在單工序模具生產(chan)過程中(zhong),板料的定(ding)位(wei)采用外形(xing)固定(ding)式的方式時,經常會遇(yu)到(dao)定(ding)位(wei)太緊或(huo)太松的情況。定(ding)位(wei)太緊產(chan)品(pin)有可能變形(xing),定(ding)位(wei)太松產(chan)品(pin)有可能尺寸(cun)不良。定(ding)位(wei)太松和太緊都(dou)會增加不良品(pin)的數(shu)量。

活動(dong)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位塊(kuai)1朝向固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)座2的面(mian)設(she)有(you)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位塊(kuai)彈簧(huang)孔,固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)座2朝向活動(dong)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位塊(kuai)1的面(mian)設(she)有(you)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)座彈簧(huang)孔,彈簧(huang)4的兩(liang)端分(fen)別固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)在定(ding)(ding)(ding)位塊(kuai)彈簧(huang)孔和固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)座彈簧(huang)孔中(zhong)。
安裝時,將(jiang)活動定位塊(kuai)1朝向凹模(mo)(mo)7安裝,活動定位塊(kuai)1朝向凹模(mo)(mo)7的端面與板料(liao)重合0.5~1.0mm。板料(liao)6由導料(liao)斜面12滑到限位凸起13下(xia)方,彈(dan)簧(huang)4將(jiang)活動定位塊(kuai)1壓向凹模(mo)(mo)7,壓緊(jin)板料(liao)6。
如圖3所示,板(ban)料形狀規則時可將相鄰兩(liang)邊通過定(ding)位(wei)(wei)銷5做成固定(ding)定(ding)位(wei)(wei),另外兩(liang)個邊采(cai)用(yong)一種模(mo)具(ju)板(ban)料活動(dong)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置。也可三面(mian)采(cai)用(yong)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)銷5固定(ding),一面(mian)采(cai)用(yong)一種模(mo)具(ju)板(ban)料活動(dong)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置固定(ding)。外形不規則時根據具(ju)體(ti)形狀設置定(ding)位(wei)(wei)銷5和一種模(mo)具(ju)板(ban)料活動(dong)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置的安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)位(wei)(wei)置。
活動(dong)定(ding)位(wei)塊1與(yu)墊板(ban)3鉸(jiao)接的形式還(huan)可以采用(yong)其他結構。
