背景技術:
隨(sui)著我國農(nong)業(ye)(ye)產業(ye)(ye)結構的(de)不斷優化(hua)調整,林(lin)果(guo)業(ye)(ye)已經成為農(nong)民致富的(de)一條重要途徑。林(lin)果(guo)種(zhong)植業(ye)(ye)的(de)迅速發展(zhan)大大提升了果(guo)園(yuan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)的(de)市(shi)場需求(qiu)。然而林(lin)果(guo)業(ye)(ye)多分布在丘陵(ling)山(shan)區,地理環境復雜,機(ji)(ji)(ji)具作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)過(guo)程(cheng)中安(an)全穩定性差,已成為嚴重制(zhi)約我國農(nong)業(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)化(hua)水(shui)平全面提高的(de)瓶頸。因此研(yan)制(zhi)適宜于丘陵(ling)山(shan)地的(de)智(zhi)能化(hua)多功(gong)能果(guo)園(yuan)管理機(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)尤為重要。
目前丘陵山地果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)中能(neng)夠使用(yong)的(de)(de)升降機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)種類很(hen)少(shao)。21世紀初,發(fa)達國(guo)(guo)家從家庭到公共綠(lv)地全部實現(xian)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)化(hua)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye),并向更高層(ceng)次發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。就果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)管理(li)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)如疏花(hua)、采(cai)摘等而言,最(zui)早(zao)生產管理(li)平臺(tai)的(de)(de)主要是美國(guo)(guo)、澳大(da)利(li)亞(ya)和日本(ben)。國(guo)(guo)外的(de)(de)果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)采(cai)摘機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)整(zheng)體(ti)不帶(dai)有平臺(tai)調平結構(gou)(gou),這也使得這種機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)應用(yong)范圍局(ju)限于(yu)地形較(jiao)為平坦(tan)且無明顯起伏的(de)(de)果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)。中國(guo)(guo)林(lin)果(guo)業(ye)(ye)生產機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)化(hua)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)較(jiao)晚。在引進國(guo)(guo)外機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)的(de)(de)同(tong)時,陸續研制(zhi)了(le)(le)果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)中耕除草機(ji)(ji)、果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)風送彌霧機(ji)(ji)等,促進了(le)(le)果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)化(hua)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。果(guo)農(nong)采(cai)摘作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)還(huan)是以爬樹或借(jie)助簡易梯子手工采(cai)摘為主,機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)化(hua)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)基本(ben)處于(yu)空(kong)白。因此,研究開發(fa)一(yi)種能(neng)夠多功(gong)能(neng)管理(li)的(de)(de)果(guo)園(yuan)(yuan)管理(li)平臺(tai)對(dui)我國(guo)(guo)林(lin)果(guo)業(ye)(ye)及國(guo)(guo)民(min)經濟的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)具有極其重要的(de)(de)現(xian)實意(yi)義。

(五)具體的(de)實施(shi)方式(shi)
本(ben)發明主要用于(yu)丘陵山地果園(yuan)作業人員(yuan)的舉升,根(gen)據本(ben)發明的提供的裝置,下面(mian)將參照圖(tu)1、圖(tu)2和(he)圖(tu)3說(shuo)明本(ben)發明智能(neng)化多功能(neng)山地果園(yuan)作業平臺的工作原理。
如圖(tu)1、圖(tu)2和圖(tu)3所示,本發明有以下部分組成:
(1)承(cheng)重機構(gou):承(cheng)重角(jiao)座13為三角(jiao)形鑄(zhu)鐵(tie),其(qi)上焊接(jie)連接(jie)環用于(yu)鉸接(jie)升降(jiang)油缸(gang)10缸(gang)筒(tong)同時留出豎(shu)梁(liang)5的安(an)裝(zhuang)空間。豎(shu)梁(liang)5上端焊接(jie)連接(jie)環,用于(yu)鉸接(jie)橫(heng)梁(liang)6;橫(heng)梁(liang)6左側(ce)開(kai)孔(kong)用于(yu)鉸接(jie)豎(shu)梁(liang)5,橫(heng)梁(liang)6下端面在(zai)水平(ping)方向(xiang)上靠(kao)右焊接(jie)一(yi)個掛(gua)(gua)耳,掛(gua)(gua)耳鉸接(jie)升降(jiang)油缸(gang)10活塞桿,橫(heng)梁(liang)6上端面在(zai)水平(ping)方向(xiang)上靠(kao)左側(ce)焊接(jie)一(yi)個掛(gua)(gua)耳,掛(gua)(gua)耳鉸接(jie)縱坡調平(ping)油缸(gang)16缸(gang)筒(tong)。從而支撐起(qi)整(zheng)個升降(jiang)平(ping)臺。
(2)橫(heng)坡(po)調(diao)平(ping)(ping)機構:橫(heng)坡(po)調(diao)平(ping)(ping)油缸8通過(guo)與橫(heng)梁(liang)6和下支(zhi)撐座(zuo)9的(de)連接實現對平(ping)(ping)臺的(de)橫(heng)坡(po)調(diao)平(ping)(ping)。
(3)縱(zong)坡(po)調平(ping)機構:縱(zong)坡(po)調平(ping)油缸16通過與(yu)下支撐座(zuo)9和(he)主工(gong)作臺17的(de)(de)連接實(shi)現對(dui)平(ping)臺的(de)(de)縱(zong)坡(po)調平(ping)。
(4)升降(jiang)機構:升降(jiang)油缸10與(yu)承重(zhong)角座(zuo)13和(he)橫梁6連(lian)接,橫梁6連(lian)接到下(xia)支撐座(zuo)9,通過連(lian)接板19實(shi)現下(xia)支撐座(zuo)9與(yu)主工(gong)作臺17連(lian)接,最后完成工(gong)作平臺17和(he)18的舉升。
(5)工作(zuo)臺(tai)延(yan)伸機(ji)構:側(ce)工作(zuo)臺(tai)18通過與主工作(zuo)臺(tai)17下端面的滑道實現連接,需要工作(zuo)臺(tai)延(yan)伸時,側(ce)工作(zuo)臺(tai)18可以(yi)來回滑動,實現工作(zuo)臺(tai)的延(yan)伸。
(6)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統:首(shou)先通過角度(du)傳(chuan)感(gan)器測量主工(gong)作(zuo)平17的傾(qing)斜角度(du),然后通過單片機(ji)設定的程(cheng)序控制(zhi)(zhi)電磁(ci)換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa),由(you)電磁(ci)換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa)控制(zhi)(zhi)橫坡調(diao)平油缸(gang)8和(he)縱坡調(diao)平油缸(gang)16工(gong)作(zuo)位(wei),最終實現工(gong)作(zuo)平臺的調(diao)平。也可(ke)以通過控制(zhi)(zhi)機(ji)構(gou)7實現手動調(diao)平和(he)自動調(diao)平的轉換(huan)(huan)。
