背景技術:
1、高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)刀是一(yi)種取代機械(xie)手術(shu)刀進行(xing)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)切(qie)割的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)外科(ke)器械(xie)。它通過有效電(dian)(dian)極(ji)尖端(duan)產(chan)生的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)頻高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)與肌體(ti)接(jie)觸(chu)時(shi)對組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)進行(xing)加熱,實(shi)現(xian)對肌體(ti)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)的(de)(de)分(fen)離和(he)凝固,從而起到(dao)切(qie)割和(he)止血的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)刀在(zai)使用(yong)過程中(zhong)需要匹配相應(ying)的(de)(de)中(zhong)性極(ji)板(ban),在(zai)使用(yong)時(shi),將(jiang)中(zhong)性極(ji)板(ban)粘(zhan)貼在(zai)病人肌肉豐富部位,可以(yi)將(jiang)聚集于人體(ti)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)導回高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)刀等儀(yi)器,從而形成一(yi)個完(wan)整(zheng)的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)頻回路。這(zhe)樣在(zai)使用(yong)高(gao)(gao)頻手術(shu)時(shi),可以(yi)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)分(fen)散開,減(jian)少電(dian)(dian)流(liu)集中(zhong)的(de)(de)風(feng)險,安全收集電(dian)(dian)流(liu)并傳遞到(dao)人體(ti)外部,保護患者的(de)(de)安全。
2、目前的(de)手術(shu)過程中(zhong)使用的(de)高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電刀(dao)的(de)執行端通常是(shi)固定不動的(de),當醫生采用剛性高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電刀(dao)在腹腔(qiang)或腸腔(qiang)內進行手術(shu)操(cao)作時,醫生需要(yao)在體(ti)(ti)外(wai)移(yi)動高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電刀(dao)以實(shi)現對人體(ti)(ti)組(zu)織的(de)牽拉(la)、切、凝等操(cao)作。此類高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電刀(dao)缺(que)乏靈活性,高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電刀(dao)的(de)可操(cao)作范(fan)圍受限,導致在手術(shu)過程中(zhong)對人體(ti)(ti)組(zu)織牽拉(la)過大,容易引起(qi)較大的(de)副(fu)損(sun)傷。
