背景技術:
電機定子繞線完成(cheng)(cheng)后,需要對銅(tong)線進(jin)行切斷,目前使用的切線裝(zhuang)置(zhi)大都結構較為復雜,安裝(zhuang)調試不便(bian),成(cheng)(cheng)本高(gao),且沒(mei)有導線功(gong)能(neng)。

如圖1所(suo)示,導線環(huan)2內(nei)壁固(gu)定有內(nei)環(huan)20,內(nei)環(huan)內(nei)壁呈弧面形(xing),減小了與銅線間的磨損,導線環(huan)強度可以做到較(jiao)大,形(xing)狀(zhuang)可塑性強,便于(yu)與切線頭120配合(he)切線。
