電機轉子銑削裝置的制作方法

技術實現要素:

針對(dui)上述現有技(ji)術(shu)中存在的(de)缺陷,本(ben)實用新型所(suo)要解決的(de)技(ji)術(shu)問題是(shi)提(ti)供一種工(gong)件裝夾方便,從而能提(ti)高(gao)銑削加工(gong)效率的(de)電機轉子銑削裝置。

所(suo)述工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)夾具包(bao)括固定(ding)在(zai)銑床工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)擋板,及固定(ding)在(zai)銑床工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)左(zuo)右(you)各一個托(tuo)(tuo)架(jia),及安裝在(zai)銑床工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)能左(zuo)右(you)滑(hua)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頂頭(tou);每個托(tuo)(tuo)架(jia)的(de)(de)(de)頂端都(dou)開設有(you)向上(shang)開放(fang)(fang)且左(zuo)右(you)貫通的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)置放(fang)(fang)槽,頂頭(tou)、擋板分置于兩(liang)個托(tuo)(tuo)架(jia)的(de)(de)(de)左(zuo)右(you)兩(liang)側,并與兩(liang)個托(tuo)(tuo)架(jia)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)置放(fang)(fang)槽左(zuo)右(you)正對,銑床工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺上(shang)設有(you)用于驅動(dong)頂頭(tou)左(zuo)右(you)滑(hua)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頂頭(tou)驅動(dong)部件(jian);

每個托(tuo)架的頂(ding)端都(dou)設有(you)一個能上下移動的壓塊(kuai),及(ji)用于驅動壓塊(kuai)上下移動的壓塊(kuai)驅動部(bu)件(jian),所(suo)述壓塊(kuai)位于工件(jian)置放(fang)槽的正(zheng)上方。

進一步的,所(suo)述銑床的左側設有(you)料架(jia),料架(jia)上設有(you)左右(you)各一個(ge)用于傳(chuan)輸(shu)工件的物(wu)料傳(chuan)送帶,銑床上設有(you)用于抓取工件的機械手。

本實用新(xin)型提供的(de)電(dian)機轉子銑削裝置(zhi)(zhi),工(gong)件(jian)(jian)放(fang)置(zhi)(zhi)到兩個托(tuo)架(jia)上(shang)之后,可以通過擋板、頂頭、壓塊及工(gong)件(jian)(jian)置(zhi)(zhi)放(fang)槽的(de)配合來自動鎖定工(gong)件(jian)(jian),無需人工(gong)對準(zhun),工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)裝夾(jia)非常方便,能(neng)提高銑削加(jia)工(gong)效率。

將各(ge)個(ge)(ge)待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(電機(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)子)預先放置在料架的(de)進(jin)料傳送帶31上(shang),加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)機(ji)(ji)械抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)手從進(jin)料傳送帶31上(shang)逐個(ge)(ge)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)取(qu)待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5并放置到兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)托(tuo)架21上(shang),并使(shi)(shi)待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5的(de)轉(zhuan)軸卡入兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)托(tuo)架21頂(ding)(ding)(ding)端(duan)(duan)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)置放槽(cao),然后頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)驅(qu)(qu)使(shi)(shi)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭23向(xiang)左(zuo)推頂(ding)(ding)(ding)待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5的(de)右(you)端(duan)(duan),直至(zhi)待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5的(de)左(zuo)端(duan)(duan)抵住擋板22,然后壓(ya)塊(kuai)(kuai)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)驅(qu)(qu)使(shi)(shi)壓(ya)塊(kuai)(kuai)向(xiang)下(xia)壓(ya)住待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5,此(ci)時(shi)待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5在各(ge)個(ge)(ge)方向(xiang)上(shang)均被鎖(suo)定,此(ci)時(shi)即(ji)可利(li)用(yong)(yong)銑床1在待(dai)(dai)(dai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5上(shang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電機(ji)(ji)軸伸端(duan)(duan)鍵槽(cao)及風葉端(duan)(duan)鍵槽(cao);工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完(wan)畢后,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)驅(qu)(qu)使(shi)(shi)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭23向(xiang)右(you)回復(fu)至(zhi)初始(shi)(shi)位,壓(ya)塊(kuai)(kuai)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)也驅(qu)(qu)使(shi)(shi)壓(ya)塊(kuai)(kuai)向(xiang)上(shang)回復(fu)至(zhi)初始(shi)(shi)位,從而解除對工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5的(de)鎖(suo)定,此(ci)時(shi)即(ji)可利(li)用(yong)(yong)機(ji)(ji)械抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)手抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)取(qu)已加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完(wan)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)5,并放置到料架的(de)出料傳送帶32上(shang)。
