為鋸齒型、平直型和波紋(wen)型,在不同(tong)的(de)應用場(chang)景下,需(xu)要根據實際的(de)使用需(xu)求,在安裝前對翅(chi)片進行長(chang)度、寬度或形狀(zhuang)(zhuang)做調(diao)整。
2、現有的翅片切(qie)割(ge)裝置在對翅片進(jin)行垂直(zhi)于間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)方向切(qie)割(ge)時(shi),在切(qie)口處與切(qie)割(ge)裝置接觸(chu)的翅片會因為切(qie)割(ge)而(er)(er)產生形變,從而(er)(er)導致切(qie)口處間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)的形狀發生改(gai)變,降(jiang)低了翅片的質量,導致在后續的使用中流體在間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)形變處的流速降(jiang)低,影響(xiang)換熱器的換熱效(xiao)率(lv)。
技術實現思路
1、針對現(xian)有技術的(de)不足,本發明(ming)提(ti)供了一(yi)種(zhong)板翅(chi)式換熱器翅(chi)片(pian)切割裝置,解決了在切口處與切割裝置接(jie)觸的(de)翅(chi)片(pian)會(hui)因為切割而產生形(xing)變,從而導(dao)致(zhi)切口處間隙的(de)形(xing)狀發生改變的(de)問題。
