2、根據相(xiang)關規定,卸壓(ya)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)出(chu)現連(lian)續3個及以(yi)上塌(ta)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)閉合,應及時進行套孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)或補(bu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)。卸壓(ya)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)可(ke)保(bao)證工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面處于低應力作(zuo)用下(xia)生產(chan),保(bao)障作(zuo)業安全。由于工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面兩(liang)巷下(xia)幫煤層(ceng)較低,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)口緊(jin)貼底板,在給巷道底板進行清理時,經常(chang)出(chu)現掩埋卸壓(ya)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)口,造(zao)成卸壓(ya)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)已塌(ta)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)錯覺(jue);或者卸壓(ya)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)內進入積(ji)水看(kan)不到孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)內情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),是否已塌(ta)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)也無法了解。無法檢測(ce)卸壓(ya)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)塌(ta)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),若(ruo)對未(wei)塌(ta)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)卸壓(ya)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)進行套孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)或補(bu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),造(zao)成的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)成本(ben)較高,若(ruo)不進行套孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)或補(bu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),則有較大的(de)(de)安全隱(yin)患。

技術實現思路

1、針(zhen)對現有技(ji)術中塌(ta)孔程(cheng)(cheng)度不易檢測或者塌(ta)孔程(cheng)(cheng)度檢測時設(she)備使(shi)(shi)用和(he)維(wei)護成(cheng)本高的技(ji)術問題(ti),本實用新型(xing)提供(gong)一種(zhong)煤礦(kuang)防(fang)沖(chong)卸壓孔塌(ta)孔程(cheng)(cheng)度檢測裝置,設(she)備簡(jian)單,方(fang)便操作,使(shi)(shi)用和(he)維(wei)護成(cheng)本低,穩定性高。
