技術總結
本技術提供一種滌綸織帶裁切用廢料回收組件,包括裁切平臺、固定結構以及傳輸結構,裁切平臺兩側上表面分別設置有兩組固定結構,裁切平臺內底部開設有安裝槽,安裝槽內部設置有傳輸結構。本技術,通過設置有固定結構,操作人員首先將織帶帶體鋪設在傳輸結構中輥軸上方,此時操作人員啟動第一電動缸,第一電動缸頂出端頂出,使得按壓板貼合在織帶帶體上表面,將織帶帶體按壓在裁切平臺內底部,固定完成后操作人員啟動第二電動缸,第二電動缸頂出端頂出,推動熱切刀對織帶帶體進行裁切,有效的降低了織帶拱起或凹陷的可能性,有效的降低了織帶與熱切刀產生粘連產生過多毛刺的可能性。
