技術實現思路

技術總結
本技術針對現有技術當上蓋尺寸變大時,上蓋變形,無法實現良好密封、當上蓋尺寸變小時,在下腔室內壓力的作用下由于上蓋尺寸變小沒有足夠的重力維持下腔室內外壓力平衡,針對現有技術的硅膠板式層壓機當給上腔室充入壓縮氣體時由于上腔室內的氣壓大于外界大氣壓,提供一種新型結構的層壓機上箱結構及層壓機,這種層壓機上箱結構,包括上箱及由上蓋、硅腔板和法蘭框組成的層壓單元上部,硅膠板通過法蘭框固定設置在上蓋的下開口處并密封上蓋的下開口,使上蓋和硅膠板間形成密閉的上腔室,采用本技術層壓機上箱結構及層壓機,由于采用上箱增加了上蓋的重力,因此,可以抵抗下腔室內的充氣壓力,使下腔室可保持良好密封。
