背景技術:

一是焊(han)接后對型(xing)材涂(tu)層(ceng)有(you)破壞(huai)需要補漆處理,或者(zhe)只能在工(gong)廠預先(xian)整(zheng)(zheng)窗(chuang)焊(han)接后再整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)噴涂(tu),其(qi)成品運輸成本(ben)較高,整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)焊(han)接成本(ben)也較高。
二是整體(ti)焊接(jie)的門(men)窗(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)外形(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)無法變動,建筑(zhu)洞(dong)口尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)誤(wu)差相對于門(men)窗(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)誤(wu)差較(jiao)大(da),需(xu)一套門(men)窗(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)對應一個(ge)洞(dong)口,如(ru)果(guo)出現量尺(chi)(chi)錯誤(wu)等(deng)情況可(ke)能出現門(men)窗(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)無法安裝,需(xu)要修改洞(dong)口尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)或者重新(xin)焊接(jie)加工門(men)窗(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)系統。給(gei)施工帶來(lai)極大(da)困難(nan)。

本實施(shi)例中,預(yu)制型(xing)標(biao)準扇(shan)體(ti)1包括(kuo)扇(shan)體(ti)板(ban)件12和(he)多根(gen)鋼質(zhi)型(xing)材11,各(ge)(ge)(ge)鋼質(zhi)型(xing)材11圍(wei)合在(zai)扇(shan)體(ti)板(ban)件12外圍(wei)、且各(ge)(ge)(ge)鋼質(zhi)型(xing)材11相(xiang)互焊(han)接連接,其(qi)中一根(gen)鋼質(zhi)型(xing)材11與組(zu)裝型(xing)固定框(kuang)體(ti)2活動(dong)連接。該結構中,各(ge)(ge)(ge)鋼質(zhi)型(xing)材11之間采用焊(han)接方式,扇(shan)體(ti)板(ban)件12位于各(ge)(ge)(ge)鋼質(zhi)型(xing)材11的圍(wei)合空(kong)間內,保證了預(yu)制型(xing)標(biao)準扇(shan)體(ti)1的強度和(he)穩定性。
