背景技術:
通過(guo)調(diao)研(yan),目(mu)前市(shi)場上(shang)所述使用(yong)的數控(kong)(kong)自動(dong)切割(ge)(ge)機(ji),絕大部分(fen)可以通過(guo)cad編程(cheng)(cheng)轉(zhuan)換為數控(kong)(kong)程(cheng)(cheng)序進行自動(dong)切割(ge)(ge),但該(gai)切割(ge)(ge)機(ji)需(xu)要(yao)專人(ren)操作,其上(shang)料、出料,以及切割(ge)(ge)完一(yi)個行程(cheng)(cheng)后需(xu)要(yao)人(ren)工(gong)挪動(dong)切割(ge)(ge)機(ji),至少(shao)需(xu)要(yao)2人(ren)操作,未能達(da)到減(jian)人(ren)提(ti)效(xiao)的目(mu)的。現(xian)(xian)階段,考慮到我(wo)廠加工(gong)件(jian)的實際情況,發明了一(yi)種(zhong)專門(men)針對上(shang)述情況的遠程(cheng)(cheng)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)鋼(gang)板切割(ge)(ge)系統(tong),利用(yong)該(gai)系統(tong)實現(xian)(xian)了全自動(dong)切割(ge)(ge),同時利用(yong)遠程(cheng)(cheng)無線攝像頭監(jian)控(kong)(kong)配合(he)wlan數據傳(chuan)輸(shu)實現(xian)(xian)了無人(ren)操作全自動(dong)工(gong)作,每項(xiang)切割(ge)(ge)工(gong)作至少(shao)減(jian)少(shao)人(ren)工(gong)2人(ren),尤其是針對切割(ge)(ge)數量較少(shao)、切割(ge)(ge)精度(du)較高的工(gong)件(jian),自動(dong)上(shang)板極(ji)大程(cheng)(cheng)度(du)節約了人(ren)工(gong)。
