背景技術:
現(xian)代(dai)建筑工程(cheng)(cheng)日(ri)新月異的(de)不斷(duan)(duan)發展(zhan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),主(zhu)框(kuang)架澆注結構已成主(zhu)流(liu),但是在建筑墻(qiang)面及建筑隔(ge)斷(duan)(duan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),還是用(yong)輕(qing)墻(qiang)體(ti)、空心磚沿用(yong),在施工過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)輕(qing)墻(qiang)體(ti)荷載(zai)重,水泥砌筑因灰號(hao)不標(biao)準出(chu)現(xian)墻(qiang)體(ti)裂縫(feng),整體(ti)隔(ge)聲(sheng)效果不好,產(chan)(chan)生聲(sheng)音穿透,出(chu)現(xian)聲(sheng)共振,聲(sheng)共鳴(ming)等現(xian)象,并且當墻(qiang)體(ti)出(chu)現(xian)裂縫(feng)時(shi)會(hui)(hui)影響整體(ti)的(de)保溫或者防潮的(de)效果,現(xian)在使(shi)用(yong)的(de)輕(qing)墻(qiang)體(ti)載(zai)荷重會(hui)(hui)導致建筑墻(qiang)體(ti)(包(bao)括裝修)產(chan)(chan)生斷(duan)(duan)裂,綜合分析,現(xian)階(jie)段應(ying)該做的(de)是如何解決墻(qiang)體(ti)的(de)載(zai)荷過(guo)重、容易出(chu)現(xian)斷(duan)(duan)裂和隔(ge)聲(sheng)效果差的(de)問(wen)題。
現(xian)有技術中用(yong)(yong)(yong)于隔(ge)聲的(de)板(ban)(ban)(ban)材有很多種(zhong),如申請日為2015年(nian)1月8日、申請號為201520013601.6、名稱(cheng)為“一種(zhong)建筑(zhu)(zhu)內隔(ge)墻板(ban)(ban)(ban)”的(de)中國專利(li)文(wen)件(jian),該(gai)專利(li)文(wen)件(jian)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)為蜂窩(wo)骨(gu)刺(ci)板(ban)(ban)(ban),表面為蜂窩(wo)狀,在板(ban)(ban)(ban)材的(de)兩個(ge)表面有抹(mo)灰面;其作(zuo)為內外墻專用(yong)(yong)(yong)材料。該(gai)專利(li)文(wen)件(jian)的(de)材料外觀平整、重(zhong)量輕,除具有良好的(de)隔(ge)聲性(xing)、減(jian)震(zhen)性(xing)、防(fang)火(huo)性(xing)等優(you)點(dian)(dian),同時(shi)還具有施工簡單(dan)、可靠性(xing)強、綠色(se)環保、強度大(da)(da)、防(fang)水(shui)保溫等特點(dian)(dian),裝(zhuang)飾性(xing)能好、建筑(zhu)(zhu)面積利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率高、拆裝(zhuang)簡便可重(zhong)復使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)也成為一大(da)(da)亮點(dian)(dian)。蜂窩(wo)骨(gu)刺(ci)板(ban)(ban)(ban)可根據建筑(zhu)(zhu)物模板(ban)(ban)(ban)任意切割和拼裝(zhuang),減(jian)少傳統二次結(jie)構(gou)的(de)砌筑(zhu)(zhu)量,同時(shi)節(jie)省墻體拉結(jie)筋及梁下抗震(zhen)埋件(jian)。但是(shi)該(gai)專利(li)文(wen)件(jian)的(de)建筑(zhu)(zhu)內隔(ge)墻板(ban)(ban)(ban)仍(reng)然無法防(fang)止噪音的(de)出現(xian),再(zai)者(zhe)該(gai)專利(li)文(wen)件(jian)的(de)重(zhong)量也較重(zhong)。
由上分析,可知現有技術(shu)的(de)隔聲板材存在以下特點和缺(que)陷:
1、無法抵消(xiao)噪(zao)聲,使得(de)現有技術的隔(ge)聲板材隔(ge)聲效果差。
2、載荷(he)較(jiao)重(zhong)。如上述專利文件,其采用的(de)蜂(feng)窩(wo)骨刺板(ban)(ban),蜂(feng)窩(wo)骨刺板(ban)(ban)的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)相(xiang)對于(yu)常規墻體雖(sui)然減輕了重(zhong)量(liang)(liang),但是還(huan)屬于(yu)較(jiao)重(zhong)的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)。
3、防火性能差。
技術實現要素:
本實用新型的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)在于提供一種輕質防(fang)火隔(ge)音組合墻板(ban),以至(zhi)少(shao)解(jie)(jie)決現(xian)(xian)有技術中的(de)(de)隔(ge)聲板(ban)材(cai)防(fang)火性(xing)能差(cha)的(de)(de)技術問題(ti),同時能夠解(jie)(jie)決現(xian)(xian)有技術中隔(ge)聲板(ban)材(cai)無法抵(di)消噪音及(ji)載荷較重的(de)(de)技術問題(ti)。

一(yi)種(zhong)輕質防(fang)(fang)火(huo)隔音(yin)組(zu)(zu)合(he)(he)墻(qiang)板,該組(zu)(zu)合(he)(he)墻(qiang)板分為三層(ceng):內層(ceng)為波紋板組(zu)(zu),用于防(fang)(fang)火(huo)阻燃、防(fang)(fang)潮和(he)降(jiang)噪(zao)(zao);中間層(ceng)為柔性(xing)隔音(yin)氈,貼在(zai)(zai)所述(shu)波紋板組(zu)(zu)的外側,用于隔音(yin)和(he)吸音(yin)降(jiang)噪(zao)(zao);和(he)外層(ceng)為硅(gui)酸鈣板,設(she)在(zai)(zai)所述(shu)柔性(xing)隔音(yin)氈的外圍,用于防(fang)(fang)火(huo)阻燃和(he)提供(gong)支(zhi)撐。
如上述(shu)的輕質(zhi)防火隔音組合墻板,進一步優選(xuan)為:所(suo)述(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)板組包(bao)括多層(ceng)波(bo)紋(wen)板。
如上(shang)述的(de)輕(qing)質防火(huo)隔音(yin)組合墻板,進(jin)一(yi)步優選為:所述波紋板的(de)厚(hou)度方(fang)向與(yu)所述輕(qing)質防火(huo)隔音(yin)組合墻板的(de)厚(hou)度方(fang)向呈垂直方(fang)向設(she)置(zhi)。
如(ru)上述的輕(qing)質防火(huo)隔音組合(he)墻板(ban)(ban),進(jin)一(yi)步優選為:相鄰所述波紋板(ban)(ban)粘接(jie)在一(yi)起。
如上述(shu)的輕質防(fang)火隔音組合墻板(ban),進一(yi)步優選為:相鄰所述(shu)波紋板(ban)的波紋方(fang)向呈(cheng)交(jiao)叉(cha)90°粘接(jie)的方(fang)式設置。
如上述的輕質防火隔音組合墻板,進(jin)一步(bu)優選為(wei):相(xiang)鄰(lin)所述波紋板的波紋方(fang)向均與水平(ping)方(fang)向呈45°夾角設(she)置。
如上述的輕質(zhi)防火隔音(yin)組合墻(qiang)板(ban),進一步優(you)選為(wei):在(zai)所述波紋板(ban)組的波紋板(ban)上設有通孔。
如上述(shu)的(de)輕質(zhi)防火(huo)隔音組合墻板(ban),進(jin)一步優(you)選為(wei):所述(shu)通(tong)孔的(de)相鄰間(jian)距為(wei)5~20mm。
如上述的輕質防(fang)火隔(ge)(ge)音組(zu)合墻板,進一步優選為:所(suo)述硅酸鈣板、所(suo)述柔性隔(ge)(ge)音氈和所(suo)述波紋(wen)板組(zu)的厚度比為2:1:30~10:1:200。
