而如今,制造業快(kuai)速發展(zhan)和市場激烈競爭需(xu)要,提高(gao)(gao)鍛造零件精度、質量和生(sheng)產(chan)效(xiao)(xiao)率成為制造企業采購設備的優先(xian)選擇(ze)。而機械壓(ya)力機及自(zi)動化生(sheng)產(chan)線實現高(gao)(gao)速、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)、智(zhi)能自(zi)動化線是(shi)關(guan)鍵技術發展(zhan)趨勢(shi),這樣對機械壓(ya)力機曲(qu)軸、軸瓦之間相對運動提出更高(gao)(gao)要求(qiu)---高(gao)(gao)速、穩定可靠。
曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)、軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)之間為滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca),曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)長時間快速持(chi)續轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)還會(hui)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)發(fa)熱,與(yu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)間的(de)(de)間隙減(jian)小,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)的(de)(de)磨損程度增(zeng)大(da)(da),導致軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)進一(yi)(yi)步加快磨損,甚至(zhi)研傷(shang),只能(neng)被迫(po)停機(ji)或維修影響(xiang)生產(chan)。有時為了(le)(le)避免(mian)磨損,在設計制(zhi)造(zao)時,提前預留出曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)、軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)運動(dong)(dong)過程產(chan)生熱膨脹的(de)(de)間隙,但這樣勢必降低了(le)(le)曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)運動(dong)(dong)精(jing)度及機(ji)械(xie)(xie)壓(ya)力機(ji)精(jing)度。或者再通過一(yi)(yi)般增(zeng)加供油(you)量來(lai)降低曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)、軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)之間的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)系數(shu),雖然油(you)量增(zeng)大(da)(da)可(ke)以間接的(de)(de)減(jian)少部分熱量,但是(shi)油(you)量大(da)(da)容易造(zao)成浪費、污染環境并且給工(gong)人(ren)清理油(you)污增(zeng)大(da)(da)了(le)(le)工(gong)作量。以上技術(shu)方案都不能(neng)從根本上解(jie)決曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)、軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)高速旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)發(fa)熱持(chi)續溫升(sheng)問(wen)(wen)題。所以,機(ji)械(xie)(xie)壓(ya)力機(ji)曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)、軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)瓦(wa)溫升(sheng)已經成為當前制(zhi)約了(le)(le)高速、精(jing)密機(ji)械(xie)(xie)壓(ya)力機(ji)及智能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)化生產(chan)線機(ji)械(xie)(xie)性能(neng)的(de)(de)發(fa)展迫(po)切亟待解(jie)決關(guan)鍵(jian)問(wen)(wen)題。
