背景技術:
1、氮(dan)磷(lin)鉀(jia)(jia)復合肥制備廢(fei)水通常(chang)含有高濃度的(de)氮(dan)、磷(lin)、鉀(jia)(jia)元素(su),以及可能的(de)其(qi)他(ta)雜質和重金屬離(li)子(zi),在(zai)進行(xing)過(guo)濾處理前(qian),通常(chang)使(shi)用化學(xue)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)法(fa),使(shi)廢(fei)水中的(de)磷(lin)、鉀(jia)(jia)等元素(su)以沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)物的(de)形式析出,通過(guo)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)池進行(xing)固液分離(li)。然而在(zai)進行(xing)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)時,需要靜置一段時間來進行(xing)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)物的(de)蓄沉(chen),且(qie)需要將沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)池底部的(de)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)物清理掉(diao),才能避免抽吸廢(fei)水時混入(ru)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)物。
2、為此,中國專利cn117326760b公(gong)開了一(yi)種復合肥制備過程中高鹽度(du)廢水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)處理裝(zhuang)置及處理工藝,其(qi)通過牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)機構驅使(shi)牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)索(suo)繞(rao)沉(chen)淀池側壁-底壁-側壁-沉(chen)淀池外持續(xu)運行,牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)索(suo)上的(de)(de)(de)多個纖維簇(cu)可以對廢水(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)淀物進行有(you)效吸附(fu),并隨著(zhu)牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)索(suo)的(de)(de)(de)持續(xu)運行而輸出至沉(chen)淀池外,清洗機構對沉(chen)淀池外的(de)(de)(de)牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)索(suo)上的(de)(de)(de)纖維簇(cu)進行清洗后,纖維簇(cu)再繼續(xu)隨著(zhu)牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)索(suo)進入到沉(chen)淀池中吸附(fu)沉(chen)淀物,可以極大降低(di)過濾裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)負載,提(ti)高污水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)處理效率。

技術實現思路
1、針(zhen)對上述問題,提供一種(zhong)氮磷鉀復(fu)合肥制備(bei)過程中廢水的處理裝置,通過沉淀池(chi)、篩板、升降(jiang)組件和(he)調節裝置解(jie)決了如何快速且有效的清理沉淀池(chi)內的沉淀物的問題。
