現有技術中(zhong)(zhong),鑄造爐在(zai)加工生產過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),金屬液在(zai)吹煉(lian)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)難以循環流動,導致金屬液純(chun)度不(bu)穩定(ding)。

本發明目(mu)的(de)是提供(gong)了(le)一種結構(gou)簡(jian)單,金屬液可以(yi)循(xun)環流動,吹煉的(de)純度高,爐渣(zha)去除方便,減少(shao)粉塵(chen)飛揚的(de)鑄造爐的(de)循(xun)環吹煉以(yi)及降溫(wen)除塵(chen)裝(zhuang)置。

所(suo)述(shu)循環冷卻水通(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)連(lian)通(tong)循環泵,所(suo)述(shu)爐體(ti)的(de)(de)頂部連(lian)通(tong)有粉(fen)塵流(liu)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao),所(suo)述(shu)粉(fen)塵流(liu)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)側壁上設(she)有降塵噴(pen)涂管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao),所(suo)述(shu)粉(fen)塵流(liu)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)連(lian)接除塵器。

本發明在(zai)爐(lu)體(ti)內(nei)(nei)設(she)有(you)(you)(you)熔(rong)(rong)煉室(shi),在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)煉室(shi)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)一側設(she)有(you)(you)(you)除氧(yang)室(shi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)除氧(yang)室(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)煉室(shi)之間通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)上(shang)、下(xia)兩管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)連通(tong)(tong),且在(zai)下(xia)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)內(nei)(nei)設(she)有(you)(you)(you)鼓(gu)吹(chui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao),且鼓(gu)吹(chui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)連通(tong)(tong)外部的(de)(de)(de)氣源(yuan),這樣可以(yi)(yi)(yi)將溶液(ye)(ye)從熔(rong)(rong)煉爐(lu)吹(chui)進(jin)除氧(yang)室(shi),這樣實現了溶液(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)循(xun)環流動(dong),使得溶液(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)純度得到提(ti)高,在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)煉通(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)內(nei)(nei)設(she)有(you)(you)(you)爐(lu)渣(zha)網兜,這樣可以(yi)(yi)(yi)方便除去鑄(zhu)造(zao)爐(lu)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)礦渣(zha),且在(zai)溶液(ye)(ye)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)內(nei)(nei)設(she)有(you)(you)(you)多道(dao)(dao)(dao)擋流板(ban),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)在(zai)溶液(ye)(ye)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)底部連通(tong)(tong)鼓(gu)氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao),這樣可以(yi)(yi)(yi)對溶液(ye)(ye)爐(lu)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)溶液(ye)(ye)進(jin)行吹(chui)煉,再(zai)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)儲液(ye)(ye)槽將溶液(ye)(ye)排放到離(li)心鑄(zhu)造(zao)腔內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行鑄(zhu)造(zao),同時在(zai)爐(lu)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)側壁上(shang)設(she)有(you)(you)(you)冷卻水(shui)循(xun)環管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)和降(jiang)塵管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao),能夠(gou)有(you)(you)(you)效降(jiang)塵降(jiang)溫。
