配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)秤(cheng)(cheng)運行的(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding)可(ke)靠與否將直接(jie)影響爐(lu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)生產(chan)過程(cheng)的(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性以及成品爐(lu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)化學(xue)成分。但是(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)實際(ji)生產(chan)過程(cheng)中,配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)秤(cheng)(cheng)會(hui)受到各(ge)種(zhong)因素的(de)(de)干擾(rao)而影響其正常(chang)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao),例如當配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)秤(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)驅動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)發(fa)生意(yi)外(wai)斷(duan)裂(lie)時(shi),皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)因失(shi)去(qu)驅動(dong)而停止運轉下料(liao)(liao)(liao),但是(shi)由于此時(shi)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)上(shang)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)重量(liang)仍作用在(zai)(zai)(zai)稱重傳(chuan)感器上(shang)、并且(qie)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)秤(cheng)(cheng)驅動(dong)電機上(shang)的(de)(de)速度傳(chuan)感器依舊能(neng)檢測到速度信(xin)號,導致皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)秤(cheng)(cheng)仍有瞬時(shi)流量(liang)輸(shu)出(chu),進(jin)而導致實際(ji)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)出(chu)現偏差;如配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)秤(cheng)(cheng)斷(duan)軸(zhou)(zhou)故障長(chang)時(shi)間不被(bei)發(fa)現,將會(hui)造成大批量(liang)的(de)(de)成品爐(lu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)成分不合格,造成嚴重的(de)(de)生產(chan)質量(liang)事(shi)故。因而亟需發(fa)明一種(zhong)能(neng)夠實時(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)線對運行中的(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)秤(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)行斷(duan)軸(zhou)(zhou)檢測的(de)(de)系(xi)統。



技術實現要素:

本發明的(de)目的(de)是提供一種能(neng)夠實時在線對運行中的(de)配料皮帶秤進行斷軸檢測的(de)配料皮帶秤斷軸檢測報(bao)警系統。

通過上(shang)(shang)述技(ji)術方案的(de)(de)實(shi)施,本發(fa)(fa)(fa)明(ming)的(de)(de)有益效果是(shi):能實(shi)時(shi)監測(ce)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮帶秤驅動軸的(de)(de)運行情況,當配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮帶秤發(fa)(fa)(fa)生驅動軸斷(duan)裂的(de)(de)意外情況時(shi),能及(ji)時(shi)準確的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)出(chu)斷(duan)軸報警,并在上(shang)(shang)位機畫面(mian)上(shang)(shang)彈出(chu)醒目的(de)(de)文字報警提(ti)示(shi)及(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)生聲音報警,避免因配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)皮帶秤斷(duan)軸而發(fa)(fa)(fa)生生產質(zhi)量(liang)事故,提(ti)高生產過程的(de)(de)穩(wen)定性和(he)爐(lu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)穩(wen)定性。

本發明公開了一種配料皮帶秤斷軸檢測報警系統,包括用于將斷軸判斷參數發送給PLC主站的上位機;用于將采集到的配料皮帶秤運行信號和瞬時流量實時發送給PLC主站的PLC從站;當PLC主站接收到配料皮帶秤運行信號后,PLC主站會根據上位機設定的取值時間頻率對PLC從站發送的配料皮帶秤瞬時流量進行取值作為比較值、并將比較值與瞬時流量相減后取其結果的絕對差值,同時將絕對差值與上位機設定的斷軸判斷值進行比較,當絕對差值大于斷軸判斷值且持續時間超過上位機設定的斷軸判斷時間時,PLC主站會發送斷軸報警信號給上位機;上位機接收到斷軸報警信號后會報警。本發明具有能實時對配料皮帶秤進行斷軸檢測的優點。
