技術實現要素:

為了解決(jue)上(shang)(shang)述技術問(wen)(wen)題(ti),本(ben)(ben)實(shi)用新型提供了一種單人座椅(yi)靠背(bei)(bei)機器人焊(han)(han)接夾(jia)具,單人座椅(yi)靠背(bei)(bei)骨架(jia)待焊(han)(han)接工件設(she)(she)(she)置在(zai)加工平臺上(shang)(shang),其(qi)頂部設(she)(she)(she)置有縱向旋(xuan)轉定(ding)位(wei)(wei)夾(jia)緊(jin)機構(gou)(gou);兩邊圓管的外(wai)側下(xia)部設(she)(she)(she)置有限位(wei)(wei)導軌沖壓件定(ding)位(wei)(wei)連接機構(gou)(gou),上(shang)(shang)部設(she)(she)(she)置有鋼(gang)絲鈑金復合夾(jia)緊(jin)組(zu)件,兩邊圓管的內側設(she)(she)(she)置有側向限位(wei)(wei)夾(jia)緊(jin)機構(gou)(gou)。解決(jue)了現有技術中存在(zai)的定(ding)位(wei)(wei)不(bu)準確,生產(chan)周期長,放件取件不(bu)方便,生產(chan)成本(ben)(ben)高,自動化性能低的技術問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。

其中(zhong)縱向(xiang)旋(xuan)轉定(ding)(ding)位(wei)夾緊(jin)機構1如圖8所示,包(bao)括有可(ke)100°旋(xuan)轉的壓(ya)臂(bei)1-2,帶動壓(ya)臂(bei)1-2的氣缸1-1,和與壓(ya)臂(bei)1-2配合使用(yong)的定(ding)(ding)位(wei)塊1-3,其中(zhong)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)塊1-3的上(shang)端面帶有導(dao)向(xiang)面1-3-1。

上下位(wei)設置(zhi)(zhi)的方式能夠縮(suo)小平臺占(zhan)用面積,實現(xian)復雜位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)處的圓管組件、鋼絲分(fen)別限定位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)并同時定位(wei)相對位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)。為(wei)定位(wei)夾緊實現(xian)自(zi)動化定位(wei)調節(jie)提(ti)供(gong)了基礎支持(chi)。

所述的爪型(xing)轉臂4-8與上(shang)定(ding)位塊4-2之(zhi)間(jian)設置(zhi)有間(jian)隙調整墊4-7。通過間(jian)隙調整墊4-7能夠(gou)微調上(shang)定(ding)位塊4-2的高度,增強設備的適用性能。

所述的(de)爪型轉臂(bei)4-8F型上(shang)端的(de)橫向臂(bei)的(de)自由頂在靠(kao)背骨架(jia)待焊接圓管(guan)的(de)內(nei)(nei)側面,同時固定(ding)鋼絲和圓管(guan)的(de)位置。在有(you)限的(de)空間(jian)內(nei)(nei)實現多定(ding)位面,對(dui)待加工(gong)零(ling)件進行定(ding)位和夾緊。

使用時(shi),通過旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)氣缸II4-1帶(dai)動(dong)爪(zhua)型轉(zhuan)(zhuan)臂4-8進(jin)行(xing)側向旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),當(dang)導向塊4-9與導向滑(hua)槽4-8-2接觸時(shi),限定極限位置。當(dang)焊接結(jie)束后,通過旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)氣缸II4-1帶(dai)動(dong)爪(zhua)型轉(zhuan)(zhuan)臂4-8旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)離開圓管和鋼絲,在進(jin)行(xing)取件。實(shi)現裝夾和拆卸的自(zi)動(dong)化。

縱向旋轉導(dao)向夾緊機構5結構如(ru)圖7所示(shi),用于在內部夾緊鋼絲(si),并(bing)且為圓管提供側面(mian)支撐。
