背景技術:
1、竹(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)板(ban)是(shi)以毛竹(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)料作主要架構(gou)和填充(chong)材(cai)料,經(jing)(jing)高(gao)壓成(cheng)(cheng)坯高(gao)溫固(gu)(gu)(gu)化(hua)而成(cheng)(cheng)的板(ban)材(cai)。竹(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)板(ban)有硬(ying)度高(gao),抗折(zhe),抗壓力強,耐(nai)磨性能好(hao),吸水(shui)膨(peng)脹率(lv)低等特點,主要用途有:建筑模板(ban)、混(hun)凝土砌塊(磚)生(sheng)產(chan)用竹(zhu)(zhu)膠(jiao)托板(ban)、汽車(che)車(che)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體板(ban)和箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)底(di)板(ban)、火(huo)車(che)車(che)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)板(ban)和底(di)板(ban)、集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)板(ban)、冷凍船板(ban)、裝(zhuang)飾用竹(zhu)(zhu)地(di)板(ban)及其他各種(zhong)相關需(xu)要用板(ban)材(cai)。又由于(yu)竹(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)易于(yu)培育,四年以上就可砍伐,成(cheng)(cheng)材(cai)快,而竹(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)板(ban)的制造應用是(shi)以竹(zhu)(zhu)代木竹(zhu)(zhu)的最集中表現(xian)(xian)。現(xian)(xian)有技(ji)術通常是(shi)先(xian)將毛竹(zhu)(zhu)加工成(cheng)(cheng)竹(zhu)(zhu)席或(huo)竹(zhu)(zhu)簾,竹(zhu)(zhu)席或(huo)竹(zhu)(zhu)簾經(jing)(jing)烘干(gan)—浸(jin)膠(jiao)—再烘干(gan)—組坯—熱(re)壓固(gu)(gu)(gu)化(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)板(ban),由于(yu)采(cai)用的酚醛樹脂膠(jiao)是(shi)熱(re)固(gu)(gu)(gu)型膠(jiao)水(shui),浸(jin)膠(jiao)后竹(zhu)(zhu)簾再烘干(gan)會使膠(jiao)水(shui)因熱(re)固(gu)(gu)(gu)化(hua)造成(cheng)(cheng)膠(jiao)水(shui)成(cheng)(cheng)活率(lv)降低;致使所生(sheng)產(chan)的竹(zhu)(zhu)材(cai)板(ban)的膠(jiao)合性能較差。
2、而(er)且上述工藝獲得竹(zhu)材板(ban)無論如何都無法適應板(ban)材長(chang)度(du)的(de)需(xu)求,而(er)且對(dui)竹(zhu)材板(ban)的(de)靜曲強(qiang)度(du)一般較(jiao)高,長(chang)度(du)的(de)連接以(yi)及在連接處的(de)靜曲強(qiang)度(du)要(yao)與原(yuan)板(ban)材相同或相近,成為目前竹(zhu)材板(ban)及其(qi)連接技術的(de)主要(yao)技術難題(ti)和關鍵問題(ti)。
