如(ru)圖1所示,其為電(dian)池模(mo)組(zu)20的(de)結(jie)構分解圖,電(dian)池模(mo)組(zu)20包括:底殼(ke)21、頂蓋22、多(duo)個電(dian)芯(xin)23、正面(mian)匯(hui)流(liu)(liu)片(pian)24、反(fan)面(mian)匯(hui)流(liu)(liu)片(pian)25。在實際生產過程中,需要將(jiang)多(duo)個電(dian)芯(xin)23裝載(zai)于底殼(ke)21中,再將(jiang)頂蓋22蓋合于底殼(ke)21上(shang),接(jie)著將(jiang)正面(mian)匯(hui)流(liu)(liu)片(pian)24貼合于頂蓋22上(shang)并與多(duo)個電(dian)芯(xin)23的(de)正極焊接(jie),再接(jie)著將(jiang)反(fan)面(mian)匯(hui)流(liu)(liu)片(pian)貼合于底蓋21上(shang)并與多(duo)個電(dian)芯(xin)23的(de)負極焊接(jie),從而得(de)到完整(zheng)的(de)電(dian)池模(mo)組(zu)20。

為了(le)實現上(shang)述電池(chi)模組(zu)20的機械自(zi)(zi)動化組(zu)裝生產(chan),研發(fa)工(gong)程師需要深入了(le)解各個組(zu)裝部件的特性,考慮(lv)可能(neng)出現的各種問(wen)題,不(bu)斷進行調試,反復(fu)改進,才能(neng)設計(ji)出一套條例(li)企業自(zi)(zi)身實際(ji)的組(zu)裝設備。



技術實現要素:

本發明的目(mu)的是克服現有技(ji)術中的不足之處,提供一種機(ji)械自動化(hua)生產的上(shang)底殼機(ji)構(gou)及電(dian)阻焊組裝(zhuang)機(ji)。

本發(fa)明的電阻(zu)焊組裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji),通(tong)過設置(zhi)上底殼(ke)(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、上電芯機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、電芯掃碼機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、電芯裝(zhuang)殼(ke)(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、裝(zhuang)頂蓋機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、上正面(mian)匯流(liu)片機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、正面(mian)電阻(zu)焊接(jie)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、翻(fan)轉機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、上反(fan)面(mian)匯流(liu)片機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、反(fan)面(mian)電阻(zu)焊接(jie)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構、物(wu)料運輸流(liu)水線(xian),并對各個部件進行優化設計,實(shi)現電池(chi)模組的機(ji)(ji)(ji)械自(zi)動化組裝(zhuang),提高(gao)了(le)(le)生產(chan)效率(lv),提高(gao)了(le)(le)生產(chan)合(he)格率(lv)。

上底殼(ke)機構(gou)100用于(yu)將依次層(ceng)疊的(de)多個底殼(ke)逐個上料于(yu)物料運輸流水線1100的(de)固定治具(ju)中;

上(shang)電(dian)芯機構200用于(yu)將(jiang)電(dian)芯從料盒中取出形成并排(pai)排(pai)列(lie),為后續(xu)將(jiang)電(dian)芯裝載(zai)于(yu)底殼作好準備;

電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)掃碼(ma)(ma)機構(gou)300用于對電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)進行掃碼(ma)(ma),便于電(dian)(dian)池模組生產過程(cheng)中電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)信息(xi)讀取和錄入,保證產品質量;

電(dian)芯裝(zhuang)(zhuang)殼機構400用于將并排排列的(de)多個電(dian)芯裝(zhuang)(zhuang)載于底殼中;

裝(zhuang)頂(ding)蓋(gai)(gai)機構500用于(yu)將頂(ding)蓋(gai)(gai)蓋(gai)(gai)合于(yu)底殼上,從而使(shi)得(de)電(dian)芯可以封裝(zhuang)于(yu)底殼與頂(ding)蓋(gai)(gai)所形(xing)成的腔體內;

上(shang)正(zheng)面匯(hui)流片機構600用于將正(zheng)面匯(hui)流片上(shang)料并(bing)貼合于頂蓋上(shang),為后續正(zheng)面匯(hui)流片與電芯的正(zheng)極進(jin)行(xing)焊(han)接(jie)作(zuo)好準備;

正(zheng)面(mian)電(dian)(dian)阻焊接(jie)機(ji)構700用(yong)于(yu)將正(zheng)面(mian)匯流(liu)片與電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)的正(zheng)極焊接(jie)在一起;

翻(fan)轉(zhuan)機構(gou)800用于(yu)將焊接有正面(mian)匯流(liu)片的(de)(de)電(dian)池模組進(jin)行翻(fan)轉(zhuan),為后續反面(mian)匯流(liu)片與電(dian)芯的(de)(de)負極焊接作好準備;

上反面(mian)匯(hui)流片機構900用于將反面(mian)匯(hui)流片上料并貼合于底殼上;

反面電阻焊接機(ji)構(gou)1000用于將反面匯流片與電芯的負極焊接在一起。
