背景技術:
目前,大型公共建(jian)(jian)筑、機場、高鐵(tie)站、大型商業(ye)建(jian)(jian)筑等大多有高大空(kong)(kong)間的(de)吊(diao)頂(ding),且很多吊(diao)頂(ding)為雙曲面(mian)吊(diao)頂(ding)并(bing)需(xu)要(yao)轉(zhuan)換層。高、大空(kong)(kong)間吊(diao)頂(ding),特(te)別是(shi)雙曲面(mian)吊(diao)頂(ding),按(an)照傳統工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)一般是(shi)先(xian)(xian)在轉(zhuan)換層龍骨(gu)骨(gu)架上預先(xian)(xian)按(an)設計間距鉆(zhan)孔(kong)再安裝裝飾面(mian)板層吊(diao)頂(ding)龍骨(gu),但由于存在高大空(kong)(kong)間放線困難(nan)、建(jian)(jian)筑誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)大、轉(zhuan)換層施(shi)工(gong)(gong)誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)大等問題,預先(xian)(xian)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)大多都(dou)會偏離預定吊(diao)點(dian)位(wei)置。現有技(ji)術主要(yao)是(shi)按(an)圖施(shi)工(gong)(gong),無法克(ke)服定位(wei)放線困難(nan)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)大等問題。
技術實現要素:
本(ben)實用新型的目的是(shi)提供(gong)一種轉(zhuan)換層雙曲面(mian)吊(diao)頂龍(long)骨可(ke)移(yi)動定位器及吊(diao)頂系統,要解決裝飾面(mian)板層龍(long)骨吊(diao)點定位困難、高大(da)空間放線困難的技(ji)術問題,且經濟、簡(jian)單(dan)、易行。
為實(shi)現上述目的,本實(shi)用新(xin)型采用如下技術(shu)方案:
一種轉換層(ceng)雙(shuang)曲面(mian)吊(diao)頂(ding)龍骨可移動定位(wei)(wei)器(qi),所述定位(wei)(wei)器(qi)包括掛(gua)板(ban)(ban)和位(wei)(wei)于掛(gua)板(ban)(ban)底部的(de)連接板(ban)(ban);
所述掛板(ban)包(bao)括(kuo)豎直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)段(duan)和由豎直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)段(duan)頂(ding)端(duan)向豎直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)段(duan)平(ping)行回彎(wan)的(de)彎(wan)折段(duan);
所述連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)板位于掛板豎直(zhi)段(duan)的底端、且與(yu)掛板豎直(zhi)段(duan)垂直(zhi),連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)板與(yu)彎折段(duan)分(fen)別位于豎直(zhi)段(duan)的兩(liang)側,連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)板上開有連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)吊桿的連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)孔。

現有公(gong)開技術(shu)是(shi)(shi),根據裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)面(mian)(mian)板層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)吊(diao)頂龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)的(de)排(pai)版圖及(ji)現場(chang)放線(xian)結果(guo),在裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)面(mian)(mian)板層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)吊(diao)頂龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)和轉換(huan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)(jia)上對應鉆孔,先將吊(diao)桿的(de)下端與(yu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)面(mian)(mian)板層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)吊(diao)頂龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),再(zai)(zai)將吊(diao)桿的(de)上端與(yu)轉換(huan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)(jia)上的(de)鉆孔位置連(lian)接(jie)(jie),但(dan)這種連(lian)接(jie)(jie)方(fang)法經常(chang)發(fa)生轉換(huan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)(jia)上鉆孔位置與(yu)吊(diao)桿位置不相符(fu)的(de)情況,而(er)需要再(zai)(zai)次鉆孔;本實用(yong)新型則是(shi)(shi),根據裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)面(mian)(mian)板層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)吊(diao)頂龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)的(de)排(pai)版圖及(ji)現場(chang)放線(xian)結果(guo),在轉換(huan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)(jia)上安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)定位器(qi),然后先將定位器(qi)與(yu)吊(diao)桿的(de)上端連(lian)接(jie)(jie),再(zai)(zai)將吊(diao)桿的(de)下端與(yu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)面(mian)(mian)板層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)吊(diao)頂龍(long)(long)骨(gu)(gu)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),從(cong)而(er)避免了錯位情況的(de)發(fa)生,且簡單(dan)易行,操作方(fang)便(bian),特別適用(yong)于高大(da)空間,尤其是(shi)(shi)雙曲面(mian)(mian)吊(diao)頂施工。

參見圖3和圖4所示,鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)架(jia)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)層5是(shi)由型(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)通(tong)過球(qiu)形節點連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)而(er)成的(de)球(qiu)形網(wang)架(jia)結(jie)構(gou)(gou);鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)架(jia)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)層5與(yu)(yu)轉換層龍骨骨架(jia)3之間通(tong)過角(jiao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie),所述角(jiao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)上端通(tong)過連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)板與(yu)(yu)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)在(zai)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)網(wang)架(jia)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)層5上的(de)球(qiu)形抱箍連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie),連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)板與(yu)(yu)角(jiao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)通(tong)過螺栓(shuan)緊固(gu)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie),角(jiao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)下端與(yu)(yu)承托在(zai)轉換層龍骨骨架(jia)3下方的(de)槽鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)通(tong)過螺栓(shuan)緊固(gu)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)。
參(can)見圖1至圖6所示(shi),所述吊頂系統的施(shi)工(gong)步驟如下:
步驟一,施工轉換層龍骨骨架3;
步驟二,根據裝飾(shi)面板(ban)層吊頂龍骨(gu)4的排版圖及現場(chang)放(fang)線結果,將定位器1的掛板(ban)1.1鉤掛在轉換層龍骨(gu)骨(gu)架(jia)3上并移動(dong)至(zhi)對(dui)應位置;
步(bu)驟三(san),將吊桿2的(de)上端穿過(guo)連接(jie)孔1.3并(bing)通(tong)過(guo)螺栓與定位器1連接(jie);
步驟(zou)四(si),將吊桿2的(de)上端(duan)與裝飾面板層吊頂龍骨4連接,并微調定位(wei)器準(zhun)確定位(wei);
步(bu)驟(zou)五(wu),重復步(bu)驟(zou)二至(zhi)(zhi)步(bu)驟(zou)四(si)至(zhi)(zhi)全部裝飾面板層(ceng)吊頂龍(long)骨4施工完畢,至(zhi)(zhi)此(ci),完成吊頂系統(tong)的施工。
