背景技術:

技術實現要素:

本實用新型的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)是(shi)為了解決現(xian)有技術中存在的(de)(de)缺點,而提出的(de)(de)一種用于(yu)軸承(cheng)加工的(de)(de)攻絲模具。

工作(zuo)(zuo)原理:當我們(men)使用該種用于軸(zhou)承加工的攻絲模(mo)具(ju)時,首(shou)先我們(men)根據軸(zhou)承的大小,將(jiang)工作(zuo)(zuo)臺13上(shang)方的移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)卡座16在(zai)滑軌(gui)中移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong),然(ran)后移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)卡座16成中心(xin)對稱(cheng)的方式向(xiang)中間位置(zhi)移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong),并與(yu)絲錐12在(zai)同一同心(xin)圓位置(zhi),直到夾住軸(zhou)承時,我們(men)拎(lin)緊固定螺母(mu)15,然(ran)后開(kai)啟電源(yuan),此時電動(dong)(dong)機7開(kai)始(shi)轉動(dong)(dong),在(zai)升降(jiang)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)1和升降(jiang)傳動(dong)(dong)桿3的作(zuo)(zuo)用下,開(kai)始(shi)向(xiang)下轉動(dong)(dong),最后絲錐12開(kai)始(shi)對軸(zhou)承開(kai)始(shi)攻絲。
