2、米飯(fan)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)在(zai)(zai)生產加工(gong)(gong)的(de)過程中,米飯(fan)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)在(zai)(zai)灌裝(zhuang)密封結束后(hou),通(tong)(tong)(tong)常需(xu)要將灌裝(zhuang)好的(de)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)高(gao)溫(wen)殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun),殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)是(shi)食(shi)品得以長期保存(cun)的(de)關鍵工(gong)(gong)序,已密封包裝(zhuang)并(bing)經(jing)過嚴格殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)的(de)食(shi)品很(hen)少會(hui)有(you)微生物(wu)生長繁殖,且無(wu)需(xu)再(zai)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)添加防腐劑,因此殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)環節(jie)(jie)在(zai)(zai)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)生產的(de)整個工(gong)(gong)藝中是(shi)不(bu)(bu)可或(huo)缺的(de)重要環節(jie)(jie),現有(you)的(de)殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),多為使(shi)用殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)鍋(guo)(guo)對(dui)罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)高(gao)溫(wen)蒸煮,達到殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)的(de)目的(de),但目前(qian)這個步驟多為工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員(yuan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過拉動小推車將罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)存(cun)放(fang)籃拉動至(zhi)殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)鍋(guo)(guo)處,隨后(hou)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員(yuan)手動推拉的(de)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)將罐(guan)(guan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)存(cun)放(fang)籃推進(jin)殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)鍋(guo)(guo)的(de)內部進(jin)行(xing)(xing)殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun),通(tong)(tong)(tong)過這種人工(gong)(gong)操作(zuo)的(de)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),不(bu)(bu)僅增加工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員(yuan)的(de)勞動強度(du)(du),而(er)且殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)鍋(guo)(guo)在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用時,內部是(shi)高(gao)溫(wen)狀態,在(zai)(zai)殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)結束后(hou),殺(sha)(sha)(sha)菌(jun)鍋(guo)(guo)的(de)內部依然有(you)溫(wen)度(du)(du)殘(can)留,因此工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員(yuan)手動操作(zuo)的(de)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),還會(hui)伴隨著一定的(de)操作(zuo)風(feng)險同時操作(zuo)舒適度(du)(du)也會(hui)不(bu)(bu)佳。
