背景技術:
目前,空調洞(dong)取孔(kong)采用的(de)(de)大多是(shi)手提式水鉆機(ji),水鉆機(ji)使(shi)(shi)用膨(peng)脹(zhang)螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)(ding)到(dao)墻上進行取孔(kong)作業,不僅裝拆繁(fan)瑣而(er)且對墻面(mian)造(zao)成(cheng)破(po)壞需(xu)要后期修補,整(zheng)個施工過程(cheng)操(cao)作復雜(za)需(xu)要多人(ren)協作,雖然能夠部分滿足(zu)施工需(xu)要,但(dan)是(shi)由(you)于(yu)作業環境及操(cao)作人(ren)員的(de)(de)變化,無法保證所取空調洞(dong)上下(xia)通線(xian),無法確保防倒水的(de)(de)角度一(yi)致甚至會造(zao)成(cheng)墻面(mian)滲(shen)水,由(you)于(yu)需(xu)要使(shi)(shi)用膨(peng)脹(zhang)螺栓(shuan)進行固定(ding)(ding)會增加作業過程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)不確定(ding)(ding)因素,造(zao)成(cheng)安全隱患(huan),此(ci)外作業人(ren)員會考慮到(dao)經濟成(cheng)本及時間成(cheng)本而(er)減少(shao)膨(peng)脹(zhang)螺栓(shuan)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用數量,從而(er)影響取孔(kong)的(de)(de)質(zhi)量。
技術實現要素:
本(ben)實用新型(xing)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)在于,提出一種能(neng)夠保證空(kong)調(diao)洞取孔(kong)(kong)位(wei)置(zhi)、離墻間距、距地(di)高度、內高外低的(de)(de)防(fang)倒水角度高度一致,確保空(kong)調(diao)洞在外立面上下(xia)通(tong)線,能(neng)夠避免安(an)全隱患 ,節約施工時間,加快(kuai)整體施工進度的(de)(de)取孔(kong)(kong)機(ji),解決現(xian)有取孔(kong)(kong)作業(ye)困難,取孔(kong)(kong)不(bu)精細,安(an)全系數低的(de)(de)問題。
為(wei)了實(shi)現(xian)上述目的,本實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型所(suo)采用(yong)的技術方案為(wei):
一種取孔機,包(bao)(bao)括支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)、水鉆(zhan)機、活動(dong)(dong)(dong)節升(sheng)(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、供(gong)水泵(beng)及(ji)(ji)水鉆(zhan)機升(sheng)(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置(zhi);所(suo)述(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)包(bao)(bao)括垂直(zhi)連接的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)底座及(ji)(ji)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)固定(ding)(ding)節,及(ji)(ji)與(yu)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)固定(ding)(ding)節上(shang)下滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)連接的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)節,支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)節與(yu)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)節升(sheng)(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置(zhi)連接;所(suo)述(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)節上(shang)設有豎直(zhi)的(de)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)軌(gui),一滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)板與(yu)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)軌(gui)上(shang)下滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)連接,水鉆(zhan)機固定(ding)(ding)于滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)板上(shang);所(suo)述(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)上(shang)安(an)裝(zhuang)水鉆(zhan)機升(sheng)(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置(zhi),水鉆(zhan)機升(sheng)(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置(zhi)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)所(suo)述(shu)水鉆(zhan)機沿(yan)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)軌(gui)上(shang)下滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong);所(suo)述(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)上(shang)設有腳踏(ta)平臺;所(suo)述(shu)供(gong)水泵(beng)固定(ding)(ding)于支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)上(shang),與(yu)水鉆(zhan)機連通。

其中,所述(shu)水(shui)鉆機可(ke)轉動的固定(ding)在(zai)滑板上。
其(qi)中(zhong),所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)水鉆機(ji)升降裝置包括一(yi)卷揚(yang)(yang)機(ji)、定(ding)滑(hua)(hua)輪及滑(hua)(hua)輪繩,所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)卷揚(yang)(yang)機(ji)固(gu)定(ding)于(yu)(yu)支(zhi)架上(shang),所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)定(ding)滑(hua)(hua)輪懸掛于(yu)(yu)支(zhi)架活(huo)動節上(shang)部,所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)滑(hua)(hua)輪繩一(yi)端(duan)連(lian)接所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)卷揚(yang)(yang)機(ji),另一(yi)端(duan)繞過(guo)所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)(shu)定(ding)滑(hua)(hua)輪后與滑(hua)(hua)板(ban)連(lian)接。
其中,所述支架活動(dong)節與(yu)所述腳(jiao)踏平臺同側上部設有安全操作扶(fu)手。
其中(zhong),所述支(zhi)架底座(zuo)底部安裝有轉運(yun)輪(lun)。
其中,所述支架頂部表面設有減震墊(dian)。
其(qi)中,所述支(zhi)架(jia)固定節(jie)上設(she)有支(zhi)架(jia)活(huo)動(dong)節(jie)軌(gui)道,所述支(zhi)架(jia)活(huo)動(dong)節(jie)軌(gui)道離末端一定距離處設(she)有支(zhi)架(jia)活(huo)動(dong)節(jie)限位塊。
本實用新型的有益效果為:
一、所述取孔機上部支(zhi)架活動(dong)(dong)節(jie)通(tong)過(guo)活動(dong)(dong)節(jie)升降裝置(zhi)帶動(dong)(dong)支(zhi)架活動(dong)(dong)節(jie)上下滑(hua)動(dong)(dong),使(shi)得整個取孔機殼可根據(ju)實際層(ceng)高(gao)來(lai)具體(ti)調節(jie)上部支(zhi)架活動(dong)(dong)節(jie)高(gao)度。通(tong)過(guo)取孔機一體(ti)式支(zhi)架與房屋(wu)天(tian)棚、地板相(xiang)互作用的(de)加(jia)壓力對取孔機整體(ti)形(xing)成有效限位(wei)約束,確保了(le)取孔機在鉆孔過(guo)程中(zhong)不發生位(wei)移(yi)。
二、所述水鉆(zhan)(zhan)機固定在滑(hua)板(ban)上,通過(guo)調節滑(hua)板(ban)相對垂直面(mian)的角度(du)可(ke)以確保(bao)水鉆(zhan)(zhan)機呈一個下傾角度(du),確保(bao)取完(wan)的洞口呈內高外低(di)的坡度(du),防(fang)止外墻出(chu)現倒水、滲水等問題。
三、所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)水鉆機(ji)通過支架活動節頂部的定滑(hua)(hua)(hua)輪及所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)卷揚機(ji)的驅動,滑(hua)(hua)(hua)輪繩帶動所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)板上(shang)下(xia)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動,從而帶動所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)水鉆機(ji)上(shang)下(xia)調節以確定具體的取孔高度(du)。在取孔作(zuo)業(ye)時,施工(gong)人員站立于(yu)腳踏平臺上(shang),通過所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)供(gong)水泵給所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)水鉆機(ji)提供(gong)施工(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)用水。
四、在(zai)支架底部(bu)可(ke)折(zhe)疊的(de)安裝轉運輪以便取孔機在(zai)不(bu)同作業面(mian)施(shi)工(gong)時設備(bei)運轉,大(da)大(da)提高了工(gong)作效率。所述(shu)轉運輪采用可(ke)折(zhe)疊方式安裝,在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)時可(ke)將(jiang)轉運輪收(shou)納折(zhe)疊,以保證施(shi)工(gong)過(guo)程中取孔機能夠牢固的(de)固定住不(bu)發生位移。
