背景技術:
1、纖(xian)維原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)的(de)開松(song)(song),最早是(shi)用(yong)(yong)手(shou)工方法進(jin)行的(de)。例如對羊毛,先用(yong)(yong)手(shou)把(ba)(ba)毛叢撕開、抖動。再(zai)用(yong)(yong)木棒敲打或使用(yong)(yong)弓弦(xian)彈松(song)(song)。對于籽棉(mian)也是(shi)先用(yong)(yong)手(shou)把(ba)(ba)棉(mian)籽和(he)(he)纖(xian)維分開,然后使用(yong)(yong)弓弦(xian)彈松(song)(song)纖(xian)維。直到18世紀出現機(ji)器紡(fang)紗后,需(xu)要(yao)有(you)較多(duo)的(de)原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)儲備,并要(yao)求縮小原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)的(de)運輸體積,遂把(ba)(ba)松(song)(song)散的(de)纖(xian)維原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)壓捆(kun)成包,這就需(xu)要(yao)尋求原(yuan)料(liao)(liao)開松(song)(song)和(he)(he)除雜(za)的(de)機(ji)械化(hua)方法。從此,陸續出現了各種類型(xing)的(de)開松(song)(song)和(he)(he)除雜(za)的(de)機(ji)械。
2、目(mu)前,傳統的舒絨紗設備在生產加工時主要是通過(guo)撕扯使大(da)塊(kuai)的糾結(jie)纖(xian)維(wei)松解(jie)變成(cheng)小塊(kuai)或束狀,同時在松解(jie)過(guo)程中伴有混(hun)合、除雜作用(yong)。部分纖(xian)維(wei)原料在開(kai)松卷送的過(guo)程中容易產生結(jie)團纏繞現象,且纖(xian)維(wei)原料內附(fu)著(zhu)有灰(hui)塵(chen)雜質不利于纖(xian)維(wei)原料收集處理。
