背景技術:

近(jin)年(nian)來,移動(dong)網絡及寬帶(dai)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)不(bu)(bu)斷發展(zhan),通信(xin)(xin)帶(dai)寬不(bu)(bu)斷擴大(da)(da)(da),極大(da)(da)(da)方(fang)便(bian)了人們日常生活。同時,在(zai)此(ci)推(tui)動(dong)下又(you)不(bu)(bu)斷衍(yan)生出各種(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)的(de)服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)及服務(wu)需求,就從智能家居到智慧城市等。這些需求又(you)在(zai)此(ci)對現有通信(xin)(xin)帶(dai)寬提(ti)出挑戰(zhan),推(tui)動(dong)通信(xin)(xin)帶(dai)寬繼續(xu)擴展(zhan)升級,各大(da)(da)(da)運(yun)營商(shang)設備商(shang)也一(yi)直在(zai)積極研究設計(ji)各自的(de)升級方(fang)案。密(mi)(mi)集波分(fen)(fen)復用系(xi)統是(shi)各種(zhong)(zhong)升級方(fang)案中(zhong)主要方(fang)式之一(yi),去(qu)年(nian)日韓首先大(da)(da)(da)規模(mo)更新(xin)密(mi)(mi)集波分(fen)(fen)復用系(xi)統,今(jin)年(nian)開始國內(nei)也開始逐漸使用密(mi)(mi)集波分(fen)(fen)復用系(xi)統。

一般通(tong)信系統中(zhong)都要同時滿(man)(man)足上(shang)下(xia)(xia)行需求,即對于(yu)某一波(bo)(bo)長信號(hao)既(ji)能實現下(xia)(xia)行又能實現下(xia)(xia)行,如(ru)此才能滿(man)(man)足用(yong)戶的(de)下(xia)(xia)載上(shang)傳雙向需求。為(wei)實現此功能,波(bo)(bo)分復用(yong)系統中(zhong)都要同時布置兩個(ge)相同波(bo)(bo)長的(de)波(bo)(bo)分復用(yong)器件,分別用(yong)作上(shang)行和下(xia)(xia)行。

更新密集波(bo)分復用(yong)(yong)系統有兩個問題(ti)要解決。一是(shi)成本問題(ti),密集波(bo)分復用(yong)(yong)系統所用(yong)(yong)無源器件價格要高于粗波(bo)分復用(yong)(yong)器;一是(shi)空間問題(ti),因為是(shi)對(dui)原有系統升級,因此需要盡量縮減新增設備(bei)體(ti)積。



技術實現要素:

本(ben)實用新型提供一(yi)種薄(bo)膜濾光片(pian)型二合(he)一(yi)密(mi)(mi)集波分復用器(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)件,以解決在現(xian)有系統基礎(chu)上升級密(mi)(mi)集波分復用系統所面(mian)臨(lin)的成本(ben)及空(kong)間的問題。

本實用(yong)新型(xing)采(cai)取的技術(shu)方案(an)是(shi):四(si)光纖準直器(qi)和雙光纖準直器(qi)分別與外玻璃套筒兩端內(nei)壁固定粘(zhan)接;

所述四(si)(si)光(guang)纖準直器的結構是(shi):四(si)(si)根光(guang)纖一分別置于四(si)(si)光(guang)纖毛細玻璃管的四(si)(si)個毛細孔內、并(bing)粘(zhan)(zhan)接固定,四(si)(si)光(guang)纖毛細玻璃管通過斜面(mian)(mian)和自聚(ju)(ju)焦(jiao)透(tou)鏡(jing)斜面(mian)(mian)粘(zhan)(zhan)接,自聚(ju)(ju)焦(jiao)透(tou)鏡(jing)平面(mian)(mian)與薄膜濾光(guang)片粘(zhan)(zhan)接,玻璃套筒一套于四(si)(si)光(guang)纖毛細玻璃管外(wai)側、并(bing)粘(zhan)(zhan)接;

所述雙(shuang)(shuang)光纖準直器的結(jie)構是:兩(liang)根光纖二(er)分別置(zhi)于雙(shuang)(shuang)光纖毛(mao)(mao)細(xi)(xi)玻(bo)璃管(guan)(guan)的兩(liang)個毛(mao)(mao)細(xi)(xi)孔內、并(bing)粘接固定,雙(shuang)(shuang)光纖毛(mao)(mao)細(xi)(xi)玻(bo)璃管(guan)(guan)通過(guo)斜面(mian)和球透鏡斜面(mian)粘接,玻(bo)璃套筒二(er)套于雙(shuang)(shuang)光纖毛(mao)(mao)細(xi)(xi)玻(bo)璃管(guan)(guan)和球透鏡外側(ce)、并(bing)粘接。

本實用(yong)新(xin)型的優點(dian)是(shi)結構新(xin)穎,同(tong)時(shi)滿(man)足了兩(liang)路光信號按照密集波(bo)分(fen)復用(yong)波(bo)長選擇(ze),分(fen)別(bie)從不同(tong)端口輸出或輸入對(dui)應波(bo)長光信號,使(shi)用(yong)一個器(qi)件(jian)實現(xian)了兩(liang)個密集波(bo)分(fen)復用(yong)器(qi)件(jian)的分(fen)光功(gong)能,使(shi)用(yong)一個器(qi)件(jian)同(tong)時(shi)滿(man)足了密集波(bo)分(fen)復用(yong)系統(tong)中(zhong)的上(shang)行(xing)和下(xia)行(xing)功(gong)能,使(shi)系統(tong)中(zhong)的上(shang)下(xia)行(xing)模(mo)塊體積縮小一半(ban)、并保持體積緊湊(cou),且可以降(jiang)低(di)系統(tong)成本。

具體實施方式

所述雙光(guang)(guang)纖準直器3的結構是:兩(liang)根光(guang)(guang)纖二301分別置于雙光(guang)(guang)纖毛(mao)細玻璃管302的兩(liang)個毛(mao)細孔內、并(bing)粘(zhan)(zhan)接固定(ding),雙光(guang)(guang)纖毛(mao)細玻璃管302通過斜(xie)面和(he)球(qiu)透鏡303斜(xie)面粘(zhan)(zhan)接,玻璃套筒二304套于雙光(guang)(guang)纖毛(mao)細玻璃管302和(he)球(qiu)透鏡303外側、并(bing)粘(zhan)(zhan)接。

四(si)光(guang)纖(xian)準直(zhi)器(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)雙光(guang)纖(xian)準直(zhi)器(qi)(qi)按(an)(an)光(guang)路對正(zheng)通過玻璃套管(guan)組合在一起,使兩路光(guang)信號(hao)按(an)(an)照波長(chang)不同分別從雙光(guang)纖(xian)準直(zhi)器(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)四(si)光(guang)纖(xian)準直(zhi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)剩(sheng)余端口輸出(chu),同時實現(xian)兩路光(guang)信號(hao)的(de)上下行功能。
