背景技術:
激(ji)(ji)光(guang)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)是將從激(ji)(ji)光(guang)器發射出的(de)(de)(de)(de)激(ji)(ji)光(guang),經光(guang)路系統(tong),聚焦成(cheng)高功率(lv)密(mi)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)激(ji)(ji)光(guang)束(shu)。激(ji)(ji)光(guang)束(shu)照(zhao)射到工(gong)件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面,使(shi)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)達到熔點(dian)或沸(fei)點(dian),同(tong)(tong)時(shi)與(yu)光(guang)束(shu)同(tong)(tong)軸的(de)(de)(de)(de)高壓氣(qi)體將熔化(hua)或氣(qi)化(hua)金屬吹走。隨(sui)著光(guang)束(shu)與(yu)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)相對位置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)移(yi)動,最(zui)終使(shi)材料形(xing)成(cheng)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)縫(feng),從而(er)達到切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。激(ji)(ji)光(guang)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)是用不可見的(de)(de)(de)(de)光(guang)束(shu)代替了傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)機械刀,具有精度(du)高,切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)快(kuai)速(su),不局(ju)限于(yu)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)圖案限制,自動排版節省材料,切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)口平滑,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)成(cheng)本低等特點(dian),將逐(zhu)漸改(gai)進或取代于(yu)傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)金屬切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)工(gong)藝設備。
目前激光(guang)切割機齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)固定(ding)(ding)裝(zhuang)置的齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)固定(ding)(ding)板截面(mian)為幾(ji)字形(xing),激光(guang)切割機工作(zuo)一定(ding)(ding)時間后,由于(yu)廢渣堆(dui)積極易導致齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)固定(ding)(ding)板變形(xing),從而(er)導致齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)松動;而(er)且(qie)激光(guang)切割機齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)固定(ding)(ding)裝(zhuang)置的齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)壓板折(zhe)彎角度過小,齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)松動后極易彈出工作(zuo)臺面(mian)。
技術實現要素:
為了克(ke)服上(shang)述現有技術(shu)的不足,本(ben)實用新型提(ti)供一(yi)種(zhong)激光(guang)切割機齒條固定(ding)(ding)裝置,能避免廢渣堆(dui)積,防止齒條變形,能將齒條牢靠地固定(ding)(ding)在工作臺上(shang),齒條不會(hui)松動。
為了達(da)到上述目的(de),本實用(yong)新型(xing)采(cai)用(yong)以下技術方案實現(xian):
一種激光切割機(ji)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)固定(ding)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),包(bao)括U型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、L型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)壓板(ban)(ban)(ban);所(suo)(suo)述U型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)是(shi)截面為U型(xing)(xing)(xing)的長(chang)條(tiao)(tiao)板(ban)(ban)(ban),其底部設有(you)多個(ge)漏(lou)渣孔,所(suo)(suo)述L型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)為L型(xing)(xing)(xing)長(chang)條(tiao)(tiao)板(ban)(ban)(ban),U型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)與L型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)側面設有(you)多個(ge)成直線排(pai)列并且(qie)間距相等(deng)的齒(chi)(chi)槽,所(suo)(suo)述齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)壓板(ban)(ban)(ban)為折(zhe)彎板(ban)(ban)(ban),折(zhe)彎角度大(da)于45°;所(suo)(suo)述U型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)與L型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)通過螺釘固定(ding)在(zai)工作臺上,齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)槽內,兩端通過齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)壓板(ban)(ban)(ban)與L型(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)固定(ding)。
與現有技術(shu)相比(bi),本實用(yong)新(xin)型的有益(yi)效果(guo)是(shi):
1)設有漏渣(zha)孔,避免了廢渣(zha)堆(dui)積,防止U型齒(chi)(chi)條安裝板及(ji)齒(chi)(chi)條變形;
2)U型齒條安裝板與(yu)L型齒條安裝板及齒條壓板共(gong)同作用將齒條牢(lao)靠的固定在工作臺(tai)上;
3)加大齒條(tiao)壓板的(de)折彎角度,防止齒條(tiao)因松動而(er)彈(dan)出(chu)工作臺。
