背景技術:
玻(bo)璃片(pian)(pian)(pian)、陶瓷(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)、藍寶石片(pian)(pian)(pian)、面板等薄(bo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)類工(gong)(gong)(gong)件在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時,為(wei)(wei)提高加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度和加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv),通常采用自(zi)(zi)動(dong)定位(wei)(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件進行(xing)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)定位(wei)(wei)(wei)。由于薄(bo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)類工(gong)(gong)(gong)件的(de)(de)特(te)殊性(xing),現有(you)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)定位(wei)(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置往往只能(neng)對(dui)一(yi)種(zhong)尺(chi)寸工(gong)(gong)(gong)件實(shi)現自(zi)(zi)動(dong)定位(wei)(wei)(wei),若工(gong)(gong)(gong)件尺(chi)寸改(gai)變,就(jiu)需要更換自(zi)(zi)動(dong)定位(wei)(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置或者手動(dong)調整定位(wei)(wei)(wei)尺(chi)寸和定位(wei)(wei)(wei)點(dian),對(dui)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度和加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成本都(dou)會產生影響;同時現有(you)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)定位(wei)(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置均為(wei)(wei)單工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)定位(wei)(wei)(wei),對(dui)于多工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)而言,不能(neng)一(yi)次滿足定位(wei)(wei)(wei)要求,從而影響了加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)的(de)(de)提升。
技術實現要素:
本發明(ming)的(de)目的(de)在于(yu)克服現(xian)有(you)技術的(de)不足(zu),提供一種多工位的(de)自動定位裝置,可對多組工件進行同時定位,滿(man)足(zu)多工位加工定位要求,極大(da)提高生(sheng)產效率(lv);并且可根據工件的(de)尺寸自動調整定位范圍,無需(xu)人(ren)工調整定位點,定位精度(du)高。
