技術實現要素:

本(ben)發明(ming)的目的在于,提(ti)供一(yi)種(zhong)磁(ci)力式(shi)抱軸定位旋轉萬(wan)向銑床。本(ben)發明(ming)的銑頭加工(gong)(gong)角度可(ke)繞(rao)x軸和z軸進行(xing)360°調(diao)節,調(diao)節簡單,拆(chai)卸方便(bian),便(bian)于維修和更(geng)換,而且銑床可(ke)在鋼鐵(tie)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)上進行(xing)固定安裝,安裝穩(wen)固,提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)作效率。

本(ben)發(fa)明(ming)的技術方(fang)案:磁力(li)式抱(bao)(bao)軸定位(wei)旋轉(zhuan)萬向銑床(chuang),包括(kuo)立柱,立柱中設有(you)絲桿(gan)升(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置(zhi),立柱一側設有(you)抱(bao)(bao)軸定位(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),抱(bao)(bao)軸定位(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)與絲桿(gan)升(sheng)降裝(zhuang)置(zhi)連(lian)接(jie),抱(bao)(bao)軸定位(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)包括(kuo)連(lian)接(jie)安裝(zhuang)軸,連(lian)接(jie)安裝(zhuang)軸一端設有(you)電機,另一端設有(you)抱(bao)(bao)軸銑頭,立柱下方(fang)設有(you)旋轉(zhuan)底(di)座,旋轉(zhuan)底(di)座下方(fang)設有(you)電磁鐵。

經實際操作計時(shi)得:抱軸定位裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組裝(zhuang)只需(xu)5min;加(jia)工方向調(diao)(diao)節(jie)需(xu)要2min;本發明(ming)從各部件(jian)組裝(zhuang)完成到(dao)調(diao)(diao)試開機加(jia)工所(suo)需(xu)時(shi)間約為10~15min,大大減少了銑床的(de)拆裝(zhuang)調(diao)(diao)試的(de)時(shi)間,能有效的(de)提高加(jia)工效率;

本發明(ming)可(ke)根(gen)據所需(xu)(xu)加工工件調(diao)整銑頭角度,調(diao)整時(shi)只需(xu)(xu)松開螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)鎖,調(diao)節抱軸(zhou)銑頭的旋轉位置,然后絞緊螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)鎖,將銑頭重新固(gu)定(ding),銑頭方(fang)向360°均可(ke)調(diao)節,操作(zuo)方(fang)便,且調(diao)節過程只需(xu)(xu)3min,效率較高(gao);

本發(fa)(fa)明通(tong)(tong)過在底座設置吸力為(wei)9000n~15000n的電磁(ci)鐵(tie),通(tong)(tong)電后分別進行隨機振(zhen)動、復合振(zhen)動和定(ding)頻振(zhen)動實驗,本發(fa)(fa)明固(gu)定(ding)位置沒有發(fa)(fa)生改變(bian),固(gu)定(ding)安(an)裝效果穩定(ding),且不會損傷(shang)鋼鐵(tie)表面,便于在鋼鐵(tie)加工件或鋼鐵(tie)機床上(shang)安(an)裝使用;

并且(qie)經實驗,本發明采用功率900w~1500w的(de)電機,抱軸(zhou)銑頭的(de)加(jia)工(gong)角度在0°~360°時(shi)達到額定轉速(su)350轉/min~450轉/min,抱軸(zhou)銑頭的(de)加(jia)工(gong)角度均可(ke)保持(chi)穩(wen)定不(bu)變(bian),抱軸(zhou)銑頭的(de)安裝穩(wen)固;

綜上所(suo)述,本發(fa)明的銑頭加工角度可(ke)繞x軸和z軸進(jin)行360°調(diao)節(jie),調(diao)節(jie)簡(jian)單,拆卸方便(bian),便(bian)于維修和更(geng)換(huan),而且銑床可(ke)在鋼鐵工件上進(jin)行固(gu)定(ding)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)穩固(gu),提高(gao)工作效率。

工(gong)作原理:使用時(shi),根據所加工(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)件選擇對應大小的(de)(de)銑(xian)刀,和對應功率的(de)(de)抱軸(zhou)銑(xian)頭6,將(jiang)銑(xian)刀安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)至(zhi)銑(xian)刀安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)口18中;將(jiang)銑(xian)頭箍殼13套在固(gu)定(ding)(ding)軸(zhou)9上(shang),將(jiang)動力軸(zhou)10和傳動軸(zhou)15連接(jie),通(tong)過絞緊螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)鎖16,使銑(xian)頭箍殼13箍緊固(gu)定(ding)(ding)軸(zhou)9,完成固(gu)定(ding)(ding);將(jiang)電機5安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)至(zhi)電機連接(jie)件8上(shang);將(jiang)組(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完成的(de)(de)抱軸(zhou)定(ding)(ding)位裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置3安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)至(zhi)立柱1上(shang),與絲桿升降(jiang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置2連接(jie);

將本(ben)發明攜(xie)帶至加工現場,根據所需加工工件(jian)的位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),選擇(ze)本(ben)發明的安(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),打開電磁(ci)(ci)鐵3的電源,使電磁(ci)(ci)鐵3產(chan)生磁(ci)(ci)力(li),將底座(zuo)吸附在(zai)鋼鐵上,完(wan)成固定工作(zuo),安(an)裝(zhuang)完(wan)成后,接通電源,通過(guo)橫(heng)向絲桿進(jin)刀(dao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)19調節立柱1的位(wei)(wei)置(zhi);調節完(wan)成后打開電源即可對快速對工件(jian)進(jin)行加工。

本發明公開了一種磁力式抱軸定位旋轉萬向銑床,包括立柱(1),立柱(1)中設有絲桿升降裝置(2),立柱(1)一側設有抱軸定位裝置(3),抱軸定位裝置(3)與絲桿升降裝置(2)連接,抱軸定位裝置(3)包括連接安裝軸(4),連接安裝軸(4)一端設有電機(5),另一端設有抱軸銑頭(6),立柱(1)下方設有旋轉底座(19),旋轉底座(19)下方設有電磁鐵(20)。本發明的銑頭加工角度可繞X軸和Z軸進行360°調節,調節簡單,拆卸方便,便于維修和更換,而且銑床可在鋼鐵工件上進行固定安裝,安裝穩固,提高工作效率。
